    Clean and organized

I was served by Hailey - she was patient with me, as I was ordering 4 large poke bowls all very different. She was friendly and knowledgeable, recommending different sauce. I liked how she really took her time with me and didn't make me feel rushed, even though 3 other customers walked in. The portions wow! Super generous, and they had so many sides like edamame, sea weed, crispy onion - they were very stocked up and the food was all fresh. A large bowl, which for me will last 2 meals was approximately $20. The store was clean and organized. The only minor critic I have is that today in Cali it's like 93 degrees and it was kind of warm inside. I felt bad for the workers that the AC wasn't blasting. However, I think I might start visiting Hailey once a week, I loved how she made my bowl and interacted with me. Thank you Hailey!

    Boneless wings

Don't get the boneless wings they are not good. Low quality chicken used. The poke bowl toppings are lacking but what they do have to work with is okay. Price point is $1 over what it's should be charging with the service provided. I would not come back unless changes were made. But I would not give the wings a 2nd chance

Came to get a drink and service was fast and friendly but unfortunately their Thai tea was not what I expected. I've came in the past for their poke bowls which I enjoyed. So my advice is stay away from the boba drinks but stay for the food.

Pretty good poke spot. I got a medium bowl with the tuna, crab meat, and salmon. The tuna was super fresh and so was their seaweed salad- those were the best! We also got this doordashed but were pleasantly surprised with how cold it still was. While i can't comment on ambiance, service was fast! Overall, pretty decent poke spot, only wish they had more sauce options as the poke co and ponzu sauce are very similar and honestly either or is not my favorite.

Both orders where definitely to over powered by the sauces the ginger tasted as if it was going bad, the rice I got in my bowl was under cooked. The spicy salmon and imitation crab had an off putting taste unsure if it's from the ginger being mixed or if it's bad but I definitely feel like both orders where over packed with sauces to mask the bad taste of the salmon or imitation crab

    Wings (20 Pieces)

This was my favorite poke spot but now I'm indifferent. For a few months now the sauces are super inconsistent. We miss the old radishes and beets, the ones they have now are dry and just not the same. I will say they give good portions of fish, and we love the orangey garlic sauce. Now the wings. We ordered bone in buffalo and Cajun wings recently.. the size of them was okay. Cajun wasn't Cajun at all, just super salty seasoning. Very ridiculous to charge for two dips for 20 wings that cost $30+, your wings won't come with any complimentary dip. At least two should come with a 20piece.

This place has always been my #1 poke spot just for the poke. This was the first time I tried something different on the menu and this will be the last. The fries were good but when I bit into one of the wings I was suspicious because it wasn't crispy or anything. It was chewy yet I didn't pay attention to it, I look down and see its still pink. Maybe it was because I came an hour before closing but there were 3 other people behind me in line and I wouldn't have minded waiting long for these wings as long as they were cooked throughly. It makes me sad that my favorite spot did me wrong but this is for the safety of others.

food isn't fresh. the girl gave me a vietnamese coffee in a smaller size. chips are $4 a bag. got jipped. got charged extra for avocado but didnt order extra. 1 star for the bottled imported tea. long wait too. rice was not cooked well. service was shitty. i'm pissed

    Mango and coconut sorbets
    Jay S.

I came here just for dessert after eating nearby, the service was fast, and the ambiance was pretty average for a little shop, but it was good. The mango sorbet was sweeter than the coconut, but both were very refreshing on a hot day. I loved the presentation of both, using a frozen mango & a coconut shell for each of the desserts respectively. Dessert: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 3/5 Value: 4/5 Overall: 3.75/5

I couldn't wait for a picture I had to dig in! Tuna and salmon with spicy mayo sauce! So yummy!
    Victoria O.

We've been coming now for a few years, and it's still just as good. The fish is fresh, I love that I can customize my bowl (think subway or chipotle). The spicy mayo is the right amount of spicy! the service is consistent, new faces but they are friendly. There's plenty of tables to sit and eat especially great before a movie! Parking can be tricky if you don't know the area, I like to come around the back there's some signs for restaurant parking. If you're staying for the movie definitely recommend doing the structure across the street.

    Old rice!
    Jonathan B.

I ordered a medium bowl with white rice. And it's so unfortunate that the rice is what gave 2 stars. The fish is frozen fresh. Nbd. Toppings. Alright. BUT THE RICE! It's old, hard and tastes like vinegar Which I don't mind if it's my mom's house. But I'm expecting fresh rice from an established establishment

9/7/22 Large poke bowl, about $20
    Jennifer W.

