    Just got my monthly unlimited car exterior wash, tried the 1st time and my car got scratched on the hood!! I don't know what to do with these damage from car wash!! How can I trust their services!!

    I've been going to Classic Carwash for so many years, have had their fast lane pass, have done detailed but 2 weeks ago, I came in for a full service, I used my free monthly wash, and added detailing to my back seat, car goes in, as I'm in the reception desk about to pay, I see my car coming out with a dent, which obviously did not have when I came in, I walked out asked them to please stop, they did and as they proceed to speak in Spanish, the employee said to the other "it came in like that", which I responded to in Spanish that it didn't, my car is brand new, have had it for less than 2 months. Kept talking in Spanish to them, asked them to see the security cameras, to what they did show me 1 footage, which it shows it had the damage, when I told him I know that my car didn't have this, I don't know which is this camera you're showing me is, can I see other footage, he was very rude, he showed me the footage from the entry where you can see my car didn't have the dent on the door, he still argued with me, made me fill up a claim, it's been two weeks and I haven't heard from them, I submitted a claim with my insurance and they are not responding and are disputing my claim. I am not coming back to this place EVER! They didn't even do a detailed for my seats, so just avoid this place! They don't take any responsibility, they are rude, and because they think people won't understand Spanish, they speak behind your back... just avoid this place!

    Gouged my rim

    Assistant manager Guerrero went through videos just trying to prove they didn't damage my rim but he couldn't because there was no damage when I pulled in. Manager lied and said that he measured the damage at 7.5 inches so it couldn't happen. Cancelled my monthly membership and never going back!!!

    First time / last time visit. Note to self: Even if you're in a one way line and feel stuck between cars at a car wash (or any other similar scenario) - if you get a bad vibe, don't feel trapped- just put it on them to move cars or do whatever they need to do to get you out. I get embarrassed easily and don't like to cause a scene. But they can do it and you don't need to feel pressured into a bad deal just because it's set up that way. I now have a wonderful mobile-wash guy that is not only great at his job & priced appropriately but he's also really nice.

    Just got back from a long road trip and needed a wash for the outside from hitting bugs the interior wasnt too bad. So im surprised the interior wipe down and vacuum was sloppy. There are also streaks on the windows still. I used to use Classic all the time but the quality went down. I thought I'd give it another shot but left disappointed unfortunately

    This car wash tries so hard to up sell services ; This has happened in multiple locations. It's because they first person that greets you is a salesman and they will try their hardest to make you select a bigger more expensive package. Even after you select a bigger package they will still do a mediocre job, my recommendation is go for the cheapest because anyways you will end up the same as the most expensive. Here are some images of the job, barely Vacuumed trunk and they didn't bother to wipe the sides inside. They did an okay job on the outside but the cleaning inside is bad.

    Bait and switch.... Looks like a gas station, but isn't!!! Drive in... Looking for gas. Cars come behind me. So... There is no way to exit and yet all the pumps have been taped off. Guy tells me $18.99 cheapest option outside only to get through. Days had only on full service side. So . Now I've paid $20 to get through outside car wash and I go to full service side and say, "I need gas".. I'm then told... Only way to get gas is by repairing for a full inside/outside car wash for additional $40... On order to get gas. WTF!!?!?!!!!! Livid! I'm including a picture of the sign that made me turn in for gas. As you can see... Looks like any other gas station... With a car wash option. This business is a bait and switch operation!! Very unimpressed

    They always aggressively try to upsell you. I've been a few times and the car always has some missed spots that aren't clean.

Come early because it gets packed quick. I was the 5th vehicle in line at 0700. The car wash opens at 0730. Plenty of places to sit and wait both outside and inside. There is a cat, a bird and also a small waterfall with fish. Very clean and organized business. They offer some car products and refreshments for sale as well. They did a great job but some smudges on the grill as you can tell from the photo. I did a full interior and exterior detail with ceramic coating and not a single detail was overlooked. They even cleaned the dust out of the air vents and shifted the car into drive to properly clean the leather around the gear selector. That is attention most places would never even think about. There was not a single speck of dust under the seats or anywhere in the carpets. The headlight restoration alone was worth it. They removed the oxidized clear coat and applied Kevin's own blend of sealant, and the headlights look brand new. You can tell this takes real skill and dedication, not just someone rushing through cars. What really impressed me was how careful they are. I watched a towel get dropped and it immediately went straight into the wash. No shortcuts. No laziness. Just pure professionalism. The crew is friendly, efficient, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Even on a busy Sunday morning with about ten cars ahead of me, they finished in just a few hours. I have had full details done before, but Pacific Hand Car Wash exceeded every single one of them by far. Kevin clearly knows his craft and is great to talk to. If you care about your car and want it done right, this is the place.

I didn't feel pressured when I declined the additional clay bar treatment, which I appreciated. That said, I expected a little more attention to detail for the price. The cup holders were still dirty after the service, and there were a few interior areas that appeared to have been overlooked. For a premium package, I expected those small details to be included without having to go back and clean them myself. Overall, the staff was friendly, and the exterior wash was well done. However, I don't feel the $109 package provided enough additional value over a less expensive wash. I would likely choose one of the lower-priced packages in the future unless the premium package includes a more thorough interior cleaning.

    I cannot recommend Classic Car Wash on Prospect after what they put my elderly grandmother through…read more She went in for what should have been a routine visit and ended up spending nearly two hours there after being talked into signing up for a $55/month membership and a nearly $400 detailing service. She was there so long that my aunt had to pick her up and take her home while the detail was being completed. When she was finally called to pick up her car, she got home and realized everything from her glove compartment was missing. This wasn't just a couple of inexpensive items. They lost: * Her disabled parking placard * Vehicle registration * Insurance information * Expensive charging cables * Other personal belongings The chargers can be replaced. That's not the real issue. The real issue is that my grandparents' full names, birthdates, driver's license numbers, home address, insurance information, and vehicle registration are now potentially in the hands of a complete stranger. My grandmother now has to spend her own time and money replacing DMV documents and dealing with her disabled placard because of their mistake. When she returned to the car wash, she was told, "Maybe we put it in the wrong car. We'll review the footage and call you sometime tomorrow or next week." To make matters worse, she was initially told they wouldn't refund the detailing service because the work had already been completed. That response was unbelievable. Losing a customer's personal property--especially sensitive documents--is not a minor inconvenience. It's a serious breach of trust. I went back to speak with the detail manager and explained that this wasn't simply about misplaced chargers. This involved personal identifying information that could expose my grandparents to fraud or identity theft. I also told him I felt my grandmother had been taken advantage of by being upsold hundreds of dollars in services she never came in intending to purchase. Instead of taking ownership, the detail manager initially stood by the decision not to issue any refund because "the service was completed." I had to push for the issue to be escalated to the general manager. Only after speaking with the general manager did they agree to refund the $394 detailing charge and commit to reviewing the security footage that evening and contacting us the following day. While I appreciate that the general manager ultimately made things right financially, that doesn't erase the stress, inconvenience, or potential security risk they created. My grandmother still has to replace her DMV registration, deal with obtaining a new disabled placard, and worry about the fact that her personal information is now missing because of their negligence. The refund was the right decision, but it should never have required escalating the issue to the general manager. This entire situation was completely avoidable, and no customer--especially an elderly one--should have to go through something like this. They need to examine their process for removing items from vehicles during full detail cleanings, and have some sort of system in place where a corresponding number on the items to the ticket should be inspected and cross checked multiple times..
