Great customer service! I bought a new car that needed to be added to our family policy. I live in Fresno, so I called their office to check what it would cost to add my car. After explaining that I didn't live in town and that my dad could stop by later to pay, the young man said that since I was on the policy I could take care of this over the phone! I paid and they emailed me the documents to electronically sign. They also sent me proof of insurance immediately. The whole process took about 30-45 minutes. The woman give me a good price ($175). After that I go to do the smog check and when I go back I talk with a guy and he want $290! I said him, the woman gave me a $175 offer, they ask me to wait a minute, ask me some stupid question, and gave me a $250 offer. I said I won't paid more. They ask some more stupid question and gave a new offer $220. I tell him again, I won't paid more. And waow, what a magic, they can give me the $175 offer.... I was just a tourist and they wanna steal from me a hundred bucks extra. What a cool place....! read more

I looked up car insurance and this spot shined real good. With all the stars and good comment others left this company, it made me come and check the spot out for a quote. So me and my wife walked in at 138pm, they looked busy. So the gentleman asked and he said the insurance lady should be done by 10mins. I was fine so we waited. It's already 205pm and my wife needs to be dropped off at her work. I said I'll just comeback, and asked what if I leave my info can they give me quote later? Didn't even take my phone number. I called after an hour and half and they said they'll call me back. It's past 5pm already earlier and they haven't called. Called again and it was no help. So definitely a bad service, and would not recommend this place. Sorry you guys just lost a customer. read more
