This is a good pizza. Especially for the area. Nothing to write home about, but enough to write a yelp review (ha!) Seriously, I ordered a half pepperoni half buffalo pizza AND garlic knots. It was good and came in the time the dude told me it would. The dough was just a little too thick for me. The chicken was so hard and dry, I wouldn't be surprised if it was old pizza. Also why make the actual pizza super thin so all the toppings can fall off?? This pls r has great food but depending on who answers the phone determines your experience. The older guy that answers the phone during the day is the worst person to deal with. He is unpleasant, has an attitude problem and will even argue with the customer to the point where he hands up on you. The younger gentleman yesterday works in the evening is a delight. I think prison bread would be better. Brushetta: the most disgusting thing.... Wouldn't even feed it to my dog! My first time ordering from here and I'm sad I didn't know about this place sooner as it's right up the block from my house. I ordered Shrimp Parmigiana w/ penne pasta and Fried Calamari and it was delicious. The pasta and sauce was fresh, while the shrimp was cooked to perfection and very cheesy. Not many places can make this well. The fried calamari was real calamari, which was very meaty and not over cooked. I also ordered zepoles for a snack they were also good. I used to really enjoy getting food from this restaurant. I have been ordering here for over 5 years. In the last year the quality of customer service has declined. There has been changes in how my food has been prepared. When I have called to inquire I have gotten nothing but an attitude. Last night I ordered food and thought I updated the contact number (which I apparently did not). Unfortunately I did not and the delivery was missed. I went to the restaurant just now to apologize and seek a resolution. I take responsibility for not providing the correct information, but there is always a solution. I am a restaurant manager and it is important to take care or our customers. The aloof attitude I received made my decision not to come back here so much easier. I spent close to $50 and was told to call Grub Hub. The gentleman said "We don't keep food from one day to the next." Customer service at its best! Shoutout to Grub Hub for taking care of the solution. Not that it's concerning to the staff here but you lost a frequent customer who tips well. read more
