I called Harmon and they took down the details to get the right non-original replacement. It would cost me about $30. When I showed up, I found out the replacement never got ordered. So I made another appointment a few days out, and this time, the replacement turned out to be a mismatch. One of the staff came up with a great idea to solve the situation - they would carve out the mirror since an exact replacement could not be found. It would cost me $50. Went back a third time, got the work done in under 30 minutes, and now, I keep admiring the shiny new mirror when I'm driving.

I want to give a special shout out to this Safelite location and their amazing staff…read more I had my windshield replaced elsewhere last month due to a crack and yesterday, my luck was short again, as a rock kicked up from a car in front of me on I-394 and left me with two very tiny chips. I made an appointment with Safelite online later in the day and was so happy they were able to fit me in the next morning. When I arrived, the person who checked me in was very friendly and the technician I worked with walked my car with me and explained that the chips weren't actually deep enough to cause problems and I wouldn't need a true chip repair service, but he was happy to fill it in to help reduce the blemish. I truly appreciated the honestly and transparency. They had a busy day ahead of them, so for him to offer to help touch up the chips for me meant a lot. When I got the car back 15 minutes later, the imperfection was less visible and the technician told me there wouldn't be a charge, which completely made my whole day and was above and beyond on his part. I wish I could remember his name because I was so impressed by the entire experience. If you are reading this- thank you! I would highly recommend this location. Great service is hard to come by and deserves recognition.

She said she took photos to send to the quality team, but that the screen damage did not appear very well in the photos. I have been trying to get in touch with the location directly, but two different customer service reps have given me different numbers, and the third transferred me to a store location in Wisconsin. I am just wanting to send in my own photos to make sure the quality team has an accurate idea of what the screen looks like.

They communicated with our neighbor's insurance company to get a quick quote/estimate. After my wife dropped off her vehicle, they took her to enterprise to pick up her rental vehicle. During the repair process, they kept us in the loop and explained everything well. When repairs were done, my wife was able to swing by to drop off the rental vehicle at their shop and drive off in her vehicle. Enterprise then came to the shop to pick up the rental vehicle. My wife was in and out in no time. Repairs look great and they offered lifetime warranty on their work. HIGHLY recommend LaMettry for any repair needs. Service is top notch.

I've used them in the past and they've always done a great job. The repairs will be less than half of what La Mettry was quoting. No insurance necessary. The less expensive place told me I was taken advantage of and that La Mettry is known for this. Steer clear.

Since they joined the CARSTAR franchise they are dishonest and don't complete their work properly and in a timely manner. I will never go there again. My last experience was terrible. It took months to complete the work and they added new damage and problems to my car. I had two cars with hail damage at the same time. I took my other car to another local family owned shop and it was done perfectly in two days. I would avoid any franchised body shop. They just care about money and not the customer.
