They just charged me 75.00$ to replace the spark plugs which they replaced without asking me. I…read morecould have done it myself for less than 10$. They had my scooter for more than 3 weeks as well. Absolutely terrible service & will overcharge for everything. If you can you should avoid. They won't call you and tell you your scooter is fixed or tell you the cost to fix it until it's already done. There's a reason they will give you a free oil change for a good review it's because no one has anything good to say about them or their service.

About two weeks later, I received a phone call from the manager at the Lake Mary store. It seems that the VIN number in my scooter was recorded in error from this store when sold. The scooter with the correct VIN number was sold but could not be registered due to the managers error. So the manager asked if they could send someone out to pick up my title and have the DMV issue a new title for my scooter and a title for the scooter they sold. I agreed and 3 months later I'm still waiting for a title. Manager at Lake Mary says that he mailed it but I never received it. Now I have to go to the DMV, pay for a new title, take time off of work, and a waste of my time. All this to be helpful to Wild Hogs. These people are terrible. Promise you everything until they get what they want and then leave you out in the cold. I can't imagine what their service is on warranty items since they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Even the owners do not reply to emails trying to explain the issues. I wouldn't buy a thing from these people. Find somewhere else to go!

I wish I had seen some more reviews of this guy (Tom High) before I wasted over 8 years and $15,000…read morewith this guy. I wanted to restore my deceased dads 1960 R69 BMW, and I contacted him. At first he seemed like a good choice and he told me that it might take a few years until he could start working on it. All good so far. In 2-3 years he called me and asked for $5000 because he had started working on it. Great I thought. Several months later he asked for another $5000. Good we must be making progress. Many months later he asked and I sent another $5000. At that time I asked when will it be done assuming it must be close to finished. He replied "Done?, I just have it completely apart". I told him that in the beginning I could swear he said it would be around $15,000 or so to do and he then said "Oh no, probably closer to $30,000 - $35,000 but don't worry it will be worth that much". I was shocked but felt I needed to let him finish with few other options. Unfortunately, it only got worse. He actually took it apart in the first 3-4 years he had it, and then virtually stopped working on it. I live in Ohio and I would visit Florida about every 6 months to check for any progress and every time all I got were excuses with no progress. He assured me "he would get it done" even when I told him he had already promised me that several times and still did nothing. I will be 70 next month and the last few times I pleaded with him and told him in all seriousness I wanted the bike back while I might still be alive. Finally after him having the bike for 8 1/2 years I gave up and picked up my disassembled motorcycle a few months ago. I have since taken my bike to New Hampshire and the new guy has more done in 8 weeks than what took Tom High over 8 years. If you want to waste money for very little work, enjoy hearing BS excuses, and plan to live to the age of 200, this is your guy!

Tom is a pleasure to speak with and there's always at least two-dozen interesting motorcycles in various states of repair. he also has an interesting selection of motorcycle leathers and valuable insight if you own or ride any airhead or flying brick BMW. After being out of boating for about ten years due to job-related travel, I decided to get back…read moreinto boat ownership on the east coast of Florida this summer. My wife and I became interested in a split console design by Robalo with a Four Stroke Yamaha. I started a national search online and found a used boat that interested us at Florida Family Marine in Deland, Florida. While I was in Orlando on business, I made a call to Florida Family Marine and was fortunate enough to connect with Josh Gourley, the Sales Manager. From beginning to end, the process of acquiring the boat was made easy and enjoyable by Josh and the entire team at Florida Family Marine. The staff on Old New York Avenue politely showed me every aspect of the used boat, and they disclosed both good and not so good items and made everything on the boat 100% functional before I picked her up. They detailed the cushions and cockpit as well as the hull and made the boat feel new to me. The test drive on the St. Johns River (which included some much-appreciated trailering schooling) with Josh was more like a fun family outing with your relaxed brother-in-law than a shake-down run! Josh and the Florida Family Marine team take the hassles out of purchasing a used boat. Boats are expensive vessels in 2025, and this family business takes the risk and discomfort out of the process with a "customer first" focus from beginning to end. They are patient and thorough and insist on making the process an enjoyable effort. This is a model that should be emulated for used boat sales across the nation. I would very highly recommend Josh, Austin, and the entire Florida Family Marine Team.

This is important because I traveled 1.5 hours one way to see it. Second, Frank, Mark and Geoff were awesome. Really wonderful people to help me through the buying process. I also want to mention Austin responded to my initial email inquiry in a very timely manner and fully answered my questions. My message to the owner, you are lucky to have such great employees. I love the boat I purchased. It was the one I really wanted but couldn't quite afford until I found Florida's Family Marine. Best price in the whole state. I will definitely tell any of my friends and coworkers who may be thinking of purchasing a vessel to consider Florida's Family Marine first. Thank you again for a terrific buying experience! Sincerely, Duane F.
