He didn't acknowledge that I was already being helped or excuse himself--he just left mid-conversation. It felt very dismissive and rude. On top of that, the store was extremely loud and felt unorganized, which made the experience even more frustrating. I ended up walking out because I didn't feel valued as a customer. Basic courtesy and communication go a long way, and this experience fell short.

Not only are my antennas working, but the wires are much neater than before - they are hidden in the shadows of my vinyl siding. A+ again!

No more trips to Xfinity on E. 9th Street (Fruitvale Village), Oakland; and no more bus rides (51A) from Alameda to Xfinity in uptown part of Oakland (near 30th & Broadway. I don't have to travel too far to an Xfinity store. Yay! Purpose of my visit: payment of my Xfinity bill. I asked for a receipt to be texted to me or sent to my email address. Neither way did I receive a printed copy of the receipt. However, Marie gave me a written receipt as proof of payment. The female employees were indeed helpful with other customers.
