Stopped by here for the first time while visiting family and I am now a fan! So many different options to choose from and all very delicious! 1st time here. Cust service is awesome, very friendly, patient and explained everything well when I asked questions. I think it was the owner who helped me and he was even giving me options to try. Peach mango tastes like a Jamba Juice smoothie. Consistency was good, not too icy or watered down. The dirty matcha was good. I asked for 25% sweet and light ice with almond milk. It tastes like matcha, not overpowering and the shot of espresso was light. I'll have to return to try their tornado and compare those to the other place I usually get them from and then I'll see. This boba time is the best boba time I've ever been to. I have been to numerous different boba time locations but this one in Norwalk is one of the closest and nicest. The shop is super cute and very modern. It's decorated so nicely. The shop is very clean and you can see the workers make your drink in front you. Preface: I understand the workers are just following orders and doing their job. I asked to use the bathroom before I ordered because I had the urge to urinate. However, I was told that I must order before I am allowed to use the bathroom. Completely fine, but disappointing. I'm looking at the menu trying to find something to get, and I see the strawberry lemonade ice tea and it says regular size is subtotal 4.75. When the girl is ringing me up, it shows that it is subtotal 5.25. I thought she may have put the large size accidentally, but it turns the POS has a different price. She turns the POS and demonstrates to me that she cannot change the price. Thus, I did not buy because I was disappointed with the advertised price being different from the POS price. This should be fixed by management to reflect accurate pricing. Also, Boba times in Koreatown are not anal about ordering before you use the bathroom. This is definitely the worst experience I've had at a boba time. read more
