Further, I guess they think the majority of women are a size small. Check out the sections, 60-70% of the product is in size small and anything else is very poorly represented. Training is needed for staff. Use of cuss words and loud shouting and frankly ignoring buying customers is truly truly bewildering. I share this having purchased a dress where the attendant ripped the tag off so in case I wanted to return or exchange that wouldn't be an option. This wasn't on clearance or anything special. Just one of the very few size large dresses available. I wish they would get their act together because prices are fair and I love the concept. So much easier than thrifting, but at the expense of listening to teenagers act unprofessional and lack of proper size options..... no thanks.

They were extremely patient working with me and pulling out a variety of sizes to make sure I had everything available without having to run back and forth between the bag to pull out extras. Grateful I did go in to try because I ended up with a size smaller than i initially thought I'd need. The sales people were super nice and helpful, even as they were swarmed during the Christmas shopping season. They ended up helping me order another pair online. The store is located on the second level, just west of the food court- fairly easy to find. Parking wasn't too bad for a large mall, even during Christmas shopping so it's worth visiting to see the selection in person.

Pointing to a specific area of the store and her answer was "not everything you have is from there", what a bad answer, I said "I know Im just asking if everything there is 6 dollars?" and then she left is ridiculous Im obviously never going back to this specific location since its more than obvious she insinuated that I was trying to trick or scam them or whatever the word is, when I asked such a simple question. Athleta is one of the four main brands that Gap owns (Gap, Athleta, Old Navy and Banana Republic), and as a result, their customer service and return policies have always been solid. I also appreciate that Gap is based in California. I popped into the Fashion Valley location today, with the intention of looking for for some summery casual pants and possibly some new t-shirts. The store was nicely organized and the displays were welcoming. Sally provided excellent customer service from start to finish as well, and I was very impressed with her upbeat personality and kindness. Thanks for being a day brightener, Sally! I tried on a couple of things, and decided on some cute black pants with a white stripe. Super comfortable and flattering on. The other stuff I tried on was either cut a little weirdly for my shape, or too small. But, I'm happy with my pants. Athleta tends to be a little bit less costly than Vuori & Lululemon and not as pretentious, although their prices still skew on the higher side for athleisure in general. So while I do shop at all of these stores, I find the experience to be the most pleasant at Athleta. Mahalo!

I hadn't been into a Gap store in decades. It was my go-to store for clothing when I was in my early 20s, before everything had gigantic logos plastered on them. This store seemed to have a lot of selection and was well organized. The discounts seemed to be pretty good. Employees were helpful and found an additional discount for our purchases (shorts and a shirt) as we checked out. If the Gap is your style then this store is worth a visit.

Nothing ever fits here. For example, I try on a medium shirt and it's hanging all over me, then try on a small and it's too tight. This happens with pants as well. Maybe it's just easier for men. Anyway, long lines are a guarantee. Wish I could find something I like there.
