These guys know customer service. The work was top-notch, super friendly staff, and very clean shop. They handled everything with the other insurance and when my car came back, it looked like I had just driven it off the showroom floor. It even looked like they had detailed it.Unfortunately got hit again, another hit-and-run on April 20. Immediately took it to carstar, who gave me an estimate, I brought the car in on Monday the 27th and I got it back after 4 PM on the 28th. Even though this was a much smaller job, they cleaned and detailed the car, again, even putting the spray on the tires to make them look brand new. I can't tell you how kind, compassionate and amazing. The team at this shop are. If you have to go through your trauma of having your need repair, you definitely need to go there. We were initially quoted $700 for the work based on the pictures I sent, and after a phone call when I explained the issues, he said give or take $200 more, but in the end, we had to pay $1,500 (plus a $100 tip). Dino explained that this was because there was some work needed that wasn't visible in the photos I sent. It might still be a good price overall compared to what I'll pay at the body shop, but for other potential buyers, just make sure you send all the photos of the things that need repairing so that you don't get surprised by the end cost.

I provided my cellphone number and I immediately got a text appointment confirmation that I saved to my calendar with the date and time. Later, there were automated reminder texts, which I appreciated. Now to the actual work, this guy is an artist! Plain and simple. I would challenge anyone to find where the dent was located. It took him about two hours repair but it came out perfect. I had to get his business card before I left and I would not hesitate to come back for more repairs, and neither should you. At the end of the day, the price was right and the work was incredibly. Now get your minor dents fixed and enjoy the rest of the summer, what's left of it.
