My mom and I went in to get our nails done on a monday afternoon and it looked very busy, but we were assured we would only have to wait a very short time and we did! They took us in very fast for a walk-in. I got a gel full set and my mom got a fill-in with a pedicure too. The pricing was very good and much better than where we normally get ours done, granted we do live in Chicago normally where good nails are normally more expensive than here. My nails did have extra details that cost a bit more but thats understandable. They worked very fast and did my moms fill-in and her toes at the same time which was great. Really good overall experience there. Only complaint was that my nails were a little too thick, thicker than normal for gel nails, otherwise it was great. read more

I'm not usually one to post reviews but today I had my final disappointment here. To be entirely honest, this place is great if you have a specific nail artist to go too. Mine were Myle and Lisa because they have never disappointed with gel manicures, today both of them weren't there so I decided to give someone else a try again. Given, I did walk in about 30 min until closing because I had noticed they stayed open later. Made sure to ask if they had time and was immediately seated to be attended. I'm not sure who the lady that did my nails today was but she was rushing the entire time, when I chose a color I asked to see between two colors and said one color was prettier than the other and didnt bother to give me the option of the other color I was in between choosing and took the colors away immediately after she chose the color. Went from wanting gel to dip since my nails were getting thinner and decided to give it a try. The color she had gotten to paint my nails with wasn't even the color she decided to go with which caught me off guard and asked to see both colors before she started painting the rest without her asking. At the end of it all there was only cuticle oil applied but no lotion, massage, or hot towel for the manicure and she just told me to wash my hands. Again, I understand they were "closed" but if they are still accepting customers then they should do as great of a job as they do in the morning and take time for a good job. The rushing was uncomfortable and disappointing because my nails came out bulgy and thick rather than the "natural" look she/I was going for. Every time I'm placed with a random nail artist here I know I'm at risk of an indecent job. It's happened many times after coming here for about a year. I went into classic nails because of their great reviews & came in from 15 min away (when I could've gone somewhere so much closer) I went in and was assisted by Mindy. I asked Mindy to do a specific design on my ring fingers and after not liking how she did it I asked if she can remove the design from my ring fingers and do my nails a different way. Mindy had already painted ONE of my hands with ONE coat (my right hand was painted with one color & only one coat while my left hand was untouched) & i asked nicely if she can remove the ONE coat from my ONE hand and do a design on every finger instead on every nail because i was disappointed of how she INITIALLY did the design i had wanted on my fingers. Mindy rudely REFUSED to remove the ONE COAT from the ONE HAND and said "it's too late" !?!?!? I'm at a nail salon? There's no reason she shouldn't have been able to remove something if I was not happy! I WILLL NOT BE BACK AND MINDY SHOWED ME LAZINESS OF A NAIL TECH. I came to this place after hearing good reviews from my mom and my sister. Since I was in search of a new place, I decided to try it out! I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in! The place is spacious and very clean! Their pedicure spas look like newer models, which was appealing to me since comfort is a plus when getting a pedicure which should be relaxing! They also had a cute pedicure spa for kids! I came in for a gel manicure and was very happy with the amount of color selection they had! I got there 10 minutes before they opened and they still let me in and attended me right away instead of having to wait the extra 10 minutes. My nail technicians name was Thuong (or Phuong) but she did a great job really cutting my cuticles down and getting in there! Although she did cut me twice, they weren't too bad and I would definitely go back to her! I've already been complimented numerous times on my manicure! I got a full set last weekend and one week later they look horrible. They are peeling along the sides and grown out a bit and look quite lumpy where they have grown out. I've already had to glue one nail back on from a new set I got. Don't know what they didn't do right for one nail to already pop off. I've worn nails since 1990's had a good place in Orange but she started hurrying and the nails would pop off so thought I would try Classic Nails since I live in Anaheim. I tried Classic Nails back in late 90's and didn't like the results then. Pedi wasn't long less than 12 minutes didn't spend much time on my feet. Do they realize they need to let your feet soak a bit before they started working on the toe nails? Plus it is nice to have your feet soak for more than 5 minutes. So I have had good experiences at this place before BUT 10 days ago I got a full set and 3 OF MY NAILS are COMING OFF! They're peeling off from the back end of my nail closest to the cuticle, and I do not work a job that is rough on my hands. Nor do I bite them or have them in a moist environment. Also, when I was having them cut into the coffin shape I was cut. It seems like carelessness because as they continued into filing to perfect the shape they FILED into my cut and actually made MY CUT DEEPER. Afterwards, as I got the powder placed on top, the liquid activator was seeping into my cut and BURNING me and it bled the whole time! After they put some drops on me they kept putting the acrylic overtop and the dried blood stayed inside of nail. Unfortunately I got the pink acrylic and it is pretty much see through so it was very obvious. Finally, to top it off one of my thumb nails was way more slanted inward in shape than the other. I went some and filed them down myself to make it look like a cleaner job. I'm dissatisfied and disappointed in their work because I know how great of service and nails they can offer us customers. read more

When it's busy all they want to do is get people in and out of the door an they don't care about doing a good job. They will rush your nails & multiple people will come and work of your nails. You don't only get one girl. This last visit was definitely my last. I went in the day before thanksgiving to get a fill & Nancy rushed the whole process. She left one crooked nail & my GEL polish came off the next day. I then went back Saturday around noon & the owner was soooo rude when I told him what had happened. They "fixed" the polish & it is now Monday and guess what my polish is still coming off. I've had so many other incidents with them that I have let slide.
