Kamden Coffee is located inside Union Cowork. It is replacing Tro Coffee Shop. There is an adjacent parking lot behind the shop, in addition to street parking. The shop has youthful vibes. There are indoor and outdoor seating. Their menu included different varieties of Matcha drinks, espresso latte, amricano, cortado, cappuccino, spritz, specialty, and more. The young staff ladies were very nice. I ordered the following drinks; - Strawberry Fields Matcha 5/5 It was creamy, rich in flavor and had a well balance between matcha and strawberry. -Killer Klown Banana Matcha 5/5 It was such a refreshing drink. It had the rich flavor of banana balanced with the matcha earthy taste. -Bella's Lullaby 5/5 Creamy and rich Latte with brown sugar syrup, condensed milk & vanilla cold foam. It was a very refreshing drink and perfectly sweetened. The service was fast, although it was very busy. Next time, I will ask for less ice. Seems like a spacious spot to work from, and it looks like they even have a co-working space attached to the cafe! Kamden Coffee is GOOD! They are located inside the Union Cowork building. I came by during the peak of lunch hours so it was really busy. The parking can be very cramped and challenging. I was lucky to find a spot. You can also find parking on the busy street but it's limited. There were many patrons studying and/or working. All of the tables were pretty much occupied inside. This is spacious location, but it's a popular spot. After a quick browse of the menu. I decided on the Strawberry Fields Matcha. Huge plus for me is when a business doesn't charge extra for milk alternatives. I usually go with Oat milk. So thank you for that Kamden Coffee. :) All the specialty drink names are a play on movie titles. My drink was done in less than a minute. I loved the matcha. The ceremonial grade was delish. The mix with strawberry made each sip addictively good. I would love to come by again and try more of these drinks. This is a unique coffee spot that I can see continuing to be a standout location. I've been seeing this spot all over TikTok and Yelp for a while, so I finally decided to stop by. I was debating between a hot or cold drink and went with the Kk-e-old-cf (on K's lingo) with oat milk cold foam--and it was an easy 5/5, yes. The music, aesthetics, and overall vibe were on point (4.7/5). I skipped the sweet treat this time, but honestly didn't feel like I was missing anything. The owner was humble, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly--super easy to talk to. You can tell he really cares about what he's built, and it's great to see his coffee establishment doing so well. I'd absolutely drive out here again from Lakewood just to get the same drink. Service was amazing and the front counter was helpful and informative. The ambiance was Poppin and they had great music with great thrift finds . I'm not sure how often the pop ups occur but it was sure fun . I recommend coming early for the early bird finds . Okay so for the beverage I ordered: I had the ube lavender matcha latte , iced . It was lavender forward and with the ube and matcha ... almost made it taste like light chocolate with lavender.... I had tried an iced Vanilla Sky Latte before and it was awesome. This time I went with an icee Bella's Lullaby and the irony isn't lost on me that a drink called Bella's Lullaby absolutely wakes you up. This coffee hits so good it sends you straight to 7th Heaven. So stoked to find this coffee shop!! The Bella's Lullaby was an absolutely show stopper, the sweet cold foam paired perfectly with the coffee. The blue velvet was equally fire, make sure to mix the drink well though!! The syrup or puree isn't overly sweet like I've had at other coffee shops, which is something I personally enjoyed. The cashiers were very friendly and conversational, they make you feel welcome and make it seem like they actually enjoy working there, which you have to love to see. Additionally, this location is actually shared with a coworking space! Feel free to bring your laptop or a nice book and spend some time here. came here on a friday morning around 10am to catch up with a friend. we decided on ordering 4 different drinks to try. out of all of them, my favorite was the sleepaway camp. the maple syrup and flaky salt combo was so delicious and made for a well-balanced, creamy cup of goodness. the other drinks were not too special in my opinion. the purple rain did not taste like blackberry at all. the killer klowns banana matcha was meh- i've had better banana matchas elsewhere. and the vanilla sky made for a decent iced vanilla latte. would come back but only to have the sleepaway camp! read more

Fun coffee shop! What a fun concept of all movie theme - the decor, drink names! Very friendly staff, who said hello and goodbye. Vanilla Sky Latte was yummy! Not too sweet which is what I prefer. I forgot to ask for a milk alternative and was able to ask after ordering but before it was made. They only had oat milk and I prefer almond milk but the drink was still good. Been a big fan of Kamden Coffee since he was outside of Rose City Pizza. Now that he here in a more permanent setup, I try and make my way over when I can. Kamden Coffee has a perfectly sized menu, not so many options that it's overwhelming, but also signature drinks that standout. I love the Sleep Away Camp as a regular drink. The holiday drinks are delightful right now. Black Christmas is like a dark chocolate peppermint mocha. Yum! Service is great! It's friendly, and they will happily answer all your questions, make recommendations, and help you make a choice. There is some really cool merch, nice heavyweight hoodies and shirts, mugs, hats. If you're a local to Glendora area, or even if you're not, I recommend it. Make the trip it's worth it. The first time I visited this coffee spot was when I ordered a pizza from Rose City Pizza. I felt it was a unique setup, so I tried it with some of my friends. We luckily got there right before he was packing up. He did explain that many of his drinks were not on the sweet side. It seemed his menu does rotate occasionally. After browsing his menu, I got the Brulee. However, I was a bit skeptical since most places make it very sweet. But it was just as it described, not too sweet and perfect! My friends also enjoyed their drinks as well. This left a good impression and knew I was going to revisit