We used this company for the first time based on a friend's recommendation. We wanted to add a seismic shut off valve to our gas line and have the house checked for any gas leaks. Father/son team came out to give us an estimate. They were on time, professional, good communicators and knowledgable. Had my water heater replaced recently. The work was finished in a timely manner and the installers were friendly, but my experience wasn't fully satisfying. The final bill came to $3,075 because the extra effort of having the tank on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, there was also scratched wall damage during installation. While I appreciated the $50 discount for it, that didn't offset the overall sense of being overcharged. Would I hire this company again? Possibly, but I'll definitely shop around first, especially with budgets being tight these days. read more

He's the only plumber I trust to give me honest answers and has never gouged me or tried to get me to purchase something I didn't need. My house was built in the 40s so needless to say the plumbing is equally old and deteriorating. I called the office several times to see if they were just running late. No one picked up. I left a message about 30 minutes before 6 pm and no one called me back. Allan was amazing. I had a gas leak behind my furnace that the gas company couldn't fix, so they had to shut down my gas until it was resolved. I scrambled to find someone to fix the leak and called multiple companies. Fortunately, Allan was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule in the same afternoon to help fix the leak. He was also very honest and helped me tighten the leak without needing to move the furnace (which some companies proposed they needed to do). After fixing the leak, he gave me advice on how I can install a descaler to prolong the life of my tankless water heater. He came back a week later to add the descaler and gave me a very fair price. They also reconditioned my heater to provide enhanced performance and safety. We have had years of trouble free plumbing and heating as a result. However, this month, Allan came by to replace a leaking kitchen faucet which was under warranty by the manufacturer. Moen provided the wrong faucet the first time, and Allan came by for a service call and told us the problem and did not charge us for the visit. I ended up replacing the unit. Referred him to another customer and he flaked on them too. I don't know what happened to him but he is very unreliable.
