I explained my doorknob/lock issue and Andre asked when was I available for him to stop by. I said whenever, and he said he'd arrive within the hour, which he did. He diagnosed the issue (I needed to replace the knob while keeping the lock intact for our key), showed me a better quality knob he had in his vehicle, priced it out for me to okay, and had the work done in 45 minutes. Got rid of them - they tried to bribe me not to do an honest review - but then I found Sherman's and the guy immediately knew what had to be done and did it for a VERY reasonable price.
