However, I was advised to remove my initial review or our project would not be completed. On Father's Day morning, we called this company for an emergency due to issues with our boilers. Initially, we were impressed by their prompt response and diagnostic services. However, working with David and his company turned out to be the worst experience we could have had. David promised us a new HVAC system (water heater and heat pump) within a day or two. This has now turned into three weeks. The communication between us and David was terrible, and he even threatened us. To make matters worse, he left our family in the middle of a heatwave, with a newborn baby! David has said vile things to my family because we asked questions about the work that was supposed to be completed and complained that the service we paid for was not complete. He was angry that we filed a complaint with the financial institution we worked with to get the work done he removed the breaker from the heat pump system and told us that "our children will suffer tonight" ( heat wave in affect and it's over 100 degrees in the home ). His words were so disturbing that they are not allowed anywhere near our property. They also damaged and left a hole in our ceiling. After stating that someone would come to fix it, just like they usually do, no one came, and they didn't even bother to follow up. We had to pay someone else to come and fix it. We took out a loan for a specific system and he promised us that system, yet installed a cheaper lesser system with equally bad customer service. Once the job was reluctantly "finished," our heat pump didn't work, and we had to call in and pay other companies to not only evaluate the work this company did but also fix it. We later found out that the work they did could have resulted in a fire if we had kept the unit running. Not only are they dishonest and take advantage of emergency situations, but they also do horrible work.

I live right next to Rutgers and NJIT, and am covered by their campus police forces. I don't buy him feeling unsafe, since Elizabeth has the potential to be as rough as some parts of Newark (which again, I don't live in). Regardless, if he felt unsafe, he could have told us earlier instead of wasting our time and now we have to find another HVAC in the middle of a heat wave. I thought they would never come from that far away, Nathan from Right Way assured me they come up my way a couple of times a week. I asked for a call from the driver when he was about 30 minutes away, and he did. My husband went home to meet them and was very impressed with their timing, experience and respect for our home. They fixed my dishwasher and ordered a part to be put on in the future to make it run more efficiently. I would recommend them and give them 5 Right way ordered the part for my dishwasher, kept in contact with me as to when they could install it. I told them to schedule the appointment for when it's convenient for them because my dishwasher still worked so it wasn't urgent. They texted me, called me and emailed me to set up an appointment that fit my schedule. Before They installed the part they showed me what the problem was. They were very quick with the installation but made sure everything was working properly before the left.

The 2 guys who did the repair did a very nice job and everything looks great. My only complaint would be the plumber who came to cap the gas, I feel as though there should be more communication with the client and vendors and more explanation on exactly what needs to happen. The plumber did not turn our gas back on so now we are having to spend additional money to have the gas put back on for our tenant. We called him, texted him and sent email to Ice Age and no help yet! Overall I would recommend ice age,but I would be hesitant to trust the contracted plumber they use. I was desperate to get my through the wall AC unit installed, as I this was the third unit I had tried to order from Home Depot (long sad story) and it was in the high 80s. I woke up early and planned to be available all morning, just to find out the installer I had scheduled made a mistake and wasn't available. Fortunately, Ayrat was. I was able to schedule with Climate Helpp last minute, they were very responsive and flexible, and gave me a very fair price. Ayrat was on time, checked with me to see if everything looked good to me and asked if I wanted anything adjusted.
