It's puzzling. First, she looked annoyed that she had to test my battery. Then she told me to go wait and "pop my hood while I'm waiting" while she helps another lady in line behind me. My hood was already open, ready for my battery to be tested. Then she tests my battery and says "it's bad." Literally TWO WORDS. Nothing else. And as I asked her for advice she hands me the slip of paper with the percentage my battery tested at and LITERALLY WALKED AWAY FROM ME BACK INTO THE STORE. Honestly, I'm baffled. I hope you have the day you deserve, lady.

Issac charged the battery and confirmed it couldn't hold a charge, it was dead. He quickly gave me a replacement and I was on my way. Service at this store is first rate. I came in & told him exactly what happened, & he was able to test my battery & confirmed that it failed the test (d'oh!) & needed to be replaced. Together we were able to choose the right one to fit the needs of my car & my budget. Abdul also installed it for me without a hitch. I felt like I didn't need to worry about a thing & that it was quite a simple task even though it was early in the morning. I came in for some headlights and I asked about their warranty & replacements for headlights. They advised me that I was able to get one replacement but most likely I had blown fuse or electrical was bad. Check the fuses and electrical and they all working condition. The light bulbs sold at oreily are cheaply manufactured and only last 3 months. I switched over to LED and haven't had any problems.

The gentleman behind the counter said he didn't know anything about it and when I pointed it out on the can he said they don't charge a deposit so he didn't know why it would say that on the can. He begrudgingly threw it away after I asked if he could toss it...and I had dropped the deposit refund. I was primarily there for a new battery so the monotone lack of effort was neither here nor there. If you aren't sure what you need, I hope you get better input and knowledge.
