    Dirty chai latte
    Laura D.

This is a cute little coffee shop in Culver City that never disappoints. I tried their dirty chai latte today and it was perfection for this crisp winter morning. It was not overpoweringly sweet and the chai spices were perfectly blended with the shot of espresso and nonfat milk. They have a delicious looking pastry case that I want to dive into on my next visit.

A long standing Culver City favorite. It is a family run coffee spot that truly knows its craft. Beans are roasted in house, so you can watch, smell, and appreciate the process, and the tea selection is impressively deep. The vibe is cozy and old school, the kind of place where locals feel at home, and somehow you'll always leave with a bag of beans you didn't plan on buying.

Came for the beans. They did not disappoint! A friend recommended this spot for good beans as I recently picked up on a passion to brew my own weird coffee concoctions at home. Mike was super helpful. His personality matched the chill vibes of the place. He walked me through their different options, what type of flavor and brew I enjoyed and recommended the right beans. I came home w/ 2 lbs of different beans and am happy to report that my mornings have started off with a smile. I found my new coffee beans spot. Thanks Mike! See you in a few weeks!

Amazing coffee! Iced blended caramel mocha was really good. I also got an iced vanilla latte that was great! Not too sweet either.

This hidden Culver City gem across the street from Sony Pictures offers up some outstanding coffee drinks, extreme friendliness and a highly-skilled staff of coffee baristas. Packed at 11am on a Wednesday, CFCTAM (or the Conservatory for short), is your typical LA coffee house with all the fixings: outstanding coffee, aspiring actors, proximity to studios, and hard to find parking. During this morning's caffeine fix, I decided to go with the Mexican Mocha while sitting at one of the dozen or so umbrella covered tables out on Washington overlooking the 50 foot treats guarding Sony Pictures. Within less than 10 minutes, the extremely friendly gentleman at the bar called out my order and served it up with a smile. The coffee itself was presented with a classic heart-shaped finish, with my choice of milk, which in this case, was of the Almond variety. The flavor was outstanding. No need for anting extra, as the balance of bold flavor with that sweet Mexican Cafe de Hoya richness was absolutely on point. The price was also great. A very large cup for under $6. The quality definitely lived up to the pricing. Always a place to people watch, the Conservatory delivers on all of the coffeehouse elements you are looking for. Bring your appetite, your cool sunglasses, your power breakfast attitude and enjoy all of the sensory excitements that await you here.

This place is small with outdoor seating. Cute, feel inside, but crowd is industry types talking loud and looking like they're on set, but overall really nice! Parking is around the corner and behind the shop or there are a few 30 minute spots on the street. Ordered the toffee latte per the other reviews on here. I've had a lot of bad lattes and this isn't one of them. Probably the best latte I've had. I ordered mine with oat milk and an extra shot and it's smooth! Usually oat milk gives drinks a funky taste, but this tastes amazing. Definitely worth finding parking for!

Love coming here. Their tea selection is wonderful and some really great options to choose from. Love the decor and ambiance. Service is. 4/5. Seating is a little snug but worth it. The bakery items are all quite tasty, too. Highly recommend!

I was given a bag of goodies from the pastry case. I could only imagine the rest of the beverages and other savory pies. I need to make a stop and get more.

    Hot chocolate with whipped cream

This is my most favorite coffee shop because of its cozy atmosphere with the most welcoming staff. Along with that, the food and especially the coffee and hot chocolate is amazing. I highly recommend this warm and lovely place

Ambiance: it's a community coffee place only open during weekdays and closes early in the afternoon, a lot of regulars come here during the day Service: super friendly and patient with questions Drink: they have separated coffee and tea menus, and they serve numerous selections of tea beyond coffee Toffee Latte - **** creamy, recommend Organic Peach Turmeric - **** unique refreshing earthy taste, recommend Price: very affordable for the area, each drink costs around $5, and totally worth the quality

Are dogs allowed to come in?

Right now, no one is allowed to come in... post COVID I think only service animals are allowed per the guidelines.

Are they usually open on holiday weekends?

No they are generally closed on holidays and on Sundays. They're very conscientious and give the staff time off to be with their families, which I appreciate.

Where do you get your pastries from?

    Flies all over pastries dirty!!!

Do they sell Bulletproof coffee here?

I'm not sure, I do know what I get is exceptional. I know Of some places but you would have to call.

WOW, one of the busiest spots at the mall! Atmosphere was a bit congested with so many people sitting and standing around. It was hard for me to picture this place in its quiet and peaceful space. They have special merchandise and tea for purchase. Extremely long line all the way out the front door. Once we got closer up to the counter, it went swiftly. Since it was our first time at Chagee, I asked the young gentleman for his recommendations. He suggested Boya Jasmine Green Tea Latte was one of their most popular drinks so that's what I got. Thank you young man! My daughter wanted to try the Chagee DayDream Frozen Blended so that's what she got. I know she already got coffee, but there's always room for more. I was surprised the prices were so very reasonable. I thought their prices would be higher based on their high end tea name brand. Another WOW, I was impressed with the unique and exquisite flavor of the tea in my drink. It was quite delightful and addicting to say the least. I loved it! My daughter loved her blended drink, too. A+ for both! Here is the not so WOW part... wait time was a bit long due to the busyness. Also I asked for a bag to store both drinks. The young lady said sure. She opened the pretty designed blue bag and handed it to me. I was shocked by her behavior... such lack of service IMHO. I would have expected her to place my drinks in the bag. I guess not. I bagged them myself. All good. Hence, minus 1 star! Thanks Chagee for staying true to your well crafted tea creations at very reasonable prices! But please work on your customer service. The full tea experience deserves excellent service first and amazing teas second.

They are located upstairs but they had a popup stand downstairs near the big TV screen. I got their popular Hokey Pokey flavor which is a vanilla soft serve with toffee blended into it on topped on top. You can get their soft serve dairy or for a little more non dairy. I got it in their waffle cone which was pretty large. The toffee bits on top were good and melts in your mouth. It went well with the toffee blended ice cream. My only complaint was it was too sweet and on the melted side. I had to eat it quickly and it was runny and messy. They made my cone pretty quickly and I didn't have to wait long. Besides their most popular Hokey Pokey flavor their second most popular is their strawberry and cream one that comes with strawberry bits and whipped cream. But they have many other flavors including seasonal ones. They usually have about 10 different creations. I want to come back and try their hazelnut one.

Lo and behold, Chamberlain Coffee was the first thing I saw when I went upstairs. I normally see Chamberlain coffee beans at places like Sprouts and Whole Foods so it's cool to see that there are actually coffee shops! (And yes, I am late to the game because I just found out five minutes ago that an influencer/business woman/podcaster/model is who owns this business and franchise.) Chamberlain Coffee is a stand-alone tiny shop/kiosk that is modern and sleek and only big enough for a few people to stand inside to order. There are no seating inside but tons located outside since the food court is close by. I am probably the worse at giving you a full review because I looked up and IMMEDIATELY zoned in on the banana latte. I am in my banana latte era! Ordered it from one of the three workers and got my well-crafted drink in less than 7 minutes. My banana latte made with whole milk was DELICIOUS! It is sweet but not synthetically sweet. I can taste the banana syrup, tasting homemade, and the coffee is strong enough shine through. It is not diluted with milk or masked with sugar. This is a well made coffee. The large, with tax, is going to cost $10. This drink edged up to be one of the best banana latte I have had as of yet so $10 for the large is worth it.
