The nail job was subpar l, two nail are chipping and nails are filed crookedly, and French tip polish lines are not crisp. There are bubbles and spots on the white finish tips. She left polish on my Fingers and build up under one nail. I've NEVER had a manicure this bad. Sam should not be doing nails until she receives proper training.

I did a gel mani and the manicure starting peeling not even a week in. I thought, maybe it was due to the humidity in the area I was visiting, because I hadn't experienced this with my gel nails done at Polish before. Then I went back to Polish for a dip mani, after doing a dip elsewhere. The process took 2 hours (not sure if this is normal, but it could be due to my original set being down elsewhere). My nails came out gorgeous and I loved them. The tech had followed the design perfectly. Unfortunately, they chipped less than two weeks in. The dip nails that I had gotten elsewhere didn't chip at all during the 4 weeks I kept them on. They do beautiful nails here, but it seems you'll need to find the right go to person for a consistently lasting mani. Update in response to Anthony: My brown French tips nails were done by the owner, Anthony, in April '22, and my gorgeous pink nails were done by Haley in Aug '22. I booked a transformation cut so we had time to discuss and go over photos. Sahara honestly came in with an attitude and at one point scoffed "there's a lot going on here" (well, yeah, transformations are a big deal). She cut the bangs as shown in the photos which was not what we discussed at all. When I expressed displeasure she went and got a different employee who refused to validate my concerns but tried to clean it up and then hurriedly ushered me out without rescheduling (guess I'm banned now). Anyways, if you want bangs, do NOT go here. They used the excuse that Sahara was not confident cutting bangs (but didn't bother contacting me in advance to reschedule my appt and were happy to let her cut these). Totally bizarre and unprofessional experience
