My niece was very anxious but excited and Ka'Merial was on her A-Game in explaining and helping my niece conquer her fear. She assisted me with locating the perfect spot on my bracelet and while she worked on it another clerk assisted me as I walked around and looked at other charms. I had some other errands to run and I was going to come back but before I could walk out the door, my bracelet was being brought to me. About a month and a half ago my daughter and her grandmother went into their store to get a couple links added to her charm bracelet. Of course they have to ship it to Kerrville to get it fixed and would mail it back to us as soon as it was done. Since her grandmother is the one that took her to do this we didn't have any of the information on when it would be returned to us. After a few attempts of getting the shipping information from her grandmother we finally got it. Once we looked up the tracking number it said it was delivered over a month ago by UPS.....WHAT?!?!?! We never received anything, and with it being so long ago we figured it would be a complete loss. Figuring that whatever address they delivered to was enjoying it. After trying to start a claim with UPS, with little hope in mind, I got to a step that made me think I better call James Avery just to make sure I didn't need anything from their end. Once I got Alexandria on the phone that was it, I didn't need to do anything else. She handled everything. They even sent Ava a new replacement bracelet and took several days and emails to make sure it was exactly like the one that was lost. And doing this all before they have anything settled with UPS. I am absolutely impressed and beyond grateful. I am a customer for life (not that I wasn't before but this just sealed the deal). If you want excellent customer service, the friendliest people and top notch jewelry, James Avery is the place to go.

The jewelry was flimsy and kept falling out of my nose and I wasn't given any aftercare advice or told what size my jewelry was. I ended up just forgoing my nose piercing for two years especially because I worked at a place that was extremely strict on appearance. I got a new job that's relatively relaxed and decided to try wearing a nose ring again, got it halfway in and it wouldn't go, tried forcing it and it hurt so bad. I decided to do my research and came here to see if they could thread a piercing in for me or pierce it again if it was healed. Miki was so polite and friendly! She made me feel so comfortable despite having a few bad piercing experiences in the past. She first checked if it was open and it was! If just shrunk- she only charged me for the jewelry and I lived how honest she was about it! I feel like it would've been easy to charge me for a full piercing since it hurt for a bit so I wouldn't have known the difference. She gave us papers with information about our piercings, after care, size of jewelry, AND ALSO ASKED US TO COME IN LATER TO CHECK ON HEALING! No one has ever done that for me before I loved it! The jewelry she sold us was great quality compared to the ones I had in the past and it has a thick backing so even if I accidentally tug my nose my jewelry won't fly out. I brought a friend and she got 2 piercings from her as well, we came back so my friend could get another two done and we came specifically for Miki. She's just so trustworthy and professional and she actually goes out of your way to welcome you in and make you comfortable! I loved how she had a ring light to double check for veins since the other shops I went to never had that, it made me 100% sure that if I come here she's going to take my safety and my body anatomy into account. Problems arose in a few days, it slowly became apparent the two piercings were either two close together or otherwise unadvisable. Whatever the case, it began to look like an infection was setting in, despite her caring for it to the letter. She reached out in direct texts to the tech and got no response. She returned in person and found a window sign that they were closed for some extended period leaving her completely hanging. So, we went to another tattoo place for advisement, and they (like myself) were worried a staph infection was setting in and she should both remove the piercings (rendering the $100 a total loss) AND go to a rapid care facility because it could become serious quickly, which she did. THR Breeze doctor didn't disagree, and prescribed several remedies, that thankfully turned it around in a couple more days. Interesting that the staff at the other tattoo place actually correctly guessed who performed the piercings as "we get a lot of their messups here." So, there's apparently a reputation building around this place in the community (wish we knew in advance). As all this transpired, she did not get a single solitary response from Daddy Jacks. STILL haven't. She respectully informed them along the way and left it open to what they would offer to rectify such a total and immediate pointless loss of $100, and they couldn't even be bothered to even reply or indicate they gave the slightest you-know-what about the results. We're reasonable people and realistic about possible outcomes, but the utter lack of follow-through or even basic caring about minimal satisfaction left us with the rottenist take-the-money-and-run disgust. The only "gift" she had left to show for was a stack of empty antibiotic bottles. Pathetic. Buyer beware.

The technicians here have no idea what they're doing. Your eyes should NEVER burn during a lash appointment! I ended up coming here temporarily while my regular technician was away, and every single visit left my eyes red, burning, and in pain. After my first technician caused severe irritation, I switched to another--only to experience the same horrible results. My eyes were so red and painful that I couldn't even open them properly, let alone drive after my appointments. When I brought up my concerns with the front desk, they had the audacity to tell me that I was simply "not a good candidate for lash extensions." That's completely false--I've been getting them for years with no issues at reputable salons. I even overheard them telling the same excuse to a teenager during my first visit. This place has no business offering lash services. When done correctly, extensions should never cause burning, redness, or pain. If you experience this, RUN.
