Our entire family have been coming to Classy Cuts for many years, 9 to be exact! Tina has been coloring and cutting my hair for the entire time. She is very friendly and always listens to my needs. For both myself and my daughter she has asked us to sign a waiver, which is standard for any salon when dealing with color. We have always been very happy with the outcome and finished style. Speaking from being an owner of my own business and having countless customers very satisfied and happy, there will always be that one client whom you will not ever be able to make happy no matter what. Unfortunately this happens from time to time. In reading through these past reviews it seems one customer in particular was very unsatisfied hence the book she wrote in reference to this salon. When it comes down to it, it's your right and being unsatisfied does happen from time to time. In my experience with both of the Classy Cuts locations we have always had an awesome experience and get numerous compliments while out in public. I had a really great experience at Classy Cuts in Bonney Lake. Everyone there was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. There was no wait, which was such a nice surprise, and the whole environment felt relaxed and friendly. What I appreciated most was that there was no judgment or pressure--just genuinely nice people who want you to feel comfortable and leave happy with your hair. The prices are also very affordable, which is hard to find these days. This is by far the best hair salon I have found from Auburn to Puyallup. I have had my hair cut so bad that I was afraid to trust again, but stopping by classy cuts on 410 and Tina happen to be the one that cut my hair, we decided to go short from all the damage and off set cutting I was so scared, but this women Tina is amazing with what she does, I have more compliments then I have ever had in my life, I go see Tina everytime and never ever disappointed. Tina is an excellent stylist. I started going to her several years ago. My husband had been getting the best haircuts! Tina is a master at style and color. I have had several styles of cuts and color ( I like change ) I have been growing my hair out long now and I get so many compliments! Tina is professional and runs a smooth business. Ive been a high-end Vidal Sasoon stylist for 18 years. When I get my haircut & colored, I normally go to expensive boutique salon. Flash forward to the present and I'm in either Tina's or Kimmy's chair because they are two of the most talented, sweet, efficent ladies with beautiful hearts. Sorry but went there for a haircut and get a weird experience instead. The stylist who was cutting my hair, Kimmy, was more interested in flirting with me then giving me a professional haircut. I love the service here! They're very kind and let me come in last minute to get my hair refreshed. My hair was very brassy and dark before and they were able to lighten it up without any damage.
