The staff was super kind explaining that the Vietnamese coffee is pre-made ahead of time, so sweetness can't be reduced below 75%, and it would make the pandan flavor disappear. A trick: You can add a free extra shot of coffee if you want it more balanced and less sweet. If you want 0% sugar, you can order their teas.
