Initially had a difficult time communicating with them since they have a virtual assistant that was confirming appointments that did not exist in their system. ***WOMEN BEWARE*** I had a broken shower pipe. I called Drain Right. I was told they needed to break through my shower wall to reach the pipe. I wasn't in agreement. The alternative was to break through the backside or go through the hallway cabinet, which would need further repair. The estimate exceeded $1500.00. I called for a second opinion. They picked up the phone immediately and they were professional and helpful. They scheduled a technician to come out within an hour! Andreas V showed up on time. He was professional and super knowledgeable about solving my water heater problem. He showed up at 4:00 pm on a Friday. I thought it was a 2 hour fix. It ended up to be a 7 hour fix. He sent his tech Abraham out early the next morning and he was able to fix the issues with my sink so quickly. Abraham was kind, professional and well knowledgeable about what he does. Tony Huichan came in and gave us an honest solution as to what was happening. He couldn't necessarily fix the cloth sink because of the main problem which would cost thousands of dollars and HOA meeting. I waited a few days to post my review because I was waiting for the company to respond to my message. My water heater needed to be replaced because it was leaking, they came out the same day and gave me a quote and I authorized the work. The next day they came back and completed the installation. After they left I noticed a strong gas smell in the garage. I thought at the time that this was probably due to them changing over the lines and proceeded to open my garage window and give it a few hours. When I went back out to the garage in a few hours the smell was the exact same. I immediately called the company and informed them of the issue at around 4:10 pm. They initially stated that it was probably just the gas settling in the tank because it had been replaced. When I continued to push and stated that the smell was really strong she stated she would have the technician call me. John called and I stated my concerns and the fact that the smell was really strong and he had me test the line with some dish soap and water. I stated that I didn't see any bubbles but the smell was really strong and I was concerned that if it was a gas leak that I didn't think that was safe. He stated that he could not come back until the next morning and I should just turn off the gas and he would be out the next morning to look at it. He did come the next day and there was a rather large gas leak. I am horrified that this company didn't take me seriously after I had paid a considerable amount of money to just put in the new water heater. Any number of bad outcomes could have happened. The fact that no one has responded to my call and the company hasn't even given we an accurate invoice for the work that was performed speaks volumes. I would never recommend this company for any sort of plumbing need because they are obviously more concerned with getting off work on time then the safety of their customers. The company has responded that my call came in after hours which is incorrect. It was at 4:10 pm to their main office which according to their own published hours, is a 24 hour business. Also they implied that I called the technician directly and that is not the case, their office personnel reached out to the technician and had him call me. Because they were unwilling to come back out until the next morning I did turn off the gas. After publishing this review is the first time that the company reached out to me regarding all of these issues. read more
