They're known for their frozen hot chocolate, a delicious beverage which helps make these brutal summer days bearable. If I don't get that, I'll go for an Americano. Classic Coffee is a sweet coffee shop in Glendora. They have a large menu of drinks including some unique drinks like the hot horchata. I got a double shot almond milk cappuccino. It was nice but the espresso tasted a little burnt to me. But overall, it's a delightful coffee shop. I love their emphasis on caring for the community. They had a box for collecting blankets for the homeless and you could get 10% of your coffee if you brought one. I have been hooked on Classic for a few years now. Its a small establishment with a very welcoming friendly environment. Staff always acknowledges you and are happy to answer any questions you have. I enjoy their Majestic Blend or French Vanilla drip coffees. Their Cold Brew is very smooth and flavorful, no need for cream or sugar and that says a lot for me. The 50/50 Chai is great hot, iced or blended. My girls enjoy the Frozen Hot Chocolate when its hot out. The one I like to splurge on is the Blended Horchata with a shot of espresso. I just wished they tried harder to be appealing, from the drinks to the decor. If you're looking for a place to study though, this place is certainly appealing. Outlets on the walls and ample seating. I came here on a Sunday and they closed shop early afternoon, but thankfully we were seated in an indoor common area just outside the shop. They stayed open! Sorry, I admit I got a PSL here ($7). It has enough pumpkin spice to satisfy the craving, but eventually cools into an unpalatable syrup. I wished I didn't get the triple size. However, it kept me awake through hours of the dull math section of the GRE. It's street parking but we didn't have an issue. I have been more caffeinated in the last couple of months than I have probably been my whole life. I have been coming here for a little while now. However, I have only gotten one drink from here: Jump Start. It is 2 shots of espresso and coffee. The first time I got it, my heart was pumping and I was sweating. After the first one, I think my body got used to it and so it wasn't that bad again. Anyways, so they give you 2 shots in a cup and then you go and fill it up with whatever coffee you want. The coffee is also pretty good. If you want to stay awake, then the Jump Start is definitely the drink for you. Trust me, I know. Service here is good. There are some tables inside and outside. The prices are also pretty good. They also have gelato, but I haven't tried it yet. I heard the other drinks are also good, so I should definitely branch out and try more drinks. It would be nice to give my body a rest from so much caffeine! read more

I was visiting a friend in Glendora, and she had to run to class in the morning, leaving me up to my own devices for breakfast. I was so glad I had Yelp to help me find this place- sort of a hidden gem in the tiny town of Glendora. Beautiful interior, I'm obsessed with dark wood. I was so impressed with how many sugar-free flavors they have to offer! It's usually difficult for me to find a coffee shop with sugar-free flavors other than vanilla and hazelnut. A cozy and personable place, with lots of inside tables and a counter in front of a giant window facing the sidewalk, for spying upon passersby, as well as ample outdoor seating, and seating in this odd hallway area that's technically outside of the shop. The lighting is inviting, and the dark wood makes the shop someplace you might want to sit in and read. The barista was super friendly and helpful. She strongly suggested the lemon bars, which I found mediocre: too much eggy taste. The other baked goods were tempting, and the gelato and sorbetto were beckoning (I told them to pipe down, it was raining out!). I liked my soy hot chocolate, which was a bit sludgy at the bottom, which is always a good sign: proof they'd really put in a lot of chocolate! My friend liked his coffee enough to get two cups. We hung out for a while and used the free wifi - they give you a PW for their network with your receipt - and watched the local college kids wander in and out. Major bonus: I'm not sure I've ever been in a public restroom so clean, and not just clean, it smelled like cinnamon! I very rarely find myself in Glendora, but I'd stop in again. read more

