Coffee was really good! However, it is listed as a good place for studying, but it was much to noisy for studying. Also, it took a while to get my coffee, so not a good place to go if you're on a rush. It's kind of expensive in my opinion. Their drinks are about the same price as any coffee shop and they have great service and friendly staff. They have italian sodas, coffees, tea, and much more. Great Little coffee shop in old town Glendora. Service is usually really good. They use the Ghirardelli Chocolates so slightly different taste than you get at the other named shops. Pastries are usually pretty solid as well. In the area, worth a stop for sure. read more

Love this place. I am no longer a big coffee drinker but I have a serious obsession with their half and half chai (half spice/half vanilla). Definitely my favorite chai ever. Classic Coffee has great service and really friendly employees. They never fail to ask me how my day is going or how my drink tastes. I also took my mom who has serious food allergies and the barista was very accommodating and willing to take the time to make sure my mom's drink was "allergy safe". I am way too much of a people watcher to get anything done in such a crowded place, but I know a lot of people do homework here. Great coffee spot in the heart of downtown glendora. Service: the few times I have been here, I was always greeted by a friendly staff with a smile. Drinks: A great variety of drinks. The Chai latte is great! Probably the better ones that I've had. I like the VANILLA SPICE CHAI LATTE with SOYMILK. I have to get soymilk, or I'd just be in pain for the next few hours. I am always hesitant to get soymilk, because usually the drinks dont taste as well. However, they make it wonderfully here! The right amount of flavors, and the soymilk doesnt take away from the spiced chai flavor. read more

Always love coming down to classic coffee. Their coffee are amazing and their baristas are always the nicest. Dont forget to try their gelato as well! My fave drink is the mocha and hot choco. They close at 7 pm so be sure to get there earlier. I wished they would close later. In fact the whole surrounding of downtown glendora closes about the same time as this cafe. So the positives to start, it's located in a nice area, very old town/small town feel, with plenty of regulars coming in and out or just relaxing outside. I came across this place after the strong reviews from fellow yelpers and was initially pleased with what I saw. The place is small, but nice, typical coffee house feel. It was not super busy when I came in on a Thursday afternoon, 2 people in line ahead of me, and I was excited to try the vanilla soy chai latte that many have praised in other reviews. Of note, place is not pet friendly, so please be kind and not bring your pets inside. So what could be wrong? I ordered my drink, friendly staff at the register, and began to patiently wait. 5, 10, 15min passed, as I saw others drinks prepared, called, and handed off. There was only a single barista handling the drink orders, so I gave the person another 5 min of delay, could be a tough day, etc., I checked in with the barista and found out I was a few more to go. So here is the bad, what really just soured my experience was the fact that my order was skipped, two other drinks, both ordered after me were prepared. Not just coffees, but mochas, requiring the same time and effort to prepare. So my total trip... 30min wait for 1 soy vanilla chai latte. Sure 2/5 could be harsh to some, but I felt this was a pretty stiff error. I have been to plenty of coffee places to see that places do have their off days, but the one thing that was a constant, even at the neighborhood starbucks is order, especially in busy spots. I don't regret coming here, the drink itself was a nice treat, one of the best soy vanilla chai lattes I've ever had. Better than what I've prepared for myself in the past. But that could not save my experience. So location, fair, cost was right on par with most coffee places, drink was great quality, but by far the worst experience I have had at a coffee place. I may give this place a second look at a future time, but for now, I'll stick to my go to spots. read more

Classic Coffee is like sitting in a small town (like Mayberry from the old Andy Griffith shows), and you sit at the bar and look out on the small village street. Their coffee is good. My friend from Australia likes it much better than Starbucks although I prefer the Bux. But I definitely prefer the ambiance here to Starbucks and they deserve a 5 Star mark. I don't normally write Yelp reviews, but I had such a good experience there yesterday that I just had to pop in and jot down something nice. I decided to work from home yesterday since I didn't want to drive from my boyfriend's place in Glendora all the way to Santa Monica in the rain. I needed a place with wifi and this cafe seemed like a good choice. The staff were very friendly. The guy at the counter recommended a chai latte with a new type of chai tea...it was delish. Seriously, the best chai latte I've ever had. The wifi was great. No connection problems, and I loved that the wifi password was at the bottom of the receipt and was a REAL WORD. I'm sick of the jumble of letters and numbers I see elsewhere. Give me an easy password to type! The cafe itself had a lot of seeing. No couches or anything, but that's fine. I had no problems finding a table with an outlet to plug in my laptop. I spent about two hours there and while there were certainly people coming and going and chatting, I didn't feel distracted the way I often feel in Starbucks or even the library with lots of kids around. All in all a great experience. I can't wait to go back to try another chai latte (or maybe some hot chocolate). This is my new go-to place in Glendora. read more

My friends and I went into classic coffee and we never heard her say that we had to leave the building after getting our drinks and I was kindly waiting for my friend then she told us we had to follow the guidelines or she will kick us out. I get it we have to be careful because of Covid-19 but we were wearing masks. We also asked for our whip cream to be taken off when we already asked for no whip cream and then they gave us an attitude and forgot another drink. Ok, this is my first time getting a coffee here... I have peaked in several weeks ago. Here is the quick and dirty: The decor is very nice, its got that coffee house feel. I ordered the double chocolate mocha frappe... made with Ghirardelli's chocolate. I might say this was one of the best mocha beverages I have ever had. The minus is the large was $4.75... it said 20 oz... but it seemed more like 12 or 16 oz... it was pretty small for the money. I would have given this place 5 stars, but it took a long time, 10 minutes to get my drink, and I was the first person, in line... several people walked in after me... Another coffee shop that I frequent ever since Its A Grind in Glendora went down ages ago. It was kinda cool cause some of the kids that used to work there went over to Classic Coffee :) I go to coffee shops to work on my laptop and sip a drink away from the office. Again I don't know good coffee because I've never had a bad cup so I can't comment on the taste of the food or coffee although they do have a huge selection and variety of foods and different drinks. The prices are pretty much your average coffee shop prices. Its pluses are the ample amount of seating and plugs for your laptop. It is always clean in the shop and the staff is very friendly. Minuses are it can get crowded because people come in herds at a time. The atmosphere feels more like a shopping mall store. I don't know about now but there was a block on the wireless router that won't allow you to log into some popular social networking sites and other sites.
