This is an incredibly unprofessional and dishonest company. I had to email them multiple times for confirmation. They finally confirmed my reservation, and made sure to let me know that I shouldn't look into booking another company, because my reservation was booked! I honestly wish I could give these guys less than one star but since that is the minimum then I will go ahead with that. This company is the biggest bunch of crooks I have ever worked with. Honestly telemarketers overseas have more business sense and morale then this group of talented crooks. I was charged for their "Detail" fee which has to do with a guy going through the limo with a roll of paper towels and some windex and my credit card company stated there was nothing they could do since I had signed a contract stating I would pay this fee if they charged it. If these guys wanted to charge me $1000 for a detail on their limo I would have had to pay it because I signed the document?? I just wonder how many poor people have been charged this fee and had to pay it because they signed the vaguest contract on earth. I honestly hope this review helps saves at least one person money and the hassle of dealing with this company. Steer clear and work with another company to save yourself a giant headache. read more

Used them to take my kids to a Fergie concert. The driver was great, especially with the kids. Made them feel like movie stars! Got us right up to the entry and was there waiting at the end of the concert. Drove us around a bit so all their friends could see them. Made it a special night. From the time of initial contact to the final drop off, this company is extremely professional and really exceeded our expectations for high quality service. Their rates are inline with other companies and we had a sparkling vehicle stocked with lots of goodies. We rented the 20 Passenger Lincoln Navigator for a Birthday party the Car was older in the inside there was holes under the seats with wires hanging out, half of the glasses were missing and the ones that were there was raunchy looking. The radio in the back of the car was missing the pop of cover so all we could only listen to FM radio no CD'S or MP3 nothing else, The Driver Jake was a very ruff driver jerked us around inside the car and tryed to join us at the party. I normally don't write reviews about the various companies that I use for things, but figured I at least owed it to them for providing me and my family with a hassle free experience every time we use their transportation services. I have used Classique Limousines for many different things: countless airport shuttle rides to mark the start and end of our family's wonderful vacations (not to mention that its a lot cheaper than paying to park at the airport- and you can relax before your flight/ and all the way home). I have used Classique on many occasions to take my friends and I out on the town without the worry of anyone in our party trying to drive home after drinking (a ride home is built in!). But most importantly, I have used them for very important business events where they have always made a great impression which has only made me look good and I am very thankful for that. I would not ever consider going to a sporting event or concert in LA without calling Classique first and making arrangements which in my opinion is the only way to go-- you just step out of the car and walk 50 feet into the venue..and when you are ready to leave, just call the waiting driver on your cell and the car is idling at the curb ,waiting for you before you could make it there from your seat inside..no parking hassles, gridlock, trying to leave, etc...). Their chauffeurs have always been dressed professionally, polite, on time and their cars always seem fairly new and updated, not old and dated inside or wreaking of cigarette or cigar smoke (which I cant handle due to my allergies)..Rather they have always been clean and fully stocked with various beverages for me and my guests to enjoy while en route to our destination. I have found the employees I have interacted with when scheduling to be polite and always willing to go the extra mile for me, which I really appreciate. I have also had Classique pickup my clients from various airports all over the US and take them to their hotels without being present and have always heard nothing but glowing comments from my customers about the service they have received. This includes transportation out of SOCAL, like Las Vegas, New York City, Denver and Chicago just to name a few. They handle it all for me and I just wanted to leave this review so others know what they can expect if they use this company. Oh, I almost forgot..they also did the transportation for my sisters wedding based on my personal recommendation and everything went smoothly and exactly as planned. This is the worst limo service i have ever seen, the driver showed up 10 minutes late the driver looked like he just woke up his hair was a mess his suite looked like he was sleeping in it. The car looked like it had better days there was tape on the seats dirty glasses and my son found bottle caps and smelled like Beer. This Company SUCKS I called there office and spoke to Heather to talk about what happened and she said I needed to talk to the Owner keven, when I spoke to Keven I have never been talk to like this ever in my life the man told me I was crazy and there is nothing wrong with his cars and he should charge me double (this man has anger problems). My advice is use another company any company than this one we called another company who sent out a beautiful car and a great driver and Classique still try ed to charge us for the return trip all tho I canceled the trip when i called the first time I WOULD NOT LET MY DOG RIDE IN THESE LIMOS read more