again. I ended up stopping by again on 4th of July, since there were not many options opened. I went around 10 AM and there were a lot of customers then. During this visit, I was debating between the vanilla sky and the sleep away. I ended up asking him for a recommendation on which drink wasn't too sweet. He ended up making an off menu item, which was the iced caramel banana latte. I really enjoyed this drink and perhaps even more than the first visit! It was at the sweetness level that I wanted. Kamden was very friendly throughout both interactions. Amazing to see his energy and commitment to opening, despite a holiday. He is the only one running the operation, so be patient when you pay him a visit. Would love to gate-keep this place, but this spot deserves the attention! I cannot wait to try the other drinks, especially new ones rotating in. This coffee shop was so adorable. It was all movie themed with the menu looking like a movie script. All the drinks were inspired by movies, which was just cool to see. The workers were incredibly friendly. The cafe had a nice open concept with lots of fresh air so it seems like a nice place to do work. The menu has a new look with very interesting options like the Twin Peeks Cherry Pie. This drink came with house made cherry vanilla bean syrup and oh my was this good. My first visit to Kamden was made with my niece and a few friends before we went to the cemetery to leave some flowers for my mom. Had been at the previous establishment there and this one exceeded my expectations. My friends all got some of their signatures drinks and they were very pleased. The location is nice, very open and plenty of seating. The staff were very friendly and their professionalism were very evident. My coffee was really good, well extracted and flavorful espresso. The location is clean, well-ventilated, and cozy. However, parking is very tight since it shares the small private lot. If busy, expect to park nearby and walk. Fortunately, Kamden Coffee offers stellar service. Its staff (Kamden) is welcoming, helpful, and professional. Most importantly, Kamden Coffee is not a trend-seeking gimmick. It's a trip down memory lane coming to Kamden Coffee. And it's, one that comes with the perks of a great new coffee shop, envisioned by Kamden himself. It resides in what was my former marketing agency building for SWIRE that we had later converted to Kicks On 66 Coworking years ago. As Union Cowork came in, they brought the addition of coffee - something that was always a bit of a dream of mine. We never made business sense to put a working coffee shop in here when we had the agency, but always thought it would be a fun idea. Because hey, coffee. I've been to each of the shops that were here prior to Kamden and they all had a unique spin. My fave prior to Kamden was TRO, earlier known as The Reverse Orangutan. Honestly, I was a little hesitant to come check out the new shop here as it's been a bit of a rotating door of shops. But, I've always felt it could be more. It just needed a visionary and passionate founder who gets what it can become. This is my third time back and I'm so happy to see Kamden doing so well with this new space. I don't know him, but his story resonates. I've been a Classic Coffee fan and it's my go to shop still. That and Rev'd Up. But, Kamden now holds a top 3 position for me. I'd add Nambah to the list but due to the distance it's a #1 for when I'm in LaVerne but not my daily stop. Why is Kamden so great? 1 - location. Although it might seem odd at first, they do have drive up spots off Rte 66 and a parking lot when you pull into the building. And, it's adjoined to Union Cowork so it's much more open and has a much cooler vibe than most shops. 2 - the coffee! Gotta have great coffee. Kamden knows how to make a great latte and that's my go to drink of choice. And, his coffee is fantastic too. 3 - Kamden and his people. He's been super friendly and his staff are as well. Quickly greeted when you arrive and not in a corporate way, but in a real human connection way. That's refreshing. And it doesn't come with 'a we're too cool' element which I've felt at some shops. Some tips for Kamden Coffee - Make sure the restroom is always clean, whether Union does that or you, it doesn't matter. My pet peeve is dirty restrooms in any coffee shop or restaurant. It's a negative impression on how cleanly you are behind the scenes. In your case, the restroom looked super clean. Just pointing out as you're new and this can get overlooked in time. - Don't rely on traffic to just come. This isn't the field of dreams, although it might be the fuel of dreams. Get involved locally - invite local APU students to come study, invite local businesses and people who work locally, invite people who live close by. Make a little flyer, update your Yelp and Google business listing often, and get yourself out there. - consider the 'Job to be done' or your customers. You have a unique and powerful space! Most shops are cramped and it's not comfortable to work for hours. You're in an awesome coworking space! Your customers might be starting or building businesses, meeting clients, remotely working, or studying and meeting friends for team projects. What else elevates that experience? The pastries are good but some more fuel for the day would be good - some healthier non-sugar packed items would be awesome too. Maybe even some local organic bottled juice too from Most Xcellent in a small fridge available. People will get a coffee and snack and stay. Then they'll come back for more to eat and a juice. You get the point. We need fuel to better our day. Pastries are a treat but not something we all want daily. Keep making great coffee - that's the core but consider your core customers and what else makes Kamden a great place to come back to daily. Hope these tips help! As I sit here, I can still picture the day we moved into this building - with big dreams to build our agency. It's was an amazing home for me, for years. And, now, I hope it's your launch pad for Kamden. Keep going through the ups and downs and keep heart as you've already made a stellar start! I'll be rooting for Kamden coffee. Come try it out. I absolutely love what they did with this space. There have been a couple of coffee shops here before, but Kamden has completely transformed it..it suddenly feels brighter, more open, and welcoming.
