I just wanted a white tip manicure. I was excited because friends and family have recommended this place for years, but no one really bothered to give me a satisfactory experience. Before I sat down, Sandy agreed to the picture I showed her, 3D French tip (first pic). After almost 2 hours of just acrylic application, someone had to teach her how to do 3D for the first time, but I couldn't wait any longer, so I asked for pink to white ombre (second pic) instead, thinking it was easier, but she said that was impossible, so I just got a clear gel after 20 more minutes of brainstorming. $60 in total. (I agreed, only if $10 of that go directly to Tip, for my conscience) So I came back next day to ask to finish the manicure, and the man at the front said they don't do 3D and I should have been clear initially...Ombre was impossible and they would have to charge full price for a removal plus new manicure. I didn't want removal due to my nail health, so I settled on simple French tip which they still wanted to charge $20 extra for, so I decided to just do them at home. No one really bothered to help me. My sister says to ask for Vicky or Heather. read more

I've been going to Classic Nails for a while and I really do love the work they do. My nails always come out looking great. But honestly, every time I'm there, I feel like I'm inconveniencing them or taking up their time. Today I decided to do something different and got my acrylics removed after 16 years to try gel builder. Lisa did my nails and I was just curious, asking a few questions about the difference between acrylic and gel. She barely answered, so I ended up googling it myself. Then when I couldn't decide on a color and asked her to look at three options, she rolled her eyes. It's frustrating because I truly love how my nails turn out, but I always leave feeling uncomfortable instead of relaxed. I'm also moving about 30 minutes away compared to five and honestly, I don't think I'll be making the commute. Now I'm off to find someone who does a great nail set with a good attitude. I came here due to all the good reviews. I don't live in the area, but decided to stop in for a pedicure since I was away from my usual salon. My experience was average. Nothing great, but not bad. I got the deluxe package which includes a 5 min massage, callus removal, sugar scrub, and foot mask. My massage was pretty much just her rubbing lotion all over me. So, not good. I got a gel pedicure which looked good when I left the salon, but the very next day I had 4 toes chip and peel. When I had a closer look I also noticed some of the gel was cured onto my skin over the cuticle area. Also not good. I'm pretty disappointed and feel I wasted my money. I won't be back, but if I did I just wouldn't suggest Tina for my nail tech. Sorry. :/ read more

my first time at this place and i wont ever!! be going there again, the workers were so rude and aggressive and i had previously asked what the total will be for my nails and they had said 150 a while later i asked them again and they said 200 the lady who had told me that it would be 150 had lied and said that she had told me it would be 200 which was not true and she lied infront of my face although the lady who did my pedicure was very gentle and kind the lady who did my nails was the total opposite i specifically asked for lightish pink french and she pulled out a purple looking polish which im not one to judge at first so i corrected her but she kept telling me that the color that i was asking for wouldn't look good i would say to not go to this place unless you want ur nails to look bad, i also asked for square shaped nails and the lady made them look so thick and ugly i will be putting a picture. never again will i come here. read more

I've been coming here for the better part of 9 years, but today was my last time. I came to get my nails done for my maternity pictures, a basic fill and one color. Lisa started my nails, and quite literally every five minutes was being interrupted by who I can only assume is her son or husband from the back. Every. 5. Minutes. She not only rushed through the painting, but she didn't even put the top coat on correctly on some and I had to point it out where I could very clearly see she did one streak of top coat and called it a day. The center of the nail was glossy and the edges were still matte. I have never received service like this especially from Classic Nails. My nails came out lumpy, and have several bubbles from the top coat everywhere. I'm so upset because this was my go to place and really thought I would be happy with the service. I even told her they were for my maternity pictures and she still rushed through. I'm so upset, what happened to the quality that used to be here?! read more

Found this gem after runnings errands nearby. Called and they fit me right in for a gel pedicure. My nail tech was so sweet and was quick to jump in and help me pick a color when I was overwhelmed by all the colors they have to choose from. In preparation for my wedding, I looked for a nail salon to give me the perfect bridal hands and feet. On a whim, I reached out to Classic Nails, showed up on a random Thursday evening, and Tracy took the BEST care of me! She gave me THE perfect nails! I visited for three different sessions in preparation and, on my second visit, I asked if Tracy could basically do every nail a different color combo so I could decide which one I liked. While hesitant (yes, I looked crazy for two weeks), Tracy did it for me and they all looked (individually) great! Today, I went for my final bridal session and Tracy did my final nails. They look PERFECT! She shaped them expertly, kept them nice and short (just the way I like them) and the acrylic is the perfect thin layer. I would highly recommend visiting and asking for Tracy.
