I could not be happier! The entire staff at Classic Collision in Buckhead treated me with respect and QUALITY service from start to finish . While every one of the staff I interacted with was pleasant, I wanted to particularly compliment Tamara and James. The two of them were extremely helpful and made what was a negative situation as enjoyable as could be. The receptionist was pleasant and made conversation during the transactions rather than being "all business." My wife's car is as good as new and the repair was fast. I requested that the headlight assembly be OEM as opposed to after market (due to a bad past experience) and only had to ask once. I am reviewing this place as I sit and wait for my car. It was supposed to be ready yesterday and here I am, 24 hours later, still waiting. I have been here today for two hours - still waiting. I left my rep (Wale) three phone messages before coming today - none of which he bothered to return. And I spoke to the front desk twice asking for updates which I never got. At this point I'm so annoyed at the lack of respect for customer's time that I will never come back here even if their work is good. A nice service guy named Sean came and explained to me why there was a delay. That's the only reason why I'm giving them one star. BUYER BEWARE!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT AND REPAIRS ARE SUB PAR. I took my car here - against the advice of my insurance company - because I had dealt with two other locations of Classic Collision and been highly pleased with the employees and quality of work. This location is night and day different from them. First I called to schedule an appointment to bring my car in. The regular guy was on vacation so I dealt with a young lady. She wasn't at her desk so I left a voicemail, clearly stating what I needed. She never called me back. I had to call back to make the appointment. I won't go into detail but for the next 4 weeks I went through a pissing match between them and my insurance company. First there was a delay in starting the work. Then the work wasn't right. The regular guy had gotten back from vacation and he argued with me in the parking lot that everything was fine. Finally I got my car back into the shop to correct the work. I still wasn't 100% satisfied but they pointed out to me that a previous repair could be the problem. So I left. I wasn't a mile from the shop when I noticed that my outside temperature indicator on my dash wasn't working. I called them immediately. They said come by any time except Monday to get it taken care of, as the sensor most likely wasn't attached correctly. I called ahead and was told not to come that day. I went the next day and a man from the body shop just looked under the car and fiddled with the settings inside the car. He said he couldn't tell what was wrong and wanted to take my car to a dealership. I said ok, but they would have to come pick my car up from my office (less than a mile from their location). They agreed. At this writing they have stood me up 3 times!!! I finally called the corporate office and left messages for the District Manager. He hasn't called me back either. I called Corporate today and spoke to another District Manager. I'm taking my car to the Sandy Springs location and I'm not dealing with Buckhead ANY MORE!!! read more

One star is generous. Took ridiculously long to provide an estimate. Unsatisfactory customer service. Was not kept current with the repair process. Was charged inordinately much. Took over 10 days to ship in parts and make repairs. They do not care for anything less valuable than a sports car. Changed pick up day 3 times. Tire work needed after repair complete.. The idea that it takes over 24hours to even have them look at your car is baffling. Then the fact that the excuse is "they only have 1 frame machine" is not acceptable for a body shop of this magnitude.... then to top it off, a FILL-IN receptionists JAMIE with the worst body language and attitude that obviously does not want to be at work! After 29 days they finally ordered parts for a fender bender. Upon dropoff they said 3 weeks max. My insurance will no longer cover my rental car. After 10 days, they towed it to another of their locations with nothing done. We are from out of state and they completely let us down. My advice is to stay clear of this company!!!! read more

HORRIBLE!! My car was rear ended and only had some minor damage. I took my car to Classic Collision in Buckhead for repairs since it was recommended by Mercedes. First off, it took them 2 months to "repair" my car! When I got my car back, the work done was not done well, and they had to redo a lot of things. The worst part of my experience is that they scratched all over my front windshield and they deny any part of it. Worst customer service, and my car is in worse condition than when I took it in! Holy ghetto Body Shop Batman! so I'm trying to drop my car off and do they not only stress repeatedly " that I should remove all belongings and important things from my car", but then a girl gets upset that I'm leaving a flashlight in my door pocket and almost doesn't let me turn the car in. there car rental people are top-notch because that's handled by a whole nother company. their guy Matthew was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I would have to say that was the only ray of sunshine In This Cloud that has been trying to get my car repaired after an accident. I've been with Geico for some time now and I would say they should have better staffed auto repair centers for there customers. Thankfully they will let you get a rough estimate that you can take to any other body shop of your choosing. I would imagine you can just leave it locked up and they can walk around the car for something like that. that way you won't get berated for leaving things in your car. read more

