They did an okay job cleaning our carpets. But they charged us more then our quoted price- even though I told them we had a 4 bedroom house with a living room and dining room. My husband was told that 2 of the rooms were bigger so they counted as 2 rooms, so we got charged for 8 rooms vs 6. No one ever asked me the size of the rooms. Also- I picked this company because of the awesome pictures of very dirty carpets becoming very clean. But that was not the case with our carpet. I'll admit, the carpets in the house we were renting were old. The owner has been re-renting the house with carpet that should have been replaced years ago. Those pictures must be carpet that got dirty over a few months time, then it was shampooed. My husband said the guy who came was really nice. Just had our carpets cleaned by Alvin & Hajji and they did an outstanding job! We've used different companies in the past year alone. The big ones and another independent and these guys by far were the best. Not only friendly but really detail oriented. We have dogs and our German Shepherd sheds like crazy. No matter how much we vacuum there's still tons of hair on our downstairs carpet. They raked it and so much hair came up. They also did a fantastic job pulling up most of a paint stain (left by my kids ) and cdid a great job cleaning our large couch as well. Highly recommend this company. Absolute professional team! Booking was easy and they arrived within the window provided. They had no problems helping with some furniture that needed to be moved and then went to work on my carpets. We moved in here and could have gotten new carpet but with a new puppy coming in the short future decided to clean what we had. Well the first place that cleaned it could have done a much better job but we weren't all that worried. After 6 months, we had some pretty solid wear and traction paths build up. Our stairs and landing turn were just horrible. Less than an hour after starting and everything was better than we could have ever imagined. And all for an amazingly reasonable price! Four of five of the Yelp blasts responded online with negative responses (I get that, schedules are full), but one that I asked for a schedule for 1-2 weeks hence just said sorry, out of town. Wow. I'm so glad that I called Clark County directly! Tricia called me back (they are SUPER busy) and agreed to put me on a pencil list in case there were cancellations or if any of their crews finished early. It turns out that they did, and the crew was willing to take another job. Old-school contact really won me over here, not to mention that this company representation was swift, friendly, and willing to work with our schedule. My husband had pre-cleaned everything in the hopes that professional cleaners could follow up with some magic - and they did! I wish I had photos, as the very distinct high-traffic paths were reduced to something relatively un-noticable since the carpet was over 10 years old. However, it appeared they must have had a full schedule (they stated I was their first job of the day) and seemed rushed. The cleaning they did was significantly better than what the carpets were in, however, I ended up renting a rug doctor afterwards and did an even better job. A whole house cleaning took the two less than 1.5-ish hours and no carpet raking was not completed. There were indentations where old furniture was. For the ~$400 it could have been better. We used Clark County Carpet cleaning when we were moving out of our rental. Overall I was actually very impressed. The carpets in the rental were as cheap as they come and very worn and verrry dirty. When we moved in they'd supposedly been cleaned but they definitely didn't look like it. Enter these guys. I can't remember the names of our two guys but they were both very nice and professional. The customer care exhibited by this business overall was so great, that alone will cause me to be a return customer. They cleaned the whole upstairs which is carpeted (about 1,000 sq ft) in less than 30 minutes. I didn't expect the carpets to look very clean, because they were so dingy when we moved in to begin with. However, they looked considerably better and I was very impressed. The only reason I took off a star was because I was told the carpets would dry in 4-8 hours. The landlord had someone moving in the next afternoon (more than 12 hours after the cleaning) and the carpets were still considerably wet by that time. Our landlord was pissed at me for it so I was a little annoyed, but other than that it was a great experience. I would definitely use these guys again...I'd just give the carpets more time to dry. read more

WARNING!!!! This company is HORRIBLE! I called them for an estimate and they showed up an hour and a half Late. I called them 3 times to figure out where they were. The Receptionist, Trish kept making up excuses for her crew. They finally showed up. When they got here, they got out of there van & their Trash was Falling Out of their Van from Lunch. They didn't care and left the trash in my driveway. I had to clean up their trash after they left. I didn't want to go with them, but this was the company my Realtor told me to use. So we went with them, we were the First Job of the Day. GUESSS WHAT? They were an Hour Late. I got on the phone, said for every minute your company is late, you need to take a Dollar Off, Trish, the Receptionist Exploded at Me, and went off on me, then she told me, she was going to go and tell my Realtor. So then the two guys showed up at my doorstep wanting to fight, because I put my foot down, because they were an hour late. I had to stand up for myself and my family, but I also had to get the job done. I didn't have any spare time to play with. I tried to call Trish back, she wouldn't answer my calls. The Lead guy then said she won't take my calls, she's too upset. I was like this was all because you guys were very late the first time around and very late this time around. This is Business, don't take this personal, but Trish did. After they got done, they made a Complete mess of my driveway from the dirty water and their dirty shoes making marks all over my driveway. I had to call them back to get it fixed. They showed up a week after the job was done Hours late again, asked me, so did you try to do anything? I was like, you guys made the Mess, not me, that's your job. They tried to clean, but really didn't much to it. I was selling the House anyways, so I was like hoping the new owners wouldn't notice and they didn't. It's a Family Owned Business, so you will not go far with them, because it's their way and nothing else.
