Never coming back to this nail shop! My cuticles started bleeding and they were very rough with my nails. They had said that the nails would be 120$ without gems or charms, with the charms and gems it would cost 180$, and as I got up to pay they said it was 210$ and they had lied to my face. My nails turned out horrible. The lady that worked on my nails kept putting the wrong color on my nails which was the opposite color of what I wanted. The place smelt horrible as well, there was water all over the pedicure station and hasn't been cleaned up. Very disappointed in this place, i haven't ever gone to a nail salon as bad as this one, save ur money. read more

Those are my nails they are good with some flaws but from far away you cant tell. The price was amazing for such long nails!! Here we go again. Thursday September 14, 2023 Again I'm not one to write bad reviews but I am certain I will not be coming back anymore. It all started when I went for a gel pedicure. Mind you I went during my lunch from work so I was in my work clothes. I arrived and was taken immediately to the chair to begin, the lady I got for some reason I always seem to get her even though I ask for another lady. This specific lady has done my toe nails before, but either cuts my nails way too short, and/or cut my nails the wrong shape that I tell her. When I got to the chair she was preparing the water. I was taking my shoes off, as soon as I turned around to put my feet in the filter that goes in the water broke and the water went all over my face, legs, stomach, my butt, everywhere! My jeans and shirt were soaking wet, it was so bad! I was just like what the heck?! And the lady was slow about getting me a towel which the first towel was already wet and she gave me it to use. Which I didn't I put it on the floor. I was trying to get up because I was legit sitting in a puddle of water and she was trying to get me to stay seated but I let her know I can't sit it's all wet and then she got me towels. I was in complete shock! I was about to get up and walk out but she convinced me to stay as well. But I legit was sitting in my wet work clothes that I still had to go back to work in. She did apologize but I was quite upset and just smiled. She continued to do the pedicure, towards the end I noticed she cut my right big toe wrong even though I informed her to cut it straight not round & she had to repaint it again too because there was a bubble or something while it was drying. But at this point she just didn't care and left nail polish around my toe skin and not even cleaning around it. When it was done, she handed me the receipt which I noticed she was charging me full price for the pedicure. I'm not saying I should've gotten a discount but after that incident I think it would've be appropriate. As I was putting my shoes on and I didn't realize how wet I was until I saw my whole entire jeans were completely soaked from the front to back to the bottom of my calves to my thighs just everywhere! I walked up to the front to pay and let the owner know what happened and all he said was sorry. The total was 37 dollars, he told me he will give a "discount" which was ONLY $2 off! I told him it's not okay because I have to go back to work like this and I'm completely soaked. So I paid $35. I'm not one to blow up on people which I didn't but I was really upset about it and I understand things like this happen but to still charge me full price and I'm not saying I should get it for free because that's not right either but at least more than $2 off would have been better & appropriate. Thai, I really hoped for better quality but not this time or ever again. Please do better for future customers. read more

Made an Appointment Via Instagram @classicnails2143 for Saturday at 9am. I showed up at 9 am and was sat down right away. I was given hand sanitizer and a form to fill out. The form is consent about the environment and how they are keeping up with health codes. They are not held liable. I got a full set with gel polish! Ty always hooks me up with perfect nails! I'm a busy person so he knows my nails have to last 3-4 weeks. I've never had a problem with them breaking or chipping. If by chance it does they will fix them at no charge. I also got a gel pedicure, which was much needed after 3 months of quarantine. As well as getting eyebrow waxed. Everything went well and I'm very satisfied at how clean everything was. After every client they cleaned after each station or pedicure chair. Lots of wiping down things and Lysol sprays to keep everything clean. They have barriers between you and the nail stylist. Also between pedi. chairs they have shower curtains as a barrier. There prices have gone up a bit but it's due to cost of the supplies. Well worth it! Not happy, won't be returning to this salon. I came in because I had a broken nail, I wanted to get the gel removed and put on new gel polish. The lady doing my nails started by clipping off almost all the length (of my natural nails!) without even asking me -- I wanted to keep the same length and shape that I had before! She clipped both of my index finger nails so short that she needed to put on fake tips to make them even with the other ones. I ended up getting dip powder to fix the break and regular polish, but it will take me at least a couple months to get them back to the length they were before. Admittedly, she did a good job with the dip and the polish, but I won't be coming back here as she didn't ask me what I wanted and ruined months of me growing out my nails. Thank you Went in after I got a thick hot pink gel set manicure, came back to get color removed, tech Lysa(young and quiet, skinny, long black hair) started to use the grinder on my fIngers instead off letting it set in acetone to take it off like normal. I had to say THREE times they were my real nails, management said it was bc they thought since it was thicker gel that it was acrylic. Uploaded pictures of service prices! Came to Anaheim for a three day trip for my sister's birthday. She wanted a pedicure and I decided to get a gel manicure. We found this spot which is actually really close to where we are staying so that was great. It was pretty busy when we got here but luckily two technicians opened up within 5 minutes. My gel manicure was awesome! My nail tech was so attentive and detailed. I don't do much for my nails. I just get my nails filed and one color gel polish, but she did a really nice job on the most basic manicure. Cuticles are super important to me (I mean, isn't that why we get our nails professionally done??) and she spent a lot of time on trimming my cuticles. I was between three colors and she tried them all on me so I could decide--I didn't even have to ask her to do that so I thought that was really nice. I ended up choosing a different polish and I love how it turned out. She also noticed a few cuticles pointing out so she trimmed them again. The hand massage was great too. They finish you off with a warm towel btw. For the price, I think it's definitely worth it. I can't speak for my sister, but I'm pretty sure she had a fantastic pedicure. I got done with my gel mani and thought she'd be done in five more minutes, but her tech was still on her first coat of regular polish! First time here since moving to Anaheim/Orange...I called 30 minutes before to ask if it was busy and if I could do a walk in, whoever was on the phone said please come! Super crowded when I walked in, but they immediately started my gel mani within 5 minutes! There are a ton of nail techs, didn't catch mine. Wish I did because my gel mani came out amazing! She did it really quickly too! Big plus for me. It's already been a week, and there are no chips or peels. I can tell it's going to last 3 weeks! Will definitely come back. Why do I have any expectations from these nail salons. I went here based off the "yelp" reviews and of course I was severely disappointed. As you can see from the pictures that I have attached-didn't even bother trying to paint the whole nail (didn't paint down to cuticles) so looks like it's already been 2 weeks since I got my nails done. Uneven looking surface/texture on nails, clear polish left on random places on my hand and to top it all off a nice little cut. I called ahead of time to make sure they would be able to take me and not rush. But once I got there they were backed up/over booked and rushed with doing my nails. Don't judge a book by its cover! Not all great nail places look fantastic on the outside, Classic Nails is one of these places. I am getting married tomorrow and I'm from out of town so I needed a good place to get my nails done for the big day! My trusty Yelp app came in handy and I found Classic Nails and I wasn't disappointed. Tanya was my manicurist and not only was she super sweet but she gave me great advice for the color of my nails. I chose white gel topped with a simple iridescent glitter polish. Tanya was very fast but efficient. She really made sure that they were perfect in every way!
