That gave us a chance to quickly look over the jewelry and choose what earrings we were going to use. The staff were all very helpful. They explained everything a few times and even went over the jewelry options. Rowan takes this very seriously from products used to those they higher and the process they do for piercings. Let me tell you a step up from the 1990s when I got my ears pierced. Our nurse Lauren was fantastic. If we wanted her to explain the process she would have. I personally was OK with no explanations. Just get the job done lol because I was nervous my daughter on the other hand she wanted to know the ins and outs and everything because she is just curious and was not nervous at all so Lauren was able to work with both of us.
