They threw in cute complimentary bag with my jewelry, which was a welcoming treat. In addition, the Sales Partner Jeanne Hall was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She took her time packaging the jewelry in a Brighton's branded gift bag and tissue paper in a way that made it feel like a present. So I stopped by the store feeling very nervous and uncertain. The staff members surrounded me with compassion and encouragement. They explained services and helped me schedule an appointment with Gabi herself. When I returned for my appointment, Gabi recommended powdering and I trusted her expertise. I am so pleased with my results and know they will help me feel more confident as I move through the next phase of my cancer care plan. He was screaming hysterically because he wanted to play with all the toys he saw when we arrived. The other time we came here, he hadn't been as interested in trucks. But this time, it was very different. I truly wish they didn't have a giant display of boxed toys right in the front of the store. It was extremely difficult to get him into the chair after he saw the toys, to keep him calm, and then attempt to leave the salon without buying a toy. He had zero interest in the actual playroom or the treasure chest of free toys. The stylists are great, however we probably will go instead to a different salon that doesn't also serve as a toy store right in the entrance way. This seems like a terrible design choice when you're dealing with toddlers.
