Unfortunately, when we dropped off the ring with her, we didn't hear back and after over two weeks I called. Walked up to the kiosk in front of Happy Lemon and there was nobody in front of me. The attendant approached me immediately to help me out. She showed me all of the piercing earring options I could choose and then she took my payment and she sat me down in a chair. Depending on what initial earrings you choose the price will be different, but I paid a total of $28 for my piercings. The experience was pleasant. I am totally okay with dealing with fast, sharp pains so this was nothing. The piercing earrings come in factory packaging and is designed as a piercing gun in itself. The attendant did the piercing for me. She sanitized my ears well and then used a felt tip inked pen to sketch a dot on each ear of where she thinks the piercings should go. I got a mirror to see everything and approved it. I had an overall pleasant experience and would come again if I ever were to get another piercing. Fairly cheap and good customer service!

Garrett was friendly, but the overall experience was very disappointing. After the piercing, no follow-up appointment was scheduled to remove or change the earrings. Nearly two months later, I became frustrated and went back to the shop for help. I was shown how to remove the earrings myself, and because Garrett was late for my appointment, I ended up removing them on my own. When I later tried to insert new earrings, I could not find the piercing hole despite multiple attempts. I scheduled another appointment and returned to the shop, only to be told that the hole had already closed. No solution was offered, nor was there an offer to re-pierce the ear. My friend also had issues with her piercing. The post on her earring stuck out noticeably from the front of her ear for nearly two months. When she returned to have it shortened, it was not properly adjusted and continued to stick out afterward. For the amount of money we spent, we expected much better service and follow-up care. Based on our experience, I would recommend going to a reputable tattoo or professional piercing studio instead.
