I was interested in getting my carpets cleaned before move in day at my new home and was referred by family to check out Clark County Carpet Cleaning. I reached out to schedule an appointment and Trisha was so courteous and informative. She was so quick to return my call with information regarding scheduling times, quotes etc. Scheduling went so smoothly, even after having to reschedule dates. On cleaning day Kevin and Jeremy were early on their arrival time and so professional. They both introduced themselves and got to work promptly. I even asked if we could add on a couch and loveseat cleaning last minute and they were able to accommodate with no issues. The entire process took about 1 1/2 hours to clean 2 bedrooms, hallway, stairs, and couches. I am highly satisfied with their work and the entire process has been so easy. I needed my carpet repaired and cleaned. As scheduled, Chris and PJ showed up on time. Chris examined the damaged areas in my carpet, had a detailed discussion with Bryan the owner, and determined that they would not be able to deliver the result that I would be satisfied with. They recommended a couple of carpet installers they work with, and suggested that carpet be cleaned after the carpet repair is completed. They charged nothing for this trip and extensive consulting on a hottest day in Las Vegas. These people went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me when I was doing a move out of a condo I was subleasing!!! From the office staff to the amazing guys who come out to do the cleaning!! They literally were there to help me from the first call to the last 3 days before our move!
