Explained that we are retired and on a fixed income and this was out of the financial reach for us. Stated that the regular x-ray was affordable for our budget. Guidelines from the American Dental Association state that x-rays are accumulate over time and dentist should must weigh the risk for x-ray exposure. I have to give props to this practice. I've been here several times in the last few months with…read morevarious problem teeth. Every single staff from check in to check out is so kind. I had to get a molar tooth pulled and Dr Yassin was excellent. She's really good at what she does. I've still had some residual pain in that area deep in the gums, so when I came back to have work done on another tooth, Dr Cheema actually looked at my x-ray (from where the molar tooth was pulled) and she took the time to explain that based on where that tooth and infection were, it was likely that my nerve was what was still giving me the pain. This was what I suspected but her validation was what I needed. Dr Cheema is also excellent and she is very patient, always taking time to make sure I've had my questions answered and that I'm good. In general, it's actually fun to sit and chat with the dentists/assistants while they work on my teeth so I don't mind anytime I have to go back. Their office has been very helpful and patient with me. I appreciate all of them so much.

I called because my Invisalign retainer is starting to tear and wanted to understand the process for ordering a replacement. Angelina said she wasn't sure and that I would need to come in. I explained that I now live over an hour away in Atlanta and was simply hoping to speak with someone before making the drive. As I tried to understand why someone couldn't just explain the process over the phone or return my call, she became increasingly frustrated with me. I wasn't asking for a diagnosis or treatment over the phone, I was just trying to find out what my options were before driving over an hour. I even said I was happy to wait for a call from Dr. Nikola or anyone on the team whenever they had time. Instead, I left the conversation feeling like I was inconveniencing her for asking a reasonable question. It was an unexpectedly dismissive interaction, especially considering I've been a patient for years. I hope it was just an isolated customer service issue.
