Woke up to my elder mom needing a tooth extraction. No one was open or they were busy. Got a hold of this office and a nice lady answers the phone. We go in.... the entire staff and I literally mean all of them greet you and they are such amazing ladies. The entire process was as fast as it could be, it's dental work. Had 1 extraction. 2 implants, and a temp crown. The doctor looking so young but has the knowledge of the expert he is. Modern education and he knows what's he's doing. Gives you the options then is up to you. A particular lady named "D" was my angel of the day. I needed help with the financing of the procedures. She went above and beyond what humans do these days to help the entire process flow. Corporate owners, I'm sure ypu already know. All the staff is amazing at this location. All of them. But "D" would get the trophy from me if there is one. She is a keeper and in fact have her train all locactions on how to make money and help patients be happy doing it. I change insurance; Research lead me to Dentist of Montclair. A full house of professionals. A crack tooth required immediate attention; I met with Doctor Ajai and a great staff. I let the tooth go a couple of weeks, it became infected. The tooth split to the root, pain was unbearable. I needed help; Not only are they open Monday thru Friday but Saturday too. I was able to come in at 4:30 pm on a Friday. Since then I have received a crown, prepped for a dental implant, and a filling. I will receive two veneers on my front teeth next week. I had them whiten my teeth to complete the work. The staff; Maria, Angie, Adri were qualified, well versed in the work they completed. The manager, Rose has been a comfort in the guidance given on managing what is left of my natural teeth. I am 60 yrs. old and just trying to keep my natural smile. My experience here was amazing. They took care of me but actually cared. I got braces and a teeth cleaning along with getting cavities fixed up and I will say they made sure I was okay through throughout the entire process because I was very nervous lol. Either the technology has gotten super better or the doctor has some tricks up his sleeve but I went in for a root canal and I didn't feel anything. great experience would 100% recommend. They got me in, took the x-rays, got the work done and worked with me for paying all the day before I had to drive back home.
