If you're looking for an honest, skilled, and reliable mechanic, look no further…read more Aaron and his entire team are phenomenal. Excellent customer service is clearly at the heart of their culture, and it trickles straight down from Aaron himself. He is exceptionally personable, trustworthy, and straightforward. Instead of trying to upsell unnecessary work or temporary quick-fixes, Aaron gives you the honest truth about what your car actually needs so repairs are done right the first time. It is rare to find an auto shop with this level of integrity and top-notch service. I cannot recommend Aaron and his crew highly enough!

Are you going to warranty issues that arise to the switching to an oil that would void a mfg…read morewarranty? I bet not! Higher viscosity leads to higher pressures which lead to seals leaking and failing. I'm really surprised you haven't researched this. How about the leaking oil filter a day after install? Seems like a sure way to get more money outta a customer once their engine gets starved of oil. How about the sloppy work with oil left all over my car? Lack of care and integrity. How about the scratches from resting my tires on the paint of my car? Lazy and inconsiderate. Pulled from the article that copied and pasted "Engine Design Changes: Newer Toyota engines are designed with tighter tolerances and specific lubrication needs that necessitate these thinner oils, such as OW-16 or OW-8." Exactly my 2019 Lexus ux250 is a newer Toyota engine if you weren't aware , so why are changing it?

I'm not going to lie. I was so skeptical because I booked the services before checking the reviews…read morebut it turned out to be legit. I was worried because they did have me to pay before they came out but they also delivered on their end so that's fair. Daniel was my technician that came out. I needed to a replace of my battery in my Tesla and he was able to get that swapped out for me. Communication and service was professional. So I will say they have my recommendation.

NOVO = Never Owns Valid Outcomes…read more Wish I never made that call. Their mobile service came out to my 2015 Subaru in for a brake job and took them because there was a same day availability. That was the only reason. It finished with squeaky rotors (not even the ones he showed me he was going to install), new suspension problems I did not have when I dropped it off, and a bill that felt way out of line for the work I actually asked for. $1,200 just the front. +$190 Diagnostic Fee. The car is not better. It's worse. Brakes still scream. Ride feels off. And now nobody answers the phone when I call about a partial refund or even an explanation. Radio silence after they already have the money. Doesn't have a physical shop address, so very hard to track. Total Scam!! If you're looking for a mobile repair that does the job you paid for, stands behind the work, and picks up when something goes wrong -- this was not that experience for me. Convenience is not worth leaving with a louder, worse-handling Subaru and no one willing to make it right. Do yourself a favor and call somewhere that actually does a good repair job. For being in a military town, I don't recommend this service to any servicemembers. Would rate no stars if possible.

Do NOT deal with this guy. Save your life, your money, your time, and your energy…read more I went to him for a simple issue: a memory card that had slipped under the gear shifter. Any competent mechanic knows the battery must be disconnected before working around the shifter and airbags. He failed to do that. As a result of his negligence, both side airbags deployed and both seat belts were damaged. One of the airbags slammed into my back and caused a serious injury. I had to go to the emergency room, which cost me a lot of money and pain. Instead of taking responsibility, he completely lost it and kept saying it wasn't his fault. He then had the nerve to say he could install new airbags and seat belts, but I had to buy the parts and pay him labor -- after HE caused the damage. He kept bragging about having "30 years of experience" and being a "trainer," which is honestly laughable given what happened. At first, he agreed to cover the costs. Then he started stalling for over a month, telling me "tomorrow" every single day. At one point, he claimed a family member had died -- and I later saw in his reviews that he told another customer the exact same story. Eventually, he avoided me completely because he didn't want to touch the car again, likely afraid he'd damage it further. He sent one of his workers instead, who couldn't fix anything. I ended up hiring an attorney and taking legal action. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a mechanic. Completely irresponsible, dishonest, and dangerous. Avoid at all costs.
