Your staff needs an attitude adjustment. I believe her name was Ruth when I came in yesterday looking around the store with my sister when we needed to ask a few questions. Ruth proceed to be extremely disrespectful and rude, she also ignored us many times when needing help and never checked up on us. I had to wave her down . I told her to look into something she enjoys working in and to quit if she's gonna act like this at your establishment and took my business elsewhere. I informed friends and family and they will not be coming to this Claire's location anymore due to how disgusting that behavior was. Every young girls dream of hair accessories or for me who loves to wear flowers or feathers in my hair.. I actually came on a Black Friday looking for flowers to wear in my hair for my (1st) wedding that would match my dress, but ended up getting a feather hairpiece instead. Unfortunately it was a small store so as people started to enter my purse knocked down everything that got in it's path.. I picked up as much as I could but after awhile I was forget it and held my purse in front of me. Omg dude, they take FOREVER HERE FOR PIERCINGS. FOR EVER. They told me to wait 20 mins because there was people ahead of me, I said fine that's ok in the mean time I'll shop, but it's been an hour and I have a small baby. NEVER AGAINS HORRRRRIBLE. I wanted to buy some new earrings since I had lost mine , went in started looking at some. I wanted to do the buy 3 get 3 for free deal, Once I went to the register to pay she was very rude from the beginning , I get anxiety when I go to pay for my things alot of the time so her being rude didn't help at all, she rung up my items and it came out to be a bit over my budget so I had asked if she can take some stuff out, she looked at me and said " what?" then I had to repeat myself again , after that another one of her coworkers came and started telling me that if I wanted something for free I could get something next to the register. Which I would have appreciated if she was a little nicer about it. this is my personal experience but it can be different for everybody. read more

If there is one piece of jewelry that I enjoy the most is earrings. I like coming to Claire's because they always have sales on earrings. You can buy 3 pairs and get the other 3 pairs for free. They have earrings for sensitive ears and many cute and classy designs. The staff is friendly and ask if you need any help. The store has other cute items, but I only come here for the earrings. Sometimes the earrings section can be a little messy and some pairs are missing but you have to keep looking to find the good ones. Ok honestly, I've come here before recently and did not have a great experience. Today, Brenda greeted us and was warm and welcoming while asking us if we had any questions. Indeed we do, Brenda. Indeed we do. So! My Bff Jill and I (her name isn't Jill but I'm feelin this rn so let's just roll with it) went in to get an earring kit and the free piercing (bff goals, right?!) and Brenda helped us do just that. We asked to split the earring and piercing and Brenda asked her manager Amie if that was cool. It was cool. It was ice cold. It would just be $3 extra for each of us to pierce the cartilage since we were splitting it. Moving along, we get the cheapest set ($18.99) of earrings and get prepared for the fun part! Amie was training Brenda to do piercings, but I was more than willing to be victimized, if needed. Brenda was awesome!!! She marked my ear and then showed me to see if it was ok instead of just stabbing me wherever she wanted. I chose to move it up a little more and she was totally fine with marking it again. In just a tiny pinch, it was all over. She perfected my piercing and I'm in love with it! Bff also got hers done by Brenda and she loves it too. But I'll let her review this experience herself!