9/7/22 High hopes.....only to be really disappointed. I wanted to like/love the poke here but there was just no saving it. The only positive attribute is the friendly & quick service the staff who created my poke bowl provided. Oh almost forgot, it was also a substantial amount (portion) for a large $20 poke bowl. But how does it taste? Firstly, the base, the brown rice ruined the entire experience because it was so hard. Perhaps it was not cooked well--I mean there's "Al dente" and there's inedible. I was so looking forward to enjoying the poke bowl. Then, the protein, I had a choice of 5: reg. tuna, spicy tuna, salmon, & 2 others I could not remember, all of which did not taste fresh. I made the mistake of not tasting the brown rice before I mixed the bowl, so maybe I could've just picked off the rest of the ingredients. Even the sauce, spicy Mayo, & some other brown sauce I could not remember-it was blah & bland tasting. All in all, after a few bites, I decided it a $20 waste of money & down the trash it went. I was left hungry & disappointed. After enduring a whole day of waiting for jury selection (alternate), I didn't eat, and then to add insult to injury--no good poke bowl, Sigh....again I was hoping to enjoy & like it.

Even though the…read morename changed, they still offer the same options of size, base, proteins, mix-ins, sauce, sides, and toppings. The portion size is decent, and the price is usually around what poke costs nowadays. The quality of the fish is okay, but can't compare it to Hawaiian Fresh Seafood in San Diego (the literal best I've tasted so far outside of Hawaii). The good thing about this place is you get to pick as many mix ins or sides while other poke shops around the area only allow 2 sides/mix ins/toppings. I also like the convenience of being able to fill out an order form and just being called when the order is ready. There are plenty of seats inside and outside if you decide to dine in.

Ambience is okay, pretty basic but clean. The service was a different story. Since the counter girl said it would be about 15 minutes until my poke bowl was done, I went and looked at the other stores in the shopping center. When I came back I saw my poke bowl waiting for me with my name on it and so I pointed to it and told the girl that I'm here to pay & pick it up. But she told me to wait and then she called over another customer instead of me and helped them with no explanation as to why she took them first! Because I'm a different color than they both are? She didn't like my politeness? She can't stand older people? The other customer is her friend? The other customer had ordered three bowls and their last bowl wasn't even ready yet! I had to wait. Then the guy wanted to split the payment between cards, which took even more time, and when they were finally done getting all the utensils and extra sauces they wanted, it was nearly 10 minutes. THEN the counter girl ignored me and walked over to the poke bar and started helping somebody else! WTF?! Communication is everything. First come, first served is fair. You should treat everyone fairly. The owner should speak to her. It's been a long time since I've had such bad service

There were only 3 workers working during lunch rush hour and some of them seemed a little frazzled (imo). But when it was our turn to order, the servers were really helpful. My husband ordered first, then me. We had 2 different people serving us. The gentleman helping we was very generous on the protein scoop, so I was happy about that. However when it got to my toppings, he gave very little. But I was satisfied with the amount of protein he gave, because some places can be very stingy about how much they give you. I like how they have a set plate such as the Hawaiian bbq chicken and salmon bowl. They also have premade proteins such as the sweet glazed salmon or the tuna luau. They have a variety of choices. The ambiance of this location is nice. There are lots of tables and seats for you to sit and enjoy your meal. My husband and I got ours to go. When we got home, there was too much base for me. I asked for lite rice and my bowl was full of rice. And as mentioned, not enough toppings to my liking. But overall, a good poke place. Definitely a place to check out if you want a variety of selections when customizing your poke.

Almost like I ordered a large or something...I had it with edamame and seaweed salad on the side, with rice being a complementary side as well. The food is as good as Poke could possibly get, so I would definitely come back if I were in the area. The interior is pretty small with some seating along the wall and with around 2-3 tables outside. While I was able to find parking at the connected parking lot, I can see why it'd be a challenge as the parking lot is really small. But there is a neighborhood right next to it and a parking lot across the street so it's no worries on that end. Minimal interaction with staff but they seemed cool.

Everything tasted incredibly fresh right away, with clean flavors and a great balance of umami, savory richness, and just the right amount of spice. Each component complemented the others well, and nothing felt overly heavy or overpowering. It's easy to see why people say this is one of the most authentic poke spots in the area, the simplicity and quality really shine through. That said, personal preference-wise, I still find myself leaning toward Poke Express in Las Vegas (though to be fair, I've never been to Hawaii, so that might change one day). Price: Pricing is pretty standard for quality poke in Southern California. A regular bowl (about 1/3 lb of fish with rice and a side) typically runs around $15-17, while larger bowls can range from about $19-24 depending on portion size. Overall, expect to spend around $15-25 per person, which feels fair given the freshness and portion sizes. Ambiance: This is very much a grab‑and‑go style spot rather than a sit-down restaurant. It's located right along the street and almost always has a long line of people waiting, which tells you a lot about its popularity. Inside, there's a small bar area with a handful of high chairs, and a couple of tables outside, but seating overall is pretty limited. Not really a place to linger, more for a quick, casual bite. Service: Despite how busy it constantly is, service is efficient and straightforward. The staff keeps things moving quickly and stays organized, so even with a line, the wait doesn't feel too bad. No frills, but solid and dependable. Parking: There's a small side parking lot that can fit maybe around 10 cars, which fills up quickly during peak hours. Otherwise, you'll likely have to find street parking nearby and walk over. Not impossible, but it does take a little extra effort, especially when it's busy.
