Order took about a week..we brought our car on a trailer which the tires shop has a big enough driveway and lot to pull up In and unload so don't mistake their small parking area in the store front you got plenty of room to trailer your toys! The swap out took about a little over an hour which we waited in their clean store! Plus for me..couldn't be more happy with the out come and the overall experience! I had a bad experience with city tires. met with manager Raphael and explained to him that I needed 2 back tires for my car because my back tires were shredding . so I took him to my car showed him my back tires. He agreed with me that we should replace both tires. so so we proceed forward with replacing both tires. His mechanic took my car into the shop and within a half hour / 45 minutes the tires were replaced so I thought the instructions were to replace both of my back tires. Three days later my car started to feel weird so I checked my tires again and again they were shredded, so I called city tires and told him the situation and brought my car back to them to have it looked at and figure out what the problem was. when I spoke with Raphael and explained to him what transpired, he said his mechanic was a really good mechanic and there was a misunderstanding. he replaced my front tires, but the mechanic on the other hand was saying he replaced the passenger and the rear passenger tire so clearly I knew something was not right in that conversation. when I proceeded it explained to them that we both, Rapel and myself, walk to my car and they were instructed to do the back tires and that he has told his mechanic to do the back tires. Clearly there could be no misunderstanding so at that point he said I just want some honesty in our conversation which at that point it pissed me off inside because now you're calling me a liar. i didn't say anything, and waited to finish up fixing the tires and then I can find them by telling him there a several that could've happenedhappened could've been a miscommunication and clearly that means his coworker. His mechanic was clearly incompetent or he was lying because we both instructing him. It was the back tires so why he did the passenger front tire and the passenger back tire will not make any sense. so either he does not follow directions, Rapel gave him the wrong instructions, the mechanic was lying or Rapel was lying because Rapel told me that they replaced my front tires meaning that at this point I said to him well then that means my two front tires were brand new so where did they go and he said we don't know if they were new. I said I agree with you that we can't prove that, but that clearly says somebody is lying, and by him saying that comment that he wanted, some honesty was an attack on my integrity in front of my wife and my son, and I told him this is what's upsetting me because clearly either, he made the mistake or the mechanical made the mistake. he called me out my name in front of my family and that was very disrespectful. My wife and I had the most amazing service from Rafael at City Tire Sales. On Saturday morning we woke up to all of our wheels being stolen off our car. If you have no wheels there is no way to get your car towed to a place to get new wheels. We called everywhere to try to get wheels loaned/rented to us just to get our car to the Dealership to put on the new wheels we had ordered. Everyone in town said no and we were just out of luck. When my wife called City Tire and spoke to Rafael he was so kind. He understood our trouble and offered to loan us 4 wheels to get our car to the Dealership. He asked only for a small fee to rent them, which we gladly paid. Manuel came out later that day and install the 4 loaner wheels and we safely got our car to the dealership. There is just not this level of kindness in our world these days. Rafael and the people at City Tire will always have our thanks and our business. I've been going there for a few years and have been happy until the last year. I took my car in City Tire to replace a flat. The customer service rep told me that I need two new tires. This sounded reasonable since they were old and did need to be replaced. Later that afternoon as I was driving my 5 year old son to his soccer game, I felt the car shaking while driving 50 mph on Briggsmore Ave. I pulled over and found that City Tire's technician had neglected to put on the bolts on one of the tires he replaced! I called City Tire pissed off and waited for the tech to drive over and screw in the bolts. He sincerely apologized and drove off. I let it go. A few months later, I had noticed that my ABS light would not stop flashing on my dashboard. Concerned, I took it to 2 different mechanics to fix it. Neither of them could figure out what was wrong. One of them even tried to replace a part, which didn't fix it. Frustrated, I took it back to the dealership to look at it. The dealership said that whoever put my tires on, put on the wrong sized tire, which was triggering the ABS system! So, I paid a few hundred dollars for 2 mechanics and my dealership to inspect my car, because the very same technician from City Tire that neglected to put the bolts on my wheel, also put on the wrong sized tire! I hate writing a negative review, since the guys there have been so great over the years, but its simply dangerous to have people working there like that. He could of killed me and my son, in addition to costing me my time and money to fix all of the problems he caused. read more

The only place I trust. I get my tires rotated and balanced there as well as an oil change every 3,000 miles. I have been doing business with them for over 6 years and I have never had an issue. If you buy the tires from them the tire rotation and balancing is free. Anyone who writes a bad review on City Tire Sales is most likely a competitor trying to make a bad name. City tire is a chop shop. Wife left our durango over night go get tires, next day they tell her the front brake calipers are leaking and there is little pad left. I blew it off. Week later the transfer case locks into 4wd. I order new rotors and pads just to be safe since it is braking weird. I go to fix them and notice the calipers are in fact leaking so i rush and get new ones, hundred buck no prob. Figured mine might be faulty. Reason being, i had just replaced them with AFTERMARKET ones year and a half ago, problem is as i pull them off, these are all ORIGINAL CHRYSLER ones. NOT the ones i put on. Someone over night swapped out thiers for mine! Probably what ever was messing up on thier 4wd was swapped too since our truck is under 80k miles, we never 4wd and my wife works from home and hardly ever drives and this is her vehicle.
