Wish I was kidding... I came here to get my nails done on a Wednesday.. one of my nails broke that next day, so I came back Thursday, they repaired the nail, then that night, the same nail broke as did another. Came back Friday ( hard to do given my busy schedule) and they didn't have time to fix them. Absolutely ridiculous given how much I tipped her to begin with $8 on $19 bill. 3 broken nails in 3 days! I'm not doing anything out of the ordinary. Sadly, I left my original salon after years to come here because I moved.. not once did I have a broken nail. Yes this place is on the cheaper side, but also in quality! Never coming back! Save your money and time! read more

I have been going here for the past few months and I love it! The prices are very affordable probly the lowest I've seen in Santee but the quality is through the roof! The shop is very clean and doesn't smell strong of harsh chemicals. I always make an appointment with Diane she is such a sweet lady and she keeps me laughing the whole time. She does a wonderful job and always makes sure I am happy before I leave. She is also very gentle if that's a concern, I never leave with soar fingers or little cuts from the drill I will be coming here from now on they are such a nice group of ladies. read more

So my bestie and I thought we would give this place a try. We had to play musical chairs. They didn't understand what we wanted. They shaved half of my nails off on the sides. Not even, way to thick. I have a lot of bumps and did bleed a few times. Get what you pay for. Terrible just terrible. read more

I feel almost guilty for this particular review. To begin with, I came in with a friend on a Friday so we both could get mani-pedis. The spa pedicures were exceptional, and I thought it was so nice to find a decent nail salon right before going out of town. BTW, great color selection, lots of choices. The lady who did my pedicure was so awesome and I don't think she ever told me her name, but I hope she knows who she is. Either way, right as my nails were beginning to be painted, some other woman came over and just started my nails right there while I was still in the massage chair. I guess that would have been ok, but I had to bring my right arm completely across my body to allow the lady to work on my right hand. When you're getting and arm massage like that... it just isn't comfortable. I felt like the lady was trying to rush me out of the seat to make room for someone which I just didn't understand. She moved me from the massage chair just to finish the polish. My friend was better off and had her manicure done at the table where it was supposed to be done. Because of this, she was finished much later than I was. During that time, the new lady (not the one who did my nails) totaled up my bill ( I was paying for both of us) and ran my card. Once she came back though, there was no place on the receipt for a tip, which I asked about and she said: "I told you that! You said you had in car" (which I hadn't) "Cash only!". I told her I had no cash on me, and she said "You go buy something next door and they give you cash back"... I was kind of offended and didn't want my tip for my pedicurist and friend's pedi/manicurist to go to this woman... There was a liquor store nearby and I just basically went to the ATM there for a $20 bill. Either way, I had to buy a soda in order to get a $10 and $5... I got back, gave it to her and she just gave me this look like "what should I do with this?"... honestly, the RUDEST treatment I've ever gotten paying for something EVER. If this woman is still working there, she needs to fix her attitude... I'll never be going back. read more

The place is always so clean and they have a TON of gel colors, powders, and nail polishes to choose from! I really wish I could give it give stars! BUT I'm exceptionally picky and am just going to be honest. I always get my pedicures after work since I'm on my feet all day, I walked in and asked for a regular pedi Sandy insisted on me doing a spa pedi so I did. She finished my first foot in 2 min. I then asked her if there was an owner or manager I could speak to because I wanted someone else to do it for me. She said there was no one I could speak to which I figured was a lie but she also added dont worry I'm not done. She went back and re did the foot and took her time from then on to finish she gave me the best massage I think no have ever had with a pedi and did a great job with the painting of the nails. I gota say I would go back but just feel like it's a hassle to have to tell someone how to do their job. read more

I'm so thankful there are still nail salons that care. I'm going to Vegas and I really needed my feet done but was embarrassed because of how bad they are. They took me in and made them look beautiful. They took their time scrubbing and didn't make me feel gross. They even knew how to do the design I showed them. I use to come here frequently but they told me and my friend that they didn't have change for a 5 so they could get a bigger tip. After we tipped her the 5 I saw a wad of bills. I thought I would give it one more chance. They did my nails and messed up the rhinestone that I asked for fell off. I told her I need a new one on she was very attitude about it... She was trying to do it fast and shaved the Rhine stone off chipping my nail and slopping glue all over my nail which looked absolutely horrible in person . My friend also came and they didn't give her what she asked for she told them and they make it obvious and just talk bad about you in their language of you need them to fix their mistake. I'm really disappointed! It was like a toddler painted my nails and did an absolute mess. It was a messy and uncared for job. I asked her to clean them up, but she did absolutely nothing but rub her nails on my skin which changed nothing! So disappointing and will not be returning. read more

Ended up costing $15 more then what was listed on their wall and also on the window outside. I had the worst experience here. I went in to fix a nail I broke, they offered to give me a whole new set for a low price. Repeating to them what they had just offered to make sure I understood right, they said correct. Walked in for a basic mani. 1 person was waiting and 2 stations were open. They used cold tap water to soak my nails (my last mani was warm soapy water), cut my nails too short and point blank told me my polish would only last 2 days if I didn't get gel. A walk in came in, a top coat was quickly applied. They didn't have any quick dry so she told me to set next the their fan/AC. In and out in 12 minutes from start to finish. Not a fan. read more
