I come here semi regularly for my favorite dishes like the spicy wonton soup or the boba. I dont know her name but I believe she's the owner or manager, but anyways... I had a pretty gnarly injury today and have one arm in a sling because of it and she went out of her way to personally serve my my boba drink and took extra precautions giving me my food without me asking. Who does that now a days? I was blown away by her actions and service that countered my bad day. I'm genuinely appreciative of what she did and this solidifies my reasons for coming here. Im spoiled by its boba time so this is a little different for me. Didnt find the drinks too good. You have a bunch of actual tea TEA or limited slush flavors which are sweet as sh*t. The hype is probably all the different bobas you can put in it. Not really my thing.. The drink itself is what makes a boba drink good in my opinion. This place is terrifying. We went in to get boba, and they had boba that was old and sticky. I asked for a new one, and they did not want to make new boba. They finally made new boba, and the new boba was tasteless. So, we asked to get our money back, and the manager screamed at usand made a scene in the restaurant. It was terrifying. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. The worst restaurant experience ever. If I am paying $5.45 for my boba drink, I expect it to be tasty. They also had the audacity to throw in the old boba with the new boba, and now I have a stomach ache. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Go somewhere else where they respect their customers. This place is my go-to for Boba. I always get a Large cup, boba filled about 2 inches through the cup and top it off with Madeline, Horchata, and Mocha? I have to check the last flavor. It's a really great spot. The shaved ice is not bad neither. They did take away one of their best ones from their menu which sucks, but not the end of he world. At times they do run out of boba, and those days.. they are a bummer. I simply walk away those days without boba. Cute Japan-themed place. Came into this place just wanting regular Thai tea with boba and wound up finding out they had such a great variety of teas and slushees that you can enjoy with Boba. The best part is that you can serve yourself. You can put as much boba or juice as you want. I have found myself wanting more boba from other places and the fact that I can serve myself here is awesome. They also have Snow ice cream that is amazing. The vibe here is really cool. Went back recently to try their sweet potato fries and calamari. Not sure what good tasting foods people recommend from here but I've had better. There a lot of batter on the fries, where you can't really taste the flavor of the actual fries. I felt the calamari could have been a bit more crispier. The first time I ever had boba I immediately came to the decision that I didn't like it. Three years later, I came to Class 302. Drinks- For some strange reason I was really wanting to give boba another shot. The boba here had such a delicious flavor. Wasn't too chewy, just perfect. Personally, I don't like anything that's too sweet. The milk tea, hibiscus tea, and many other flavors that I tried, were too sweet. However, the caramel macchiato iced coffee was so good and went perfectly with the boba. I had to go back the next day to get another one (a large this time). The coolest thing is that you just pay for the size-medium or large. The boba and toppings are unlimited and you also choose the ratio of ice:drink. Food- I tried the spicy wonton soup. It was really good so I also got another bowl the next day. I wish it said on the menu that there was shrimp in the wontons. I definitely wouldn't have eaten it. But not having known about the shrimp, the soup is really good with some sriracha. Not really that spicy on its own, though. This place has very bad customer service. I took my daughter in for our very first time and asked how it worked, since we didn't know where to start. Then the Asian guy with glasses in the counter was visibly frustrated with our question, and kept pointing at the wall that had "steps" Ok, fine, got it. Was there this evening and had their mango mochi shaved ice. Love that they have a diy on their drinks. Basically, you pay for the cup, add toppings, fill with as much ice as you want and then choose your favorite tea. They also have taster cups so you can try the tea before you commit to a full cup. The restaurant was entirely flooded and no safety cones or anything was set forth- okay that's dangerous. They should've temporarily closed actually. The food looked appetizing and several milk tea options. The people need to be friendlier. I get it, there was a lot of water and it wasn't being contained but I did enjoy their milk tea station. Yikes. I went here yesterday to get some boba and food. Ordered two drinks and a plate. The whole store was literally dirty from stuff spilled on the floor to the spoons being sticky. EwWhen we got our food it was not good and actually had a hair in it. I wasn't even hungry after that so I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't give me one because it was apart of our drinks order so they would have to refund the whole order..okay? The plate was $16 and my drinks were both small so it ended up being $25. So most of the total was just the plate. Annoying but they said I could go back the next day and get two small free drinks which still doesn't add up to $16 but okay. We love coming here for their snow ice. The portions are huge and it always hits the spot on a hot day. Aside from the shaved ice, their fried calamari is bomb too, as well as their Taiwanese bento boxes. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. I'm Taiwanese, so this is my go to place to get my Taiwanese snack cravings. They are fairly authentic in taste, as close to it as you can get them here. The quality of the self serve drinks and toppings are hit or miss. There was one time I've visited and they were low on boba so a few people were waiting for 10-15 minutes for the boba to come out. Then once that fresh batch of boba came out it was finished right away and some people had to wait longer. That same day they ran out of taro milk tea in the machine. Self serve boba and drinks are a great idea. It's not a "buffet" style like some other yelpers have called it because it's not all you can eat boba. You can get a sample cup to try flavors and toppings but don't go refilling your boba cup. My friend who lives 15-20 minutes away doesn't mind driving out just for the self serve boba and I would probably do the same. There's something about not having to tell the cashier exactly how customized you want your boba drink and just making it yourself, your own way. read more

Very very interesting place! I've never been to a place where you practically make your own boba drink. You first pay for the cup size then you go crazy on what you want to add. There are many different kind of jellies you can add. I stick to original boba balls. There are are two walls of tea, milk teas, slush etc that you can mix and match or not. Once your drink is perfect to your liking you take it back to the counter and they seal it! It's a fun experience. There is a food menu as well but I've never tried the food. Hubby and I were wandering around after the movies and found this boba place across the street. This location is a little different than the other 302 in Cerritos. It's a do-it-yourself place. Say whaa? So you buy the cup (reg or large), and you fill it up with whatever add-ins and drink mix you want. Interesting concept. They have all the boba, pudding, fruit jelly, etc. Then you top off your drink with milk tea, tea, or slush. You can sample it as well. I normally get my teas less sweet, but you can easily adjust it yourself by topping it off with the plain green tea. We also order some mild popcorn chicken to enjoy. We thought the chicken was a little spicier than we expected. Overall I thought it was okay. It's a cool thing to try, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here.
