Given some health issues that made it hard for me to keep up with extra cleaning tasks beyond the basics, we needed help with cleaning three sofas, a loveseat, and a chair. All-in-all, we were happy with the cleaning upholstery service here. They were super quick with communication, and the pricing was clear and up-front. They laid out what info they needed from me, provided scheduling options quickly without needless back and forth, and provided an easy portal and confirmation emails for a smooth process and status tracking. The actual service was also pretty good. The only thing I wish they'd clarified was how they handled stains, such as marker stains. It'd have been nice to know beforehand how they dealt with them, if at all, and what to expect with that. Otherwise, the value was overall standard and good compared to other similar businesses.

Booking was super easy, and I loved that they use an app where you can view your appointments and invoices all in one place. They gave us a 2-4 PM arrival window and showed up toward the later end, which was totally fine. I wasn't home during the service, but my husband was, and the technician called when he arrived and explained everything clearly. They shampooed, agitated, and deodorized the carpets, and took extra care with the areas where our dog had accidents. I was especially impressed with how the stairs turned out--while they weren't heavily soiled, they tend to trap a lot of dog hair from daily use, and they came out looking really clean and refreshed. We weren't expecting that but know we needed it, so we agreed to the extra cost. It took the young gentleman just over an hour to clean 2 rooms which is longer I'm sure because of the extra pet cleaning step. Then we had to wait for it to dry. Poor communication and no show…read more I scheduled last week for 11 on Saturday. I called them at 1130 and they were like oh they should have showed up by now. The receptionist called them, and they said their machine broke and they were getting it fixed. They said they would offer me 10% off and I could either wait for them Saturday or be scheduled first thing Monday. I told them it was no problem, we would wait around on Saturday. He said they would call him when they were 30 minutes out. I wait til 430 pm and no one came or called me. Monday comes and I called at 8 am before they opened and left a message to see if they would be there Monday morning. Then when they did open I called from 9-11 and it kept going straight to voicemail. I emailed them and they never responded two day. So I scheduled yesterday with Keystone and they came today. Keystone did an amazing job. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional company.

I tried to post this review on Google, and to respond directly to Bob's before posting a review but…read morethey don't have an easy way to give them feedback. They do have polite people and do decent work but I did not have a good experience with their repair business. An annual inspection turned up a couple of small problems - low refrigerant in a system and a nearly failed condenser fan in another. No argument with that conclusion so I said go ahead with fixes. Got the invoice and should have paid more attention - a price gouge of epic proportions. Here's what I sent them that got rejected by their system: PS - registered professional engineer who should have paid more attention. 'I was not here when this work was finished, and I have no issue at all with the technician and work performed. He was professional. I agreed to all of the work. But I regret now not doing additional homework on the cost. A one pound 410a add should cost more like $100 at the high end all in. Easy to find on google or Yelp), given you can get a 25 lb Jug in the range of $250. And yes, there is labor and overhead in that , but for for a 30 minute job $325 seems excessive. I also was able to source the replacement fan motor with an identical Lennox model# from a number of sources- from around $200. Again, that doesn't include labor. So if I'm generous, you got $300 in parts, add 20% for miscellaneous. And yes, I get that there is 'Bob's guarantee' and you have overhead, but an 1800+ bill for less than two labor hours of work, make it 3 with travel time and even at 150 per hour - and maybe 450 in parts and material -the total markup at 2x is to me excessive. Plus your billing is deficient in the level of detail so it's even hard to understand how you could add it up to that much. My wife paid the bill of course, but with these prices even though the service is good I won't be using or recommending Bobs for repairs in the future. I'll do my homework.' PS - last postscript. You may have noticed Bob's no longer responds to Yelp reviews. Must be too busy. Or they don't care. Neither one is a good sign.

As a result, the system was not performing properly. There was a leak in refrigerant, was short cycling and wound internally shut off, and was not configured properly for zoned system. The existing system was installed when we purchased this house new in 2018 but was contractor grade. Ryan provided a couple of solutions but decided to replace. Very good price for a better quality system. The install techs, Roger and Dom, completed the install today. Very professional and went extra to be sure zone system was functioning properly. Definitely made the right choice.
