When he completed the work, he cleaned up the debris that had fallen when he repaired my circuit breaker box. His attention to detail and cleaning up after himself are signs of elite contractors. Miquel did the job professionally & quickly, he walked me through the working part to ensure everything was correct. He also ensured that I received the receipt via email before leaving. He did great with the bathroom light/fan rewire, and the porch fan did work when he left. The problem is that the porch fan stopped working a few days later. Unfortunately, ran into an issue getting him back to check because he's in too much demand. Finally, after over a month of trying to get him back to perform a check (he does have a 1 yr warranty on his work) - he did - and it was a simple fix that had nothing to do with the quality of his work. So of course, now we have more work and will hopefully be able to hire him again if he has the availability.
