Fantastic service and always really quick - best price for what I get. Never have a broken nail and usually wait 3 - 4 weeks to get a fill. Ask to see 3D flower art and glow-in-the-dark shellac

This place is hands down, by far the best nail place I have ever been to! I have been going here since October to get my nails done and I have never had one issue with them and all the ladies here are beyond sweet and friendly. My nails don't lift, they are strong, and the designs are up and above what I have had in the past. If I could give them 10 stars I would! I am in love with this place!

Owner was very nice, fast, precise and efficient. She took over from a nail tech and was able to remove nail extensions with no pain, no sanding, so my nails stayed thick. She was so quick and precise applying my gel polish, I was amazed. 10/10 would recommend!! Very clean shop with good music and vibes. read more

This location is very nice and clean. The owner and the ladies are really nice and they know what they are doing and you can show any design they will do it for u and if u don't need to get New acrylic they will suggest if u don't need new one or unless u insist want a new one they are not after your money more of your satisfaction and good service that is why this place is always busy....but in a good way ... read more

I hate when u call to ask for a price and then when you arrive and get the service done, they give u a different price. Why? Why do you guys do that? Not to mention I got my nails done less than an hour so u can imagine the results of that. Extremely thick acrylic, not properly shaven down, or even glued down completely to begin with. Extremely disappointed, I had to go home and fix it myself. I hate places who only cares about getting money and not actually like creating nails worth the price. The photos on very misleading too. read more

I got a gel manicure last Saturday, and I'm very happy with the results. The girl who clipped my cuticles was gentle but thorough, and Tina who painted my nails was very attentive. She did the design just as I asked, and even after a week, my nails look great! I moved from Korea in July, and was having a hard time finding a nail salon that I liked, but I think I found the one now! There was a management change in the past, which is why there are some bad reviews. Tina and the ladies are great! Definitely give them a try! read more

Went here for the first time on Sunday and was quite disappointed. I only wanted a paint-on done on my nails, and once I left my nail immediately got ruined. I wish they gave more time to let your nails dry or a just having a better drying mechanism instead of a tiny fan. They were nice enough to redo my nail that got messed up but I was absolutely disappointed when I looked back on the nail. They painted it lazily and you can see the brush marks from the polish. If I'm paying $7 just to get my nails done, I'd expect better service. I'm not going to come here again. read more

First time ever coming to this salon on 7/13. I was lured by all of the pictures on Yelp and Google, so I had to go and try for myself. It's really hard to find someone that does good dip in the area, like Instagram quality nails. I am in the market for a place to do my wedding nails, and so I had to go make sure I liked the nails for myself! I usually don't get dip because my experiences have been bad and I used to get acrylics all the time - so I know what I like when it comes to shaping, thickness, and consistency. Lien was/is amazing. She is so nice, and she cares about what the client wants. She did such a good job on the dip and she also is great at designs just like the pictures show. The first time, she did a cute 3D flower design on my ring finger but I just wasn't used to it. Don't get me wrong, it was so pretty! I was just afraid that it would get caught in stuff, I am clumsy after all. She was so nice enough to take it off the next day and add a different, more convenient design for me. You can't beat talent and customer service. This place is the full package. read more

There should have a zero stars rating for Nail concepts 2 I'm in Washington on vacation to get married I just had my nails done yesterday I broken one this morning I went to nail concept 2 at 11:15 am to do 1 nail repair, when I told him I just wanted the one nail fixed they did not have time for me they had 1 customer in 2 other women standing there not working with aprons on. They did have time unless I wanted a fill. I was turned away because they were not going to make enough money off with me. I waited for my ride for 15min and no other customers came in. I have been visiting salons to choose the best for manicure/pedicures for 10 people in the wedding party next week. Based on the customer service were going to pass on this Salon. read more

I'm surprised that anyone has anything bad to say about this place! I got a shellac manicure a few days ago, and had a couple chip. They still looked amazing otherwise, so I popped in and asked if I could get them touched up. They happily did it (and added an extra clear coat). I fully expected to pay for a touch up and was ok with it, since I can be tough on my nails. No charge, and she told me not to worry about it when I felt bad that I didn't have cash on me for a tip, since I was expecting to use my card. Will definitely be back (with an extra tip, haha). I just had the deluxe pedicure and it was fantastic! I had it done while my husbands car was being serviced at all it takes auto right next door! How amazing to have my toes done while doing an important errand for my husband!! They were fantastic! You fill out a card with what service you want so there is no language barrier issue and they have a spot where you can have a complimentary beverage of your choice as well! I will definitely be returning to have more pedicures in the future!! Wonderful job done too!!! read more

Tina, the owner did an awesome job with my manicure. She's very detail oriented and makes sure you are happy with the service. I am very picky when it comes to the nail polish. This is a unicorn of nail salons around here! It's CLEAN! They take a lot of pride in their work and spend time making sure everything is perfect. They don't use and reuse dusty, nasty files on you. The pedicure bowls have disposable liners and the ladies are sooooo friendly and lovely people. My old nails were completely soaked off, instead of being filed off which was amazing. The soaking machine to remove the old SNS made them come off 10x faster. The new SNS was done by Tien and looks awesome. The pedicure was done with a nice strong massage and lovely hot stones. I found my new spot and I'm so happy I did!!! read more

Nicely designed space with lots of seating for pedicures and massage chairs. Lots of options for pedicures, and the technician did a good job. Loved the color I picked out and it looks great on my toes and hands. I really enjoyed how they had a sheet to help them know what you need so each person isn't asking you throughout your time there. I started going to this salon about 7 years before it recently moved. the last time i was in the salon i got acrylic nails with gel powder and gel top coat, i explained i wanted regular acrylic because the gel seems to lift, the owner Kim said to try the gel powder one more time (it is more expensive) as she did my nails she explained to me how bad business was and practically begged me to come in more often and help her out. a few customers came in and she gave them a wait time. as more came she began to rush my nails and paid very little attention to them at the end. i was not happy with the quality and went back a week later to have them fixed, this time she buffered them down and then put a basic top coat on instead of the gel, (which she blamed for the lift, saying the gel was too close to the cuticle and that is what caused the lift) she then put a regular nail polish top coat on, I explained to her that it would peel off, she said "gel looks like shit" after 2 days, the regular polish top coat has all peeled off leaving a dull look where she "cleaned up the lift" if business is bad and you are begging your customers to come in, you would think you'd give an all star service vs. poor quality that needed to be corrected, and once "corrected" was still terrible. i will find another salon. read more

Perfect service This nail salons do Pedicures + Medicure shellac+ Full set + Fill and Waxing all very good. Especially when you do Pedicure you will have go to massage chairs for free 15min..That chair will make your body relax and join it.. I've been looking for a permanent location to get my nails done for months and I finally found this spot. ladies were so sweet and nice. the service is absolutely worth the pay. I pay the same amount at other nail shop for less service. I have been coming to this salon for years, I will not go anywhere else!!. Kim is wonderful and cares about her customers. This is the cleanest salon I have ever been to. No worries about catching things. I will continue to come . In reference to the prior review, People can say anything on these reviews, and the business is rather helpless. read more