I had my reservations about taking my car to get fixed here, but they far exceeded my expectations! First, I was in and out quickly when I first went to get my quote. Second, I rescheduled my appointment to drop the car off several times with no issues. That, too, was a speedy process. Jamie was who I dealt with, by the way. It took four days for them to fix the damage to my bumper, even with a delay for a missing bracket. The bumper cover that they ordered was warped and apparently looked like crap. Therefore, they repaired the existing bumper cover themselves. I was hesitant to believe that it looked "good as new" as Jamie said. However, he was right! My bumper looks perfect. Additionally, I dropped my car with basically no gas (not intentional and I felt terrible about), and when I picked it up, Jamie had put gas in it for me! Obviously, I insisted on paying for it, but he refused. Also, my car was MUCH cleaner than it was when I dropped it off, the repair looks great, and it was gassed up. Another good point about my experience is that the lady at the front desk was super polite and even remembered me each time I was there. Definitely a much better experience than I anticipated, and I'll definitely be back if anyone else decides to rear end me again :) read more

I brought my BMW 335i to have a fendor fixed and they did a good job of that. Not sure why they needed to reprogram all of my radio stations, readjust all the seats and move my stuff around. Sure looks like they drove it around for the week I left it there. Might be a good idea to record how many miles you have on the car before you drop it off to them. Also, these guys open 8 to 6 monday through friday. Not exactly convenient. read more

I had a great experience with this place, and I'm disappointed to see so many negative reviews. I worked with Tamara and Sierra and they were both fantastic! They provided an unexpected level of hospitality that was really appreciated. Sierra offering to help me carry my many personal bags from my car to the rental. The repairs were faster than I expected which worked out great. Sierra was very kind and caring and for me, that goes a long way because I didn't feel like just another number, she made me feel like a person. We cannot express how much we enjoyed our time here! I hit my side rear view mirror on a stupid yellow pole at the bank and was panicking that it would cost a fortune to get it replaced. Our reliable mechanics (Anthem Automotive--their the best) referred us to two places: Classic Collision and Buckhead Collision. Long story short Buckhead Collision was over double the quote of Classic and they were incredibly rude. When we went in to show Classic the issue, Rashawn took care of it quickly and even buffed out the small amount of paint free of charge. Hopefully I won't have to come back, but if anything else happens to my car, I'll be sure to come here! read more

Jennifer was amazing , everybody in town was booked 2 weeks ahead and I need my car fixed before I headed out on my road trip , I gave her the dates and she even said I can't guarantee a time but when they look at it we can maybe gage better. Needless to say she got me in the following monday . It was really busy when I got there and I was worried maybe I will have to wait till after my trip , She even said let me see what they say because I don't want you not to have your Car. they took a look at it and said go ahead we can have done for you by the following week . I took a chance , 2 days later she emailed me the estimate and that she is happy to say the car will be ready by friday of the same week?!?!? Better than I expected. Then I get a call on Thursday late afternoon , My baby was ready!! AMAZING thats a 3-4 day turn around when everybody else turned me away. They washed it and cleaned it on the inside too , I couldn't be happier . Thank you so much Jennifer you were a god send! read more

CC did a fine No Paint Dent Removal on my Odyssey. One on the side at the very back, and two on the front hood that were creased. I work very close to their shop, so they dropped me off at work and picked me up. Attentive service, friendly staff, and I can see no trace of the dents. And the price was right, too. read more

