I had the great fortune of choosing Rodman Amiri to represent me in purchasing my home in Newport…read moreCoast. Rodman is a true professional. He leaves nothing to chance by handling every aspect of the transaction himself never delegating a thing. His attention to detail is remarkable. He read through every document that was sent to us even the lengthy HOA documents. He caught an error on title that no one else saw. He also worked diligently with insurance providers to get me insured in time despite our short escrow. As a high value property in a fire risk zone this was a remarkable feat as anyone familiar with California home insurance can attest to. Rodman takes great pride in his work and knows how to negotiate the best deal possible while keeping both parties on good terms. He knew how to address each party's concerns in a calm manner that was reassuring to everyone involved. Attached is a photo of myself on the left and the seller on the right on closing day. As you can see, we both walked away from the deal very happy and I credit that 100% to Rodman's exceptional professionalism. I look forward to working with Rodman again when the time comes. Thanks for everything Rodman! You're the best!

I worked with Oscar Salazar as a buyer's agent on a Manhattan Beach property. Interestingly, I met…read morehim while he was canvassing to get the listing sold, and I ended up buying it! The whole process was a challenging one (not brought on by anything we could have controlled). Oscar stood by me, communicating each step along the way. He tolerated my anxieties that crept up, and did what he had to do to get the transaction done--always keeping my interests in mind. I would like to thank him for being a hardworking, honest buyer's agent and helping me buy a home that I am very excited about. If it weren't for Oscar, I never would have known about the property, as I wasn't even considering Manhattan Beach as an option. Funny how life works!

From our very first consultation call, my wife and I knew this team would be the ones to get the job done and would go above and beyond to represent us in a highly competitive real estate market. There was never any pressure from them. We could move as fast or as slowly as we wanted, and they respected our pace every step of the way. They were always available and accommodating when it came to showings and open houses. What we appreciated most was their honest and insightful opinions about the properties we toured -- details that only experienced realtors would notice, and things you might never even consider as a first-time home buyer. They are always available to hop on a call and quickly respond to texts for any question (trust me we had a lot). When we finally found a home we loved, they walked us through the offer process and helped us craft a competitive offer that allowed us to stand out. Escrow was completely stress-free, as they arranged inspections and coordinated everything so seamlessly. There was a small hiccup the day before our closing -- through no fault of this team whatsoever -- but they were immediately on top of it, working swiftly with our lender, escrow agency, and insurance agent to ensure we closed right on schedule. We are extremely grateful for the care, dedication, and guidance the team at Hirano Homes provided throughout the entire process. I highly recommend working with them, and I am so glad we did -- because we ended up with the perfect home for us!

We had such a pleasurable experience working with Hirano Homes. We met with Mia and Derek at their…read moreoffice and went over all our questions and criteria for finding a new home - they were both super knowledgeable of the area we were looking at and were able to make suggestions on the fly, just by looking at the map. This was extremely helpful as I was not as familiar with the area compared to my husband or them. Mia was our main point of contact and helped us schedule tours and answer any questions we had about properties or the home buying process in general. Mia was amazing and called the listing agents within a day of us sending her the listings and was able to schedule tours within the next day or two. She goes above and beyond and would visit the property prior so she can point things out to us when we walk through. If that wasn't possible, she would extensively research it and ask the listing agent about it to make sure she was well-informed and able to answer all our questions. We were first-time homebuyers and everyone at Hirano Homes - Mia, Derek, Rojo - made the process so seamless. It moved very quickly, but they made it easy and manageable for us. We would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them to others!!

But they are being evicted Thru the actions of their white female property manager. Yes there are Always two sides to a conflict but in this situation between the employees wife and the property manager - it has been blown out of proportion and ALTA management failed to act earlier. So now it appears they feel they must evict the family rather than address and solve any disagreements. Poor oversight managment is the problem not being addressed and glossed over from my viewpoint. So be careful

Their admin person asked us to move in sooner than our projected move-in date. And, once approved, the admin person told us we were not permitted to use the back exit of the apartment. I stated we only applied assuming we had two entrances/exits. They obliged us on this. Then, we asked for an additional viewing to discuss some minor repairs we would liked to have had fixed upon moving-in (new screen door due to being weathered/termite damage, better locks/secure doors) and requested ceiling fans in only the bedrooms (it's LA, its hot in the summer, it'd be nice to sleep comfortably). Instead of sending the property manager to this meeting -- the authority to approve such requests -- Alta properties sent their admin person, who's job, at best, is to show properties and take messages for the property manager. This admin person then had to relay all of our requests to the property manager. I requested the property manager call me for further discussion, but they never called. We called and the admin person told us they were passing on our application all due to us requesting minor repairs and a small update with two ceiling fans. I strongly suggest going with another property management company who won't bait and switch you, push you to move-in earlier, and is not willing to make minor changes/updates to their property to accommodate you in anyway. Not to mention, they were not forthcoming whatsoever about the downstairs tenants. There was an old broken down van that never leaves the driveway. Why? The admin person did not know. Plus, two other cars parked in the driveway were used to make it "seem like people live there" look like they barely work. The downstairs apartment was used as "storage" by some tenant and when pressed about that they couldn't say how often that tenant comes by to utilize it. Please don't waste your time like we did.
