One of my best friends and I went into Claire's to get some piercings. Not only was the store extremely clean but was well stocked with so many different choices of all different kinds of merchandise it was so hard to choose from. The setup and organizational placement of everything made it extremely pleasurable to shop! The staff were phenomenal! Desirae greeted us upon entering the store and Val checked us out. Both of which were extremely friendly. Desirae was absolutely fantastic! She did both of our piercings and did a fantastic job! She was extremely knowledgeable and helped both of us with choosing the best type of earring and placement. She was super professional as well and an absolute delight! The ear piercing station was very clean and she made sure to practice the proper sanitization procedures! She was quick and her precision was on point! We both highly recommend visiting this store and getting your ears pierced by Desirae as you won't be disappointed! We definitely plan on going back to get some more piercings here in the near future! Thank you Desirae, Val and Claire's for the phenomenal experience and services received!

Desiree was great, she had a lot of patience with my family and I. In total she pierced three individuals in my group, and did not rush our party at all. I was so nervous to get my second set of earlobe piercings. Claires has an awesome selection of piercings that also came with the solution, you could get a rapid solution for $10 extra that will cut the cleaning process down to three weeks! She first marked my ear, let me see it, and quickly pierced it. I thought it would be painful but it was a light pinch! I then decided well since this wasn't to bad lets do the cartilage, she did the same process as before and this time I asked her to choose where she thought it would look best! One thing she did recommend is that I do not go over 3mm size so I did 2mm. Safe to say, where she placed the piercing I have already received tons of compliments. I plan to visit Desiree again at this location for more ear piercings!!

I don't know the name of the gentleman who pierced my daughters ears but he was so profesional. He made us feel at ease, made sure we knew how to take care of her afterward and just made the experience really smooth. Nobody wants to see their kids in pain so I'm very appreciate of his quick work!

Although I go to Claire's with my Mom and sister, I don't like how since 2015, they stopped selling My Little Pony stuff.

I've been coming to this place six years. And it's not changed much…read more This place is packed is like sardines in a can. However, if you're willing to sift through out the items might find a few gems. The prices are fair, but to tend to run on the high side. There is definitely an array of goods to rummage through. And through appointment and hand selection of items the store accepts, it makes for quality picked used merchandise. Finally -- it's nice to see that they have a phone number posted now. This business didn't have one connected to anything for awhile. I believe this happened around the time the new owner, Lupee bought Growing Pains. Once I had an appointment and brought some gently used baby items in I was given the option of store credit or money. The store credit being higher. I don't remember if this was before Lupee bought the store. When the phone number for the business went dark I wasn't sure how to make an appointment for bringing my baby things and kids things in. So I started just dropping them off to create space in my home. I realize this isn't the most ideal situation since the items could go to a non profit so I've stopped this. If you're looking to make a little extra cash or store credit this is an ideal place to take your items.

If I could give negative stars, I would for the awful service! A lot of improvement needed and…read morebetter CS training. After standing in a long line to the cashier, I asked the lady cashier for a stock check because the shirt I got had loose threads and no other size on the rack. She found one and they need to get it from the stockroom, which would take additional 5-10min. She gave me instructions to pick up the item at the front of the store, on the Collections rack. I thought I could purchase the shirt and wait for it at the front...but no she sent me away. (I didn't understand why I had to leave the cashier after waiting in a long line, pick up the item I was trying to purchase at the front door area, then go back to the cashier again to purchase the item. What a weird process! Never experienced this with other stores.) I had to reiterate, that I just lined up for 10min and I don't want to have to line up AGAIN. She said, "no, you don't line up again. Just go to the side(front of cashier), and WE'LL take you IN FRONT of the line." Ok, I thought that was fair. I left and waited another 5min-10min for the replacement shirt. Walked back to the side of the cashier, front of the line. There was a different cashier, 1 person in line for purchase, and 1 person to the right at Return/Exchange line. The Cashier didn't acknowledge me when he saw me(like "do you have any question, or I'll be right with you.."). When he finished with a customer, I approached the cashier, explained that I picked up the item from stock and I was told to come back to the front of the line. Then he told me with an attitude that,"you just got here and I need to help the person in line." I further explained that I was at the cashier earlier, but was told to leave to pick up the stock and return to the front of the line. He said, with an eye roll, "well, I didn't tell you that." So I stood in line again, and waited for the 3rd time! When he finished with the customer, he wouldn't assist me, and called the other person in line for returns, avoiding me. So I stepped closer again to the cashier, asking for assistance. He moved away from me to use the other cash register, took the other customer, and told me why he wouldn't assist me, "I don't like your attitude." I was surprised..and I answered back, "you don't need to like my attitude, but you guys should know how to follow your "OWN PROCESS AND PROCEDURES." (It's ashamed that you employ a person who can't deliver professional service, who needs more training to follow Zara's OWN process!!!) Maybe if I was instructed to go back in line after waiting for the replacement stock, I would've decided then if: 1-it was worth the wait to go back in line again 2-additional wait time for a replacement stock 3-or purchase the shirt I originally lined up for, but live with the poor quality of loose threads on the seams and collar. I would've went back in line, in peace, and not be harassed by your own employee. No wonder, you guys have 1.5stars on YELP! It's embarrassing. If more customers shopped online, you're jeopardizing the dying practice of professional customer service, and corporate could close down the store, and jobs would be on the line. I'm in customer service so I know how it is to properly treat a paying customer.

We found this cute beige jacket for sale for $39.99 and decided to get it because it matches with a lot of my outfits. I found some really cute baggy cargo jeans! Staff was really helpful, and helped us do the self check out since we bought a lot of clothes! I love Uniqlo because their quality clothing is really good! I will be coming back again soon!

I learned that you'd have to return them via mail (fed ex) which you have to pay for, it's $7 that comes out of your expected refund. You'll have to package it in a box and go to fed ex and it takes a week at least for them to receive it - it's in New Jersey. Then several more days for them to process the return (I'm at this stage right now with my online return) and a few more days to see my refund. What a HUGE hassle!!!!!!! I don't really shop here - I have done so once in the past (last year) in store during a sale for a down jacket which I have to this day and is one of my favorites, very lightweight and keeps me warm. Now I know better than to shop online - or be mindful of the exact size I need before ordering.