Collision center is a scam they overcharge by claiming to be the Mercedes-Benz specialist and depend on customers having zero knowledge about auto body work. I had a small door ding with little scratched paint. After they begin the work to fix the scratches they find new charges to add to the bill. They claimed they had to replace the whole door when it simply wasn't the case. When I asked to discuss the matter the person was not in but I could discus the matter with a tech. He can not speak for the first estimate's but would only discuss the differences between the first one and the new one they made after work started adding new parts to the bill. I have never heard from the original person who did the first estimate with a explanation as to why a specialist in Mercedes-Benz would leave a vital part of the repair, the tech put it "it has to be replaced whenever there is door damage no matter the case". read more

Unfortunately I forgot to remove a portable blue tooth speaker from my car and it was taken while in the shop. No one turned it in so I consider it stolen. There are signs saying to remove items so I guess they are not liable if they employ thieves but it's still makes me pretty upset. $300 down the drain. read more

This by far is the worst experience of a body shop. The repairs were terrible and not what they said they would do. Avoid this body shop go to a reputable one. The paint was sprayed over peeling paint and in some places you can see tear drops of the paint. read more

AWFUL. DO NOT GO HERE - PLZ READ THIS BEFORE YOU DO: after i get my mercedes back (over a week late) they dent my door when they're cleaning it and make me spend another 2 days at the shop - they are rude and disrespectful and most importantly: THE CUSTOMER DOESN'T MATTER TO THEM. every time you call, its another excuse. I paid them over 4 grand in repairs almost a month ago and have yet to receive reimbursement from Classic - one month on my 4 grand! each time i call its ANOTHER DIFFERENT EXCUSE - "oh the check was cut wrong, the boss wasn't here to sign it, we sent the wrong amount" blah blah blah ALL of it is a bunch of LIES to get you to hang around their shop and linger as long as possible so they can SIT ON the insurance money (which I did ask my insurance company to look into) and drain you of every ounce of hopefulness you had, of your car being ready on the time quoted to you. they take at least twice as long to repair vehicles as some other shops in Atlanta take. they don't give a hoot about you or your car. my car, after almost 30 days in that joke of a repair shop came back with a shotty rear door bracket, damaged tints, a rear bumper that ALMOST FELL OFF at 80 mph, fingerprints EVERYWHERE, wax residue EVERYWHERE (I don't think they understand that a point of getting a car washed and waxed is to CLEAN IT, and get ALL the wax off. THEY DONT, so it remains in the cracks of the doors and seeps into all of the creases and hardens, becoming white and pasty. It looks like garbage and you need to pay for another car wash), and there was also a huge silver dollar size paint chip on the inside of my wheel base (but since its barely noticeable, at Classic Collision, who cares? since you probably cant see it, they will most definitely not fix it - but they will CHARGE you for it) ladies and gentlemen, let's recap: 1. shotty work 2. employees who have no respect for the customers time or money, who give excuse after excuse and waste day after day 3. better options in and around Atlanta (Kong's Body shop is sublime) I have been here several times and every single time i have left angry, out of money, and in total shock - Classic Collision = THE WORST BODY SHOP IN ATLANTA DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!!! read more

Absolutely a terrible shop. Go anywhere else than this place. I had an awful experience getting my truck repaired. Their customer service is pathetic at it's best. Also the work they did is sub-par. Classic Collision broke the trim inside my truck cab and refused to fix it!!! They are as sorry as a "repair shop" could be, and their name should be "Classic Con-shop of Buckhead!" very disappointed. I had to keep calling myself to get information about the status of my car. They never called me to give updates. I was given 3 different days on when I would get my car back. Zack lied about keeping his end of the deal and when mgmt was informed of this, they realized he lied but they couldn't do anything about it. Really!!! No customer service etiquette. When I finally got my car back, 2 pieces they had to remove to fix the car was not put back securely therefore it was loose but I refuse to take my car back to them to fix for fear other things may go wrong suddenly...I would not advice anyone to go here. I have used Classic Collision in Buckhead for three Mercedes vehicles since 2012 and their work is perfect. I just has a rear bumper repaired on my 2018 MB S450 (only 400 miles on it!) and the work was done perfectly and it is AS NEW again! Customer Service is amazing and personal. Marnee at the front desk is a wizardess at being able to control and orchestrate the controlled chaos in this very busy place. She appears to always have a dozen balls in the air but she's always in control and has all of the information at her fingertips. Sean King my service rep was terrific. He got me in right away, updated me frequently, and my car was done in a couple of days. And of course the guys in the back know what they are doing. My car was returned clean and in perfect condition. I hope I never need their services again.....but if I do I know where I'm going and who I'll ask for. I enthusiastically recommend this shop and their team for anyone, no matter what type of vehicle you might have. read more