As a coffee fanatic though, I don't think their coffee is super amazing compared to other places like Dripp or Intelligentsia. In my opinion, it's just okay. But if you're looking for a quiet place to hunker down and hit the books, this is the place to go if you're in the area. It has an indoor patio with additional seating and free wifi so you won't be disturbed. I still have yet to try their frozen hot chocolate, but I hear good things! The teas are delicious, especially if you're looking for something light and flavorful, but not sweet. I'm not a huge fan of super sweet drinks, so I was pleasantly surprised with how refreshing their teas were. Pay attention to their monthly tea specials! I've been in here twice. Both times the workers have been friendly and have offered the wifi password with our purchase. Once I ordered an Italian soda. It was fine-nothing noteworthy. I've been on the hunt for thee perfect espresso and my mission to stray away from chain coffee houses led me here. After reading Yelp reviews I happened to be in Glendora and decided to stop by for a latte. Parking was fairly easy considering it was 3 in the afternoon on a week day. The shop itself is located in old town Glendora. Its nestled right in the middle of cute shops and restaurants. So there's a lot of stores to look through if you want to browse and sip your drink. The atmosphere inside is really cozy and dainty, a lot of people were sitting down and chatting, and studying. The staff was really nice and friendly. The girl who helped me was really cheery which I appreciated. I've had better (and cheaper) lattes at other places, but, this place is still a great coffee house. I'm giving it a 3 for coffee but I bumped it up to a 4 for the ambiance and atmosphere. Its what a coffee house should be; comfy, welcoming, and cozy. read more

This is absolutely my favorite coffee shop in the area. The baristas are always friendly and kind, willing to remake any drink you don't like (without any sass or eye-rolling! They genuinely want you to have a drink you enjoy!). Two of the best baristas are Harrison F. & Taylor V. - they not only give fantastic drink recommendations, but make a habit of remembering regular's names and drinks, and they consistently provide excellent service to all customers. The drip coffee is very good, and so are all of their other drinks! (i.e. The Ghirardelli mocha. Mmmm.) I am also of the opinion that they have the BEST chai tea latte around. (Make sure to try the vanilla-and-spice chai, plus, the Falling In Love chai tea latte is probably my favorite drink, ever.) I ordered iced coffee and I was given a cup full of ice and told to use one of the coffee dispenser. I thought, huh that's odd but well I'll try. The coffee dispenser hold HOT coffee and before u know it, all the ice melted and all I got was water down Luke warm coffee colored drink. I thought I must have used the wrong coffee dispenser so I asked one of the servers but she confirmed that's how they serve iced coffee there. She asked me if I need more ice, she is so sweet but I knew by then she and I have very different idea about how iced coffee should be. So I just said no thank you. They have pretty pastry show case that proudly offer straight from frozen dessert section of Sam's Club. One of my all time favorites. The baristas here are so kind and hardworking. Went during a rush a few weeks ago and there were only 2 girls on a Sunday afternoon. They worked so hard to give everyone their orders quickly even when it was incredibly busy. I could tell it was difficult and they were under pressure but they really kept up. Did you know this place evokes the power of the dark arts to brew its coffee? I mean it's not something they put on display. The entire place is indeed veiled in a 'Godly' farce with its bible quotes and endless bustle of quirky church goers... but there is nothing pious about the delicious, dark elixir they're selling. I've had coffee from all over the world and I can tell you there is no way that they created a brew this fantastic without calling on the help of sorcery, which almost always signifies a deal with the Devil. This is the best coffee I've ever had, and I'm sure the devout people of Glendora would never even consider trying it if they knew it was a product of pure evil. I will continue to frequent this establishment, but will certainly be weary of going to any of their after hour 'events' which I imagine could be more aptly referred to as 'gatherings'. So I'm not really into super strong tasting coffee so, for me, Classic's latte's are one of the best around (no bitter aftertaste)! The baristas are always cheery and helpful. Lots of good sized tables for all that school paraphanelia if you are there to get some work done, but most of the tables are in a mall-like hallway that echos, so bring your ipod if outside conversation distracts you. My only grip with this place is I wish they were open later - alot of us students dont get out of class until early evening and they shut down at 7-8pm M-Sat. And, they are closed at 2pm on Sundays - a day many of us studious ones like to catch up on the work we've been procrastinating on :). read more
