I get glasses and feel nausea and vision strained. Now i meed to go back and get 2 new lenses in my glasses.

Instead of just being honest and saying they wouldn't give it to us to prevent us from buying elsewhere, the employee lied and said that not only does pupil distance regularly change as an adult, but it also is specific to the actual frame. I told her we would be getting new lenses in the same frame so please measure it with that one, but she refused unless we purchased lenses through them. She also told me that no one in the industry will give pupil distance unless you buy glasses from them. Well, we went to Costco and not only did they measure the pupil distance with no problem, for free, without requiring us to buy glasses there, but the doctor and employees there confirmed that the truth about pupil distance, which substantiated that all the things the employee at MyEyeDr told us about pupil distance were lies. MyEyeDr has always been a high-pressure sales environment for purchasing glasses, but this goes too far.