This is the worst experience I have ever had!!!! When I picked up my car yesterday, I realized that my front driver-side turn-signal was not working. I advised the service advisor about it and she got one of the technicians to look into it. The technician advised the bulb was bad and in order to fix it, the bumper needs to come off. Minutes later, The service advisor told me that her boss wanted to talk to me so we both went to his office. While we were waiting for him , I stepped in the adjacent conference room to use my phone and what followed was a nightmare. The boss, who refused to give his name, came in the conference and told me "you need to get out of here! You have no business being here! You need to leave the property!" For a hot second, I thought this was a prank until I realized that this guy was serious. I explained that I'm here to talk to him because he summoned me to his office. He replied that the malfunction with my turn signal is a maintenance issue. I asked what do you mean by maintenance issue twice and in both instances, he made fun of my accent by attempting to correct me phonetically. He became agitated and ordered me to leave the dwelling. I asked him for his name and his boss' name but he never gave me that info. He called 911 and requested Atlanta Police to remove me from the premise. I paid $500 deductible for unfinished work, got ridiculed and disrespected by the boss and escorted out by the police. WHAT HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? It's like I got extorted by a criminal who manipulated the law to victimize me again. Is that what customer service amounts to at classic collision of buckhead? There is no doubt the so-called boss was a racist who doesn't care about minorities like me. You can tell by the demeanor of the rest of the employees that this RACIST runs that place like a slave ship. The worst service I have ever received. Made an appointment for an estimate that was going to be paid buy the person who hit me. I called an hour ahead to let them know that I would be running 30 min late. When I got there... the only person who deals with Traveler's (Nick) was on lunch... even though I had an appointment with him. So after waiting 15min or so Keith assisted me by taking pictures of the damage and getting all of the information needed. He said multiple times that he doesn't deal with Traveler's but he would get all the information to Nick. I told him to call me if he needed anything. Days go by... I call Traveler's to insure they have the quote... NOPE. Immediately I call for Nick OR Keith... Neither are available but "notes" were left on both of their desks. Hours go by, still no call from either. I call back and speak to Nick who says he has all of my information in front of him but NO PICTURES and he requested me to come back. I have a very busy work schedule and have very little time to go through that process again, so I asked him to ask Keith where the photos were and if he didn't have them LET ME KNOW. WOW! WOW! WOW!!! I gave 1 star because it does not allow you to give 0. I called 2 weeks ago to bring in my car for hail damage, and was told that I could bring it in for an estimate, but that they could not take my car in until Jan. 3rd. That it would be best for me just to come in Jan. 3rd in the a.m. and leave the car once the estimate was done. I walked in and the receptionist was taking car of a customer, there was another young lady waiting in the chair, so I took the seat next to her. Half the staff of that building walked by and at no point, not 1 person could even crack a smile nor say hello. The receptionist finished up with the customer, and began answering phones. While I asked the girl next to me if she had spoken to the receptionist yet, another customer walked right in and went straight to the receptionist, took a seat and she began to help him. I decided to just go up to her and when I told her that I was there for the 10 am appointment, she told me "Oh! You're 1st. You were just sitting in the chair." I told her that she was talking to another customer, so I sat down in the WAITING area. A gentleman from the back decided to jump in and say, "She'll be talking all day if you just walk in and sit down." If another customer is being taken cared of, it is rude to come in and interrupt and I assume the WAITING area must be there for a reason. As if that were not enough, once it was time to get an estimate on the car, I asked for an estimate of labor hours and I could not be given any. The lady doing the walk-thru went to get the guy from the shop to give me some info and when he came out he proceeded to tell me that insurance companies just like exaggerate damages when it comes to natural disasters and that they like to "over estimate the damages and sit in their penthouse and tell their bosses that they did a good job." He told me to point out everything I see wrong with the car because he couldn't see not 1 dent. When the lady pointed 1 out, he stopped her and said, "I'm not asking you, I'm asking her." I could not believe how rude and demeaning/degrading he was. He then said that he would need a clear sunny day and a clean dry car in order to find all the dents. That if he couldn't just see it and it wasn't jumping out at him, he couldn't fix it. It's hail damage!!! If the insurance agent could find almost $1,400.00 in dents, why could this expert find 1? And for the fact that he didn't even want to take the time to thoroughly look at it in side the facility under good lighting was really crappy on his behalf. I told him that the car was a lease and that I needed to take it back in the same condition that I got it and he tried to tell me that the dealer would not charge me for those dents. My brother had the exact same car, from the exact same dealer and he was charged for EVERY LITTLE THING, so that I just wanted my car fixed. He kept being rude, so I told him to just let me know that if he did not want to work on my car, that I would just take it elsewhere. He would not give me straight answer, but just kept dancing around the fact that he could not see anything at that point in time. After wasting 1 whole hour of my time, I left. He tried to apologize after I told him that this location was even lucky that I came back. The 1st time I went they did great with the paint job on my door, but upon receiving my car, they had completely "forgot" to put back a couple of the pieces. Not to mention, I had an appointment and the person that deals with Allstate (my insurance) was not even there. I had to be helped out by someone that deals with State Farm. Says a lot about their staff. Simply HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. read more

