He was generous enough to start setting up fans before confirming to work with them and was very informative and communicative throughout the whole water mitigation process. Always showed up on time and was responsive to any questions I had. Him and his crew were awesome during the demo portion. Put floor and wall protection down and cleaned up after the job was done. Highly recommend Chris and his team to help you out. Very professional and glad It was a good and smooth process coming from horrible situation with water damage. Chris completed his job but the overall job isn't fully complete. Still have to work with them for the rebuild and hope the process continues to be smooth and effortless.

Chase (with helper Andrew) patched it up perfectly, dealing with the fact that one of the 4 speaker mounting points had been broken. The other cuts, in our wall, were also patched perfectly. Texture was applied to both, matching the rest of the ceiling and wall. We were given the option of doing the painting ourselves, or they could come back and paint it. We chose the latter, so Chase came back a few days later (after everything had dried) and completed the job. No one could possibly tell there was repair work done in any of the places. They were on time (or a bit early) both times. They laid a paper runner to the area, preserving our carpeting (and wore booties at other times). Casey (the owner) was super responsive via text, and was a pleasure to work with. The price was a bit more than I had originally expected, but the amount of work involved was also more than I realized. I highly recommend Wallen's Drywall for any drywall job you need done.

It's always the little things that stand out the most -- they showed up when they said they would, finished when they promised, and kept my house incredibly clean while they worked. They were beyond respectful of my property throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this business for any drywall repairs. Unfortunately, we had extensive damage from a leaking roof, but they completed all the repairs in a very timely manner. Their pricing was also very reasonable.

Once I replaced the tankless water heater, I had to deal with the residual damage from the water. The insurance folks sent out a demo team to take all the damaged wall/ ceiling and mold out. The insurance gave my Contact info to a Renovation company they use and said that they would call me. After a couple of days, I did not hear anything so I researched and found these guys on Yelp. They came out the same day provided a quote and I feel that their prices were reasonable. The insurance had already paid me out for what they guesstimated the cost of repairing everything ( i didn't tell them how much I was paid out) and it was comparable to what they quoted me. Although they said if their quote was more, they had no problem going back to the insurance folks to deal with them in regards to more money to do the project. Thankfully, we didn't need to do that. However, I thought that was important to mention because I didn't realize that a lot of people do not want to deal with insurance companies. I was turned away a couple of times when I was trying to find somebody to Replace the water heater and I needed them To provide information to the insurance company. These guys came in and we're so quick and efficient. I had a partial ceiling missing in my living room and in my garage. The wall that separated my living room and garage were missing. They Did the sheet rock,installation, crown molding, painted, Mounted all my cabinets and hooked back up my washer and dryer and sink in a few days! I'm definitely recommending them to friends and family.

I didnt negotiate price - i paid asking price because i expected A+ quality work. They still dropped the ball. Imagine how bad they will be when they *dont* get what they want. It took me 2 hours to find the same materials on Home Depot and have it delivered within 48 hours for less price and equal or better quality. His response was, "Hate to jinx it, but maybe the glass door gets broken during delivery". Had to terminate the GC over incompetence like this. They are small time contractors but charge pricing just like a big company. Advantage with bigger company is, their suppliers and sub-contractors take them seriously and deliver goods on time. Had to hire someone else to fix their mistakes and finish the project. I wont recommend them to my friends. Update: he texted to say he will sue me if i dont remove this review.

This is the second time I've used Pro Team. Tamara was able to work me in with only a few days notice and Matt did an absolutely amazing job (again!). I had several pet stains (with the accompanying odor), but they're completely gone and my house looks and smells fresh and clean. What a difference it makes in the over all look. My carpets look as wonderful and fresh as the last time Pro Team cleaned them...I will not go anywhere else! Also...I noticed the last time I had Pro Team come out, the stains did not come back later as they have done with other cleaning companies. In fact, I simply have no stains on my carpets anymore! They've also upgraded their equipment and the drying time is amazingly quick. I was actually walking on it right after Matt left and put my furniture back in place within about an hour. I can't say enough good things about Pro Team Carpet Care. The entire team was friendly, communicative, and professional. My phone calls were returned promptly and they were able to accommodate my busy schedule. On the day of service, they called me to let me know they were on their way. The showed up and got right to work. The entire process was quick, clean, and efficient, and most importantly our carpets look fantastic. One of my concerns going in to this process, was the length of time it was going to take for our carpets to dry after they were cleaned. This question was answered by Pro Team staff without reserve and I was reassured that because of the hi-tech equipment Pro Team uses, our carpets would be dry within a few hours of cleaning. What a pleasant experience. The Pro Team arrived on time, set up their equipment and went right to work on the carpets. When they came across a difficult spot, they would spray it and hand scrub the area. Other carpet cleaners would charge you by the spot. Not Pro Team. Their work was thorough and their crew professional. I really appreciated the care they went into protecting the corners in my hallway with their corner guards. I will NEVER use a different company. We had a wedding in our home, and the foot traffic and catering left a lot of really tough greasy stains on our off-white carpet. I called to get an appointment right before leaving on our honeymoon. Tamara was great about calling me back, and then contacting another customer to see if they would be willing to shuffle appointments around. Fortunately everything worked out as we hoped. The service technician called to confirm he was on his way, and showed up right on time. He was very careful about our walls and furniture and did a very thorough job with our carpet. I called Pro Team to clean my area rugs. In the past I have always had to move my rugs outside to be cleaned so my hardwood floors were not damaged. I found his rates for a small, medium, large room from $45-$80 reasonable. He came to measure the 5 bedrooms and 2 master closets to provide a firm quote. He stated he would put down a plant based solution to help break up any grease and has no odor. Our carriers were not really dirty as they are a few years new. He and Philipe cleaned them in 1.15 minutes. He left behind 2 floor fans to help dry them. I also have ceiling fans. Running in high. Carpets dried in about 6 hours or so. Ash uses a truck mounted vacuum, he also covers the corners of your home so that the hose they use for hot water extraction does not rub against or chip the paint or wood. Service technician Eraclio S. arrived promptly at the appointment time to evaluate the situation. He was very nice, personable and knew exactly what to do to take care of our carpet and linoleum concerns. I felt like we were in good hands with Eraclio taking over. And after a few hours of specialized deep cleaning, the carpets came out amazingly new looking again! Even though we suspect that a prospective new home buyer will most likely change or remove the carpeting in the future, at least it helped make the interior much more appealing for interested buyers! Not only do they clean carpets and tile & grout, they also service upholstery, hardwood floors, dryer vent cleaning and water damage repairs. He was responsive and able to schedule an appointment within a few days. He even gave me a first-time discount, which was appreciated. On the day of the appointment, he had finished other jobs early and was able to come earlier than our scheduled time, which was a plus. Joseph was polite and professional, and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. The service I received was the Professional Truck Mounted Steam Cleaning, which includes and pre-rinse and deep cleaning, using best quality products. The result was fantastic and the carpets look and feel brand new! I noticed he even got a small stain out of the living room carpet. The whole process only took about one hour. I had a great experience with Pro-Clean and would recommend them for future carpet cleaning.

Because of the turns in the duct, he couldn't show me it was clean with the camera, so he turned on the dryer while I stood out front to see the residual dust come out the top. I really appreciate his work ethic, honesty, and kindness. We are having him return to clean our tile and grout next week. All these things haven't been done in over 8 years and are way past due.
