I chose Classic Collision since it was Tesla-certified. My car was involved in a hit-and-run. The other party claimed at fault. They had Geico insurance. When I brought my car in, Shawn Sgambellone was very transparent and let me know about possible timeline and barriers I could face especially considering the other party's insurance. Yet, he explained the repairs in great detail that I felt comfortable moving forward with the shop. During the time of the repair, Classic Collision/Shawn communicated via text and email any updates that were needed such as updates from the other insurance, and authorizations to proceed with repairs. What I thought was going to be a month long process only took 2.5 weeks and I am sure it is from the exceptional service from Shawn and Classic Collision. Even though I had a very limited interaction due to my insurance company deeming my car totaled because the cost of repairing it (my car was completely drivable, but the rear of a wide load truck had veered into my lane and really made a mess of the driver's side bumper and entire back panel all the way to the driver's side door (two-door car). I just got my Tesla back today and I cannot recommend Classic Collision and Tony Pogosyan highly enough! SO professional, friendly and trustworthy - they really go the extra mile. Not only did Tony repair my car beautifully, so that it looks pristine, but he got it done a week earlier than originally scheduled. The whole place is so well organized, the lobby is great and the people are really nice and attentive. Tony is so knowledgeable, honest, friendly and communicative. He impressed me with the way he called, emailed and texted me with regular updates on my car and when things would be finished. He was also excellent with my insurance company. I really didn't have to do a thing. When I arrived to pick up my car today, Tony made sure the car was immaculately clean inside and out, and he had even buffed out some scuffs on the exterior for free. First time had a decent experience, second time was poor. Repair worked, but they voided my HOV stickers without discussion and now I have no way of replacing them with the program ending. A previous repair (at this facility no less) had no issues with this - but now I've permanently lost my HOV access as a result of this. Would have delayed repairs if they had been up front, but instead I just got a call attempting to gaslight me into thinking they had of course always done it this way(despite, as I said, them having done it without issue just months earlier on the other stickers). WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!! they used to be Pride Auto body that company was fantastic. These people need to hang a cover over their name. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had my windshield broken by a rock on the fwy. A $2000 job with calibration. I spoke to them for 2 days. I got my insurance to contact them. They told my insurance, who they are contracted with, that the job was a nuisance and not enough damage for them to take it. 1st. That would have been nice to know BEFORE I headed down there to pay the deductible. 2nd. When we need a major auto repair, that is the last place I would go. You just lost the business of 5 families who used that location for all car repairs and spread the word. Now the word will be spread that if they don't get enough cash, you aren't worth their time. I have been going to this location to tend to my Lexus and Toyota SUVs since they were Pride Auto Body. Despite the change in ownership, the high-quality of front of the office personnel still remain the same. We have had repairs that ranged from a few hundred dollars to nearly $10,000, and everything has been done exceeding our satisfaction. No auto body shop is perfect, and your car will never be perfect after an accident. However, these guys try to get it right and as close to what we want every time. We are pretty high maintenance when it comes to our vehicles, how they look, how they drive, etc. John, one of the managers, and Nick and Christina, two of the customer facing staff, have been nothing but professional, patient, accommodating, and communicative. What I recommend at any body shop is that after repairs are made, go over your entire vehicle with a fine toothed comb, and bring up any problems that you see that still need fixing or adjusting. I do that with these guys, and they handle it every time with class. read more

She communicated almost daily on the updates for my car, which had extensive damage. The work done by the body shop people was impressive, and I could not find any flaw. New Review: I just received my car and I was in total shock, a big dash on the front part of my car, and then grease and dirt stains on my leather seats. Disgusting people. Never again coming back to this place, When I dropped off my car I told Kassandra to please make sure my leather seats are covered including my dashboard with plastic, that was not done. They're grease stains all over my new carpet, and the manager John is just useless and not helpful at all. He was being rude and not even trying to understand the way my car was given back to me. On top it he told me he did a favor of giving my car back to me soon, lol. When I dropped off my car, there was little bit dust on my carpet, but having grease is a big difference. I just rubbed my fingers on my car carpet and my top part of my fingers were greasy. I just wiped my leather seats with water on a rag and I was surprised, now I have to pay $85 dollars just to get my whole inside detailed. Giving my car back in that way is Just a slap to my kindness and respect I gave to these mediocre's. The only thing good about this company is Ms. Ana she was very sweet and very understanding woman. Old review: Kassandra, Ana, and Maria are a perfect fit for this company, they always go above and beyond on their service. 100/100 on service and responsibility. Update: Despite the fact I provided responses to their internal survey and despite the fact I had a scheduled appointment at their facility on Tuesday, no one reached out to me. They did a good job on my vehicle, but my experience tells me they are about money #1 and customer #2. The only response I got is below and when I responded to that, it was crickets. This place used to be called Pride Auto Body. The service was excellent. However, when I went there for repairs this time, it had changed to Classic Collision. The change has not been good, imho. Kassandra was my contact and I don't really blame her - she was just a messenger. However, for a fairly minor job, they held onto my truck for 19 days. I was told parts they ordered arrived on June 9th; on June 9th, my truck also was painted. Then it took 12 more days to get my truck. Not once did anyone from CC try to make me a happy customer. Another minor issue, they will charge you the 3% credit card charge if you pay by credit card. Not a major issue, but it is petty. It makes the business look cheap. Zero long term thinking. Yes, they got an extra $15 from me, but they've lost all of my future business. Why an business would do that is beyond me. My suggestion: Go elsewhere, anywhere. read more

I was advised to use Classic Collision after a person hit my car in August. Classic was a repair shop that was recommended by my insurance, as well as the insurance of the person who damaged my car. Initially customer service was fine. They were helpful about providing my estimates and updating me on progress. When I finally picked up my car (after 2 plus weeks), I see that the accident damage was repaired BUT the paint on my drivers side bumper was peeling. I drive a 2021 vehicle, so I was very shocked to see the peeling. They made me review blurry photos from the initial inspection (which absolutely didn't show anything). The manager steps out to chat with me. He's stammering and stumbling over his words to tell me that whomever repaired my bumper "before" did the paint incorrectly. There was no before. I purchased my car in December 2021 from Keyes Lexus and it had a completely clean Carfax. I also have several clear "before" photos of my car that don't show any paint damage. The manager admitted that they removed the bumper to repair the dent from my initial accident, but they aren't going to do anything to fix the paint they destroyed because it isn't "covered." I also noticed that my tires were low, even though they were fine when I dropped my car off on September 7th. I'm just fed up. All of this because some lady hit my car in August. Classic Collision "fixed" one problem just to create another... UPDATE: I went to Jiffy Lube to see why my tire pressure was low. They tell me there's a big fat rusty nail sticking out on the side which can't be patched because of the location.
