I was also discovered last week that one of the pastors is going there as I ran into him at the office day when I was there. And then also I know that our main pastor at the church goes there cause he overheard me talking to someone else about going to Washington dental and he said "I go there too". Office is amazing. Their staff is very professional and caring. They have excellent equipment and amazing doctors that are all well. Educated and professional, and do great work. I highly recommend Washington dental to anyone in need of dental work. Don't be afraid because I've had friends that were afraid to go to the dentist and when I took one last week, it was everything we could do to convince her to go with us. But she walked away extremely happy with the work they had done. Monday morning; today, comes around and they've yet to send me a link for our consultation. I called them a few times asking for them to send it to me which they did not each time. They then asked if they can now show up late, past our consultation time, and not do a virtual consultation any longer so I can't actually see that I'm speaking to a doctor. They never called. They never sent an email. All lies. If this is how they handle the easiest, most basic parts of this process, I can't imagine how they work on people's mouth. Glad it didn't work out, but be aware of unorganized offices. That story never ends well.

I thought I'd be getting an extraction and implant, as I was told that I'd need a root canal and crown on this tooth.. But dr Ricardo was amazing and actually managed to fix the issue and save the tooth from root canal. I am truly grateful and loved the staff and all I met there. My friend just accompanied me as it was my first time going to Tijuana and walking in and she lives nearer in San Diego and does trips there more frequently. She ended up getting a cleaning and night guards the same day-- gratefully they could fit her in around my appointment. It was such an excellent experience for both of us! Highly recommended. I started my treatment and even though my treatment took more visits than I expected, I am truly happy I found this place. Dr. Diego , Dr. Armando , and the specialist that worked on my treatment were all amazing and very professional . The office is clean, and it's only 10 minutes from the US border.