Too bad there isn't a "0" star rating. I just had the worst experience at Classic Collision Buckhead. My son took his car there for a broken mirror last Friday. They gave us a quote, made us pay it in full before a single bit of work was done. When I took the car to be fixed today (because my son is out of town), they waited until the work was complete to tell me that the price would be $100 more (on a $166 total bill). When I protested, they said the dealership that sent the part sent the wrong part (or the CC salesman ordered the wrong one- they weren't clear). When I stated that that wasn't my problem and that they should honor their quote, the manager told the salesperson to remove the mirror and send me on my way. I ended up paying so they'd leave the mirror on the car. I even offered to split the $100 bc I knew mistakes could happen and he again told the salesperson to remove the mirror and for me to leave. I was SHOCKED at how horribly I was treated. When I posted my experience on a social media site, I got post after post back about others' awful service and terrible work, especially at the Buckhead location. One friend even said they repaired her car with duct tape! Oh well- lesson learned. Hope I can prevent someone else from a similar experience. read more

This place is a joke. I brought my car in last June for a minor dent in my back left door. They had it for over a week and when I got it home I discovered that he paint was darker Han the rest of my car. I brought it back and they had it for 2 weeks. This time there was overspray on the inside of my window, the paint had runs in it and it had overspray all over both left doors. Oh yeah and they took my first aid kit that Lexus had in the trunk. I took I back again. This time they had it for 8 more days. This time someone had taken my battery out and didn't put the battery holder back. It also had overspray on both sides of the front bumper. My drivers side door is loose and they put 35 miles on my car!! I'm getting an attorney...so upset. I just paid 27k cash for this car and now it's not the same car. Never ever take your car there. The worst experience ever. It's been over 7 months and my car was better before I took it there. I give them a negative 10. read more

This was the absolute worst and degrading experience on what was suppose to be a car repair. My car was supposed to take a couple days and ended up taking weeks and was returned to me with even more damages than when i brought it in. I was given the run around, lied to, and misled. I have damage that was done to areas not pertinent to the repairs that was suppose to be made and got no help at all from the representatives from my insurance company that sit in house with this terrible money hungry and quota driven circle of people who saw they could not get over on me with words or mental tactics so they had the nerve to be disrespectful, rude and short with me when i called these things out. I am indeed taking legal action and would strongly advise anyone looking for fair and just repairs and service to go elsewhere. I will certainly keep everyone posted on the next level of steps taken and only set out to tell the truth and protect other consumers like myself from money scandals and horrible customer and human services.
