We have no property manager on-site and there won't be one any time soon since all the units are rented. Trash is still being left outside the bins, NEXT to the bins even after reports to management. They charge tenants for any maintenance request - yeah, you read that right. Your rent doesn't even cover the bare minimum. The cherry on top is when they failed to inform all of their tenants their office moved. At my building, we never received an email update as they claim--which is a false claim after confirming with three other tenants in my building. I arrived at the office only to discover it was closed. There were other tenants trying to drop off rent just as confused as me with no signage on the door. I called Dulce, our properly manager, greeted by her voicemail greeting of, "Our offices are closed for the holidays, we will return January 5th." As usual, the phone is never answered and they still haven't updated their voicemail greeting. The office building management would not inform us of any details including if they even still rent there or the new address. I sent an email and, thankfully, Glory responded back quick. At the new address, I speak to another tenant from a different building. They inform me that when they arrived at the office a week prior, they didn't tell anyone they moved and there was a note on the door with the new address. But by the time I arrived, there was no note. They were also frustrated at the lack of communication and that this was actually their second offense. There is literally no excuse for the lack or delay of communication. It takes time to scout a new office space, sign the lease, and move. And you're telling me they only had time until they were in their new office? What? Do you not want your mailed checks? Old habits die hard, I guess.

This property management company has been one of the most unprofessional and stressful companies my mother has ever dealt with. The conditions of this property have continued to decline because management allows disrespectful and disruptive tenants to move in without addressing the problems they bring to the community. The building has ongoing pest issues, including fleas which have made living conditions unbearable and sent my mother to the hospital. When my mother brought this issue up to Charu Badhwar and Beatrice Williams and inquired if the unit had been exterminated, the only thing Charu suggested was to get flea spray from the store. My mother had to go to the hospital due to this issue they were very unprofessional and rude. ( we do not have any pets nor have had any) My mother has experienced multiple serious issues while living here. She was verbally assaulted on the property, and despite several attempts to ask management to intervene and speak with the tenant responsible, her concerns were repeatedly ignored. No resident should feel unsafe or unheard in their own home, especially when management is fully aware of the situation. To make matters worse, management is extremely slow when it comes to maintenance and security concerns. The mailboxes were broken into, and instead of acting urgently, they took months to properly address the issue. During that time, my mother was unable to reliably receive important mail. This level of negligence is unacceptable. The noise issues are also out of control. Tenants on the upper floors are allowed to stomp, jump, and create constant disturbances at all hours without consequence, making it nearly impossible for downstairs residents to live peacefully. Management does nothing to enforce basic respect or community standards. What is most disturbing is that this company has also ignored incidents involving verbal harassment toward individuals with special needs. Allowing this kind of behavior to continue unchecked speaks volumes about the lack of care, compassion, and professionalism within this management company. Overall, this company has caused my mother an incredible amount of emotional stress, frustration, and anxiety. Instead of creating a safe and comfortable living environment, they have allowed the property to become chaotic, unsanitary, and unsafe. I would strongly encourage anyone considering living here to think twice before signing a lease with this management company.

She's very helpful with fixing issues and she's always easy to get a hold of. Julia always weighed my concerns and values equally as important as those of the property owners. We were staying in Malibu, CA during the recent wildfire events, and she immediately offered her house for us to stay if we needed somewhere to evacuate. In the aftermath, she made sure our property was clear of all smoke & ash damage and helped restore normalcy to our rental. I was renting out an old house and throughout my time staying there, multiple issues came up and they were taken care of by Julia with no time at all. Even at the end of our rental period, our refrigerator stopped working and she supplied a replacement within a day. Seriously enjoyed having her as a property manager and wish I could continue to rent properties from RPMChoice.

I was not aware that you need a business license to be able to rent out your house and RPM never mentioned it to me when I hired them. When something goes wrong with the property, she has her own people doing the repairs and charges you more than the job requires. After non renewal of property managing their contract, Julie filed a form with the city business compliance division for non business license for residential leasing income. She is a whistleblower! I have all my city permits for my house and ADU, but if you do NOT, do not take a chance to hire her. When she collected her Zelle cash payments, I am sure she didn't report that to the IRS. Be warned.
