My car started to chug and lurch and I was panicked and heart broken. So I kept my foot on the gas and hoped I could make it to another exit. I stopped at gas station to see if some gas and oil would help. No such luck. I went to auto zone. They hooked up my car and told me I needed ignition plugs. My mechanic told me it was an easy fix. And he would do it later. PSYCHE! I'm LATE so he told me to see if there were any men hanging around who would consider doing it. I started to drive home and just get a rental car when I looked up and saw Pastir. I begged a man in the parking lot to help me. He told me to please go tell the manager inside because he couldn't do it. The manager was awesome. He ran outside and hooked up mg car to the diagnostic machine. He started poking my engine and figured out what parts he needed. He called and is having them delivered. I don't know if he will be successful in getting my car back on the road, damnit I know he tried and I am so grateful. So so grateful. God is good because they are only open every other Saturday so this was a relationship meant to be!

Next day, it's squealing louder than I've ever heard before. Called a few days later, like, "How is my Jeep worse today, than it was when I brought it in?" The explanation WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING, was "You might need a new bearing in one of the pulleys!" This was AFTER the courtesy check they're supposed to do when installing a new part. After I said no to the $2K tires they recommended, no to the oil change, no to transmission and transfer case fluid change the final $1300 bill with a bundled Fuel System Cleaning that I didn't ask for, I now have another problem I didn't have before. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK! Try to stay local, and end up like this. I will never go back to a Firestone!

He claimed all my tires were too worn which is really ironic as the passenger front tire was just replaced in May . Brian is pleasure to work with and patient with my less than knowlegeable questions :-) He walks you through the whole repair if you have questions. After another local repair shop failed twice to complete repairs without breaking other systems and costing me more money, I went looking for a better place. This is it! So nice to be able to trust a mechanic to do a great job! I read over some of the other reviews and the "one stars" are totally out of character for Brian and I suspect they are bogus. Another great experience I had with Hansen Auto Body & Automotive was when I recently needed the exhaust system repaired. Brian doesn't offer the specific work I needed, so he sent me to "Yankee Discount Muffler" nearby. Another great place that did excellent work and more than reasonable. Thank you Brian!
